Just as cute and clean as represented! Needed a small, safe, affordable location to go back/forth between the big family gathering home.Really nice to have a little fenced yard for our dogs to play in while we enjoyed patio time. Only items that were a little confusing: key pad. If dark at check in, even with porch light on, didn't know we needed to touch the lower left corner to light up the pad without it registering a number, so when we entered our code, it had register whatever number was at the spot we'd touched to light up the screen. So...it wouldn't open. Erika & Ron were great when we called to get help, and answered right away to get us in. The sound bar/speaker. If you accidentally have the projector on mute, it appears to override the sound bar, so you turn the speaker up and still can't hear it.Easy fix, so just an FYI for the next folks. It was a really nice experience overall! Would recommend! Thanks! Melissa, Woody, & Puppy Dogs : ) home with for the holiday. .

We had a very nice stay while we were in Little Elm for a baseball tournament. We got to to the home late on the night of our check in and all the lights were on which was nice. The home was very clean and well taken care of. The two patios were nice to sit on and drink a cup of coffee in the morning. We will be back again if baseball takes us back that way.

Checked into a very clean and nice place. Had virtually everything thing you would need for an extended stay. Plenty of nearby places to eat and get groceries. The bed we slept in was very comfortable, and I'm quite picky. The fenced yard was great for our small pups also.

This single wide trailer was super relaxing and comfortable. Decorated in a beach/sailing theme with a bedroom and bathroom at each end it was the perfect size for us. I loved that we could cook, do laundry, and felt free to relax with our feet up in the living room. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Excellent property, very clean and well decorated. Stayed here while visiting our adult children in the DFW area. We have two small dogs and they loved the big yard to play in. We will definitely return when we are in the area, and would highly recommend this property to friends looking for a great place to stay. Property was just a seen in the photos on the VRBO website.

Extremely easy check in process. The unit has a very well stocked kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay! Very pleased with the water pressure and hot water in the bathrooms! Our stay was during the hot summer and the AC did a great job of keeping the unit nice and cool! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The property was very well photographed in advance, and things look just as I expected. Communication in advance was detailed, good guidance on getting checked in and checked out. Reasonable check out procedures. Friendly communication at all steps. I was very pleased to have strong AC available plus additional fans as needed, given how hot it is in Texas in the summer! The owners of clearly worked hard to create a lovely, well, equipped rental. Lots of beachy artwork, comfortable furniture, and lovely outdoor space. We paid extra for a pet fee, and we’re very pleased with the yard available for our dog. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood was quite lovely. Easy to get to restaurants, groceries, the lake. And there were lots of restaurants that could deliver via various apps. We were quite pleased. Would absolutely stay again!

The owners have definitely put every thought into this tiny cottage. It had all of our living necessities into a small space but still felt like there was plenty of room. It is also a dog owners dream. We loved the privacy fence that enclosed the entire property with the mesh screen for them to freely go in and out. The place was easy to find, easy to access, very cute and clean. We will stay there again if we are in Dallas area again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

You can never be absolutely sure of what you see on the internet. This property exceeded our expectations. Our host kept us up to speed on everything from welcome, directions, checking in, and nearby medical and grocery stores. Property was exceptionally clean and included some unexpected amenities. If in the Dallas area we will surely stay there again...

Easy check in.This is a private cute well cared for retreat! Everything was great- even better than the photos! Plenty of room as smartly set up , well organized furniture which was multifunctional. Enjoyed the projector T.V. and bed was very comfortable . It is a private , cute and romantic cottage. Everything was very clean modern with a really cozy feel. The hosts were very quick to respond when I reached out. Will definitely return and refer friends.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and comfy and the location is excellent. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I definitely recommend Cowboys down the road for breakfast! You can get to Aldi, Albertsons and a multitude of restaurants in minutes without having to hit the interstate. Reaching the interstate is a breeze as well and you can get to so many places within 20 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this place. I seriously could live there! The AC was cold, the recliners were comfy, everything was just as pictured. The ONLY thing that was a slight issue was that the beds are VERY high. I am 5'7 and had to use a stepstool to get in. It wasn't a big deal, because we had one, but just a warning for the shorter or elderly people! Once you're in though, the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in!! I'm honestly SO ready to stay again. It's literally a home away from home!

Cute well decorated trailer/cottage next to rv park. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were great. The host really have gone out of their way to make it as nice as possible. Our only downfall was our house remodel taking longer and weren't able to extend our stay as they had new guest arriving. Would definitely stay again if needed.

We were surprised to find out it was a trailer, not an actual house and we never saw the lake. That being said, we were pleased with the interior. The decor was beautiful and the common area was spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and the USB chargers at each bedside as well as by the couches were very helpful. The private yard was so nice for our son's dog as well. The snacks were also a nice touch.
We were surprised to find out it was a trailer, not an actual house and we never saw the lake. That being said, we were pleased with the interior. This is the cutest little place to call home for a few days. The decor is bright and cheery. We had a lovely time! It is a really nice convenient location, though it is close to a road with a bit of traffic noise that is quite tolerable even in the front bedroom. I highly recommend this beautiful place. We will stay again when visiting family in the area.

Needed a small, safe, affordable location to go back/forth between the big family gathering home.Really nice to have a little fenced yard for our dogs to play in while we enjoyed patio time. Only items that were a little confusing: key pad. If dark at check in, even with porch light on, didn't know we needed to touch the lower left corner to light up the pad without it registering a number, so when we entered our code, it had register whatever number was at the spot we'd touched to light up the screen. So...it wouldn't open. Erika & Ron were great when we called to get help, and answered right away to get us in. The sound bar/speaker. If you accidentally have the projector on mute, it appears to override the sound bar, so you turn the speaker up and still can't hear it.Easy fix, so just an FYI for the next folks. It was a really nice experience overall! Would recommend! Thanks! Melissa, Woody, & Puppy Dogs : ) home with for the holiday. .

Very nice and relaxing. The area is so green and pretty. My gps on phone, helped find specific street ., but contact person was soo helpful. Will plan to come again if possible.The owner is a wonderful lady.

You can never be absolutely sure of what you see on the internet. This property exceeded our expectations. Our host kept us up to speed on everything from welcome, directions, checking in, and nearby medical and grocery stores. Property was exceptionally clean and included some unexpected amenities. If in the Dallas area we will surely stay there again...

Easy check in.This is a private cute well cared for retreat! Everything was great- even better than the photos! Plenty of room as smartly set up , well organized furniture which was multifunctional. Enjoyed the projector T.V. and bed was very comfortable . It is a private , cute and romantic cottage. Everything was very clean modern with a really cozy feel. The hosts were very quick to respond when I reached out. Will definitely return and refer friends.

The property was very well photographed in advance, and things look just as I expected. Communication in advance was detailed, good guidance on getting checked in and checked out. Reasonable check out procedures. Friendly communication at all steps. I was very pleased to have strong AC available plus additional fans as needed, given how hot it is in Texas in the summer! The owners of clearly worked hard to create a lovely, well, equipped rental. Lots of beachy artwork, comfortable furniture, and lovely outdoor space. We paid extra for a pet fee, and we’re very pleased with the yard available for our dog. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood was quite lovely. Easy to get to restaurants, groceries, the lake. And there were lots of restaurants that could deliver via various apps. We were quite pleased. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a very nice stay while we were in Little Elm for a baseball tournament. We got to to the home late on the night of our check in and all the lights were on which was nice. The home was very clean and well taken care of. The two patios were nice to sit on and drink a cup of coffee in the morning. We will be back again if baseball takes us back that way.

Adorable tiny cottage. Plenty of storage to place your personal items away and store your suitcases out of the way. Easy access to freeways for both Dallas and Fort Worth. Definitely plan to stay here again during future visits.

We stayed at this place because we wanted to do stuff in around Dallas, such as downtown grapevine, ice, and the stockyards. The location was great. It was about 20-30 minutes away from everything, so it was an easy drive and out of the way of traffic. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was a little smaller than I thought, but it was still a decent size. There was enough too for 4 people, which is how many we had.

This is the cutest little place to call home for a few days. The decor is bright and cheery. We had a lovely time! It is a really nice convenient location, though it is close to a road with a bit of traffic noise that is quite tolerable even in the front bedroom. I highly recommend this beautiful place. We will stay again when visiting family in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and comfy and the location is excellent. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I definitely recommend Cowboys down the road for breakfast! You can get to Aldi, Albertsons and a multitude of restaurants in minutes without having to hit the interstate. Reaching the interstate is a breeze as well and you can get to so many places within 20 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this place. I seriously could live there! The AC was cold, the recliners were comfy, everything was just as pictured. The ONLY thing that was a slight issue was that the beds are VERY high. I am 5'7 and had to use a stepstool to get in. It wasn't a big deal, because we had one, but just a warning for the shorter or elderly people! Once you're in though, the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in!! I'm honestly SO ready to stay again. It's literally a home away from home!
