We loved our stay here. The cottage was very beautiful and comfortable with all mod cons. Such a gorgeous spot on Dartmoor. Very unspoilt and quiet. Perfect country getaway. The wet weather didn't dampen our spirits when we were surrounded by beautiful Dartmoor. Would love to return one day!

The cottage was lovely but rather small for 5 adults. The kitchen was well equiped, but there was mold on the walls of the main bathroom and the back bedroom smelled damp. some of the pillows were thin and lumpy and could do with being replaced. All in all, a nice place though. Very peaceful

We wanted to see the English countryside and stay in a thatched country cottage. This place did not disappoint! This cottage is definitely in the county. If peace and quiet, and access to the moors, including sheep and horses that roam the open spaces, is what you are looking for, this place is for you.
