Cotswold Way Cottage

Wonderful stay at this home from home cottage. Extremely well equipped with everything you would need. Exceptionally clean all the way throughout. Lovely welcome pack of bread, jam and milk on arrival. Approximately 1 mile from Stroud perfect location for exploring the area.

A great cosy cottage. Lovely host. Great walks nearby. Close to pubs and the town centre. A great weekend break that we really enjoyed.

There is nothing else we would have wished for... Charming, spotless, a very unique experience overviewing the Cotswolds when leaving the cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Cotswold Way Cottage. Beautifully renovated and fantastic attention to detail complete with everything you need for a perfect stay. The beds in particular were so comfortable, I was tempted to try fit a mattress in my suitcase! Joking aside we haven't slept as well in a long time. The cottage was immaculate, the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Although situated on a busy corner without onsite parking we found parking easily a minute or so away. The neighbours were also really friendly and not much noise at all from the pub opposite, the owners of which were very welcoming. With plenty to do, beautiful walks and picnic spots right in the doorstep we didn't make much use of the cute garden at the back. Don’t hesitate! We will definitely return!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen Häuschen. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Tagsüber war schon Recht viel Verkehr vor den Haus, aber wenn die Fenster verschlossen sind, ist es trotzdem ruhig. Der Pub gegenüber ist Klasse. Wenn wir noch Mal in der Gegend sind, werden wir dieses Häuschen wieder buchen. Ein kleines Manko ist, das die Terrasse mit dem BQ nicht direkt am Haus ist, sondern über einen kleinen Pfad am Haus vorbei, hinter dem Nachbarhaus ist. Wir hätten gerne gegrillt, aber uns war es zu unbequem alles vom Haus zur BQ Terrasse zu bringen. Man muss jedesmal beim Nachbarn vorbei inklusive Tor.
