Cozy & Centrally Located 4 Bedroom House In Plano

The host put more than 8 hours to answer our questions and put us in a very uncomfortable situation. For the rest we can't say anything as we finally didn't come in the house and it was too late to gate any rewards which is very difficult and unfair when you are a family with 3 kids and 1 baby! But it is part of one of our mistake so the host is not to blame for all of it!

The host was very kind! The property was in a great location and great size for the price.

THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. There were bugs everywhere. Some dead and some alive. The listing states that the home was newly renovated. I\'m not sure when, where or what was renovated but this house was NOT "newly" renovated. (The day I filed a complaint they changed the listing title.)The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are broken and dilapidated. There are holes in the wall. The steps are leaning on an angle. The windows ledges had peeling paint and mold around them. The furniture is stained and dingy. The bedsheets and comforter don\'t smell or look clean. There are blood stains on the mattress cover and sheets. Someone\'s hair was throughout the place. The house is not very clean in total. The kitchen is not somewhere I would cook or eat. The refrigerator and freezer have hair, spills, stains and dead bugs in them. The Keurig machine has mold on the water tank lid. The dishwasher has a bad odor. Some of the dishes in the cabinets are dirty, dingy and stained. I messaged the owner and chatted with vrbo the night I checked in. I was deeply disturbed by the listing description compared to the reality of the home. The owner did not respond until late the next day. I was on with VRBO who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP. Told me it was all cosmetic. I took pictures of everything. Mold is health not cosmetics. I called vrbo 6 times. I was on hold with them for over 50 minutes each time. 3 times they hung up on me. Sent an email apologizing that we were disconnected.(1)

Owner was very attentive to every question and home was well stocked and comfortable for our family reunion. Thank you for a smooth evening.

As soon as we walked in, you could notice the floors were not cleaned. We pulled sheets back to chwck beds and they were already slept in and had hair everywhere. The bathroom had someone elses preused personal care items and the couch was made up like someone was already staying there. The biggest NO for us was when we turned the light on in the kitchen GERMAN COCKROACHES ran everywhere on the counters. We immediately left and never stayed. It was DISGUSTING!!!!!!
