We started our trip in Hana for two days and then moved here for the last half of our time on Maui. It is a great location, newly renovated and easily housed 5 adults. It was also well equipped. We saw seven turtles and a lot of fish snorkeling from the beach about 100 yards from the property. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub also.

The condo at Noelani was perfect! The condo is roomy, the beds were super comfortable, the pools were great, but the best part was the oceanfront location. We could sit on the two balconies watching surfers, sea turtles, whales, and gorgeous sunsets. The complex was quiet but close enough to shops, restaurants, and lots of great beaches.

A full ocean view was a major priority and we got exactly what was promised! With 2 lanais and a living room looking out on the ocean, there was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults to enjoy the beauty and sounds throughout the day. We loved watching surfers while drinking our morning coffee and the sea turtles basking on the rocks in front of the condo in the late afternoons. The living room had a large sectional sofa that was great for playing games around the coffee table or watching TV. There was a dining table seating at least 6 that made dinners at home very comfortable. The beds were wonderfully comfy! The property looks a little dated when you first park and go upstairs, but the unit is nicely refurbished and the pool/hot tub/BBQ area is well maintained. There were 5 beach chairs and a few tatami mats in the condo for our use. The beach immediately next to the condo is nice for swimming and the extraordinary Black Rock/Kaanapali beach is less than 10 minutes by car. For espresso/latte fans, the nearby Hawai'ian Village Coffee is excellent with a friendly staff. Joey's Kitchen in Napili was a great find for a casual meal. The property manager - Epic Realty - was very responsive to questions and I appreciated receiving regular updates after the Lahaina fire about what we could anticipate if we kept our reservation as well as how we could help Lahaina residents. We are so happy we stuck to our Christmas holiday plans!

You’re literally right on the ocean including from the pools and hot tub. The property was quiet and well-maintained. We saw turtles on the beach every night directly to the left of us, and we are able to do some whale watching right from our balcony.Downsides, the pots are old, and the nonstick material is peeling from a few of the pans. It’s a little cramped in the common living spaces for adults. And my check-in email went to my junk mail so when it was time to check in at 4 PM nobody was around on the property to help us and it took a while to get a hold of the property management company.Other than that, it’s a gorgeous property, not luxurious like some of the resorts. But if you’re looking for unique location with gorgeous scenery. This is a great choice.

The property is amazing! Clean, well stocked, close to many activities, Kaanapali beaches and resorts, supermarket, food trucks and great restaurants ! Whaler’s village is also only a 10min drive. The most amazing feature is the access to the shoreline. The balconies are directly on the beach. Sleeping with the sound of the waves crashing down on the rocks was wonderful. We could see the whales in the distance. Access to BBQs pool and hot tube was also great for the kids, and stunning views of sunset. You can’t go wrong! 45min to Maaeala for boat excursions and aquatic center. 1h from airport and start to Road to Hana tour and Haleakala summit tour. This was pure paradise. 🌸🌈🌊🐳

Perfect location, right on the water! We saw whales, dolphins and turtles looking out from our balconies. Had everything we needed in the condo when we checked in. Only recommendation for the owner would be to include in the description what was provided. We stopped on our way from the airport and bought paper towels and coffee, coffee filters, and laundry detergent, only to find that all had been provided by the condo(which was amazing!). We cooked breakfast almost everyday, so it was awesome being able to enjoy the view while cooking. Pool and hot tub areas were well kept and relaxing. Thanks for the fun time!

The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable and very quiet. The view was unsurpassed as we watched the waves roll in daily and the numerous green sea turtles bask on the beach below. I’d recommend this place to friends.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The ocean view can’t be beat — we were able to see sea turtles and whales right from the balcony. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a day at one of the nearby beaches. There are also plenty of great food options close by. The unit is decorated really cute and was great to come back to after a day of adventuring. The two lanais were a nice place for the whole family to relax and unwind or wake up and take in the beauty around us. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and spices. Plenty of towels (bath and beach) and the washer dryer in unit was a game changer. There is a neighborhood grocery right up the street and Longs, Safeway and Times market are about 10 minutes away. Lots of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and rental shops nearby for surfboards, boogie boards or snorkel gear. Centrally located to beautiful beaches like Napili and Black Rock and amazing snorkeling right next door at the pretty little locals beach. Sea turtles love to feed on the plants on all the rocks along the shore and we had the best time watching them every day. Sunsets and views of Molokai were gorgeous and the sound of the waves on the shore right downstairs lulled us to sleep every night. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and want to come again. The location couldn’t be better and the 3 bedrooms on two floors is a nice set up. The place is clean and has comfortable beds. We had 5 adults comfortably. My only issue is the air conditioning is weak and seemed to work better during the day and then it wasn’t as cool as we’d want at night.It also leaked but it was a weekend and there is no maintenance on the weekend.

We had 5 of us, my wife and I and 3 adult children, and this condo worked great. The rooms and layout worked really well, especially the 2 1/2 baths letting us get ready quickly in the morning, and the big main level lanai with the second lanai off the master bedroom (my favorite part of Hawaii is sleeping with the sounds and breeze from the ocean). If you are wondering if an oceanfront is worth the extra money, I can say that our views of whales, turtles, sunsets, and rainbows made it entirely worth it for us. We also took advantage of the pool and of the small beach right next to it (where turtles came to lay most afternoons!). The property managers were responsive, the onsite folks were friendly and helpful. The location is great too - 15 minutes to anyplace from Lahaina to Kapalua, with all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in those places. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

There was a dining table seating at least 6 that made dinners at home very comfortable. The beds were wonderfully comfy! The property looks a little dated when you first park and go upstairs, but the unit is nicely refurbished and the pool/hot tub/BBQ area is well maintained. There were 5 beach chairs and a few tatami mats in the condo for our use. The beach immediately next to the condo is nice for swimming and the extraordinary Black Rock/Kaanapali beach is less than 10 minutes by car. For espresso/latte fans, the nearby Hawai'ian Village Coffee is excellent with a friendly staff. Joey's Kitchen in Napili was a great find for a casual meal. The property manager - Epic Realty - was very responsive to questions and I appreciated receiving regular updates after the Lahaina fire about what we could anticipate if we kept our reservation as well as how we could help Lahaina residents. We are so happy we stuck to our Christmas holiday plans!

We enjoyed our stay right on the coast in Ko Olina. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! The condo was nice and we appreciated the A/C. The beds were comfortable and parking was never an issue. We didn't know until after we'd booked that 6 adults would need to shower with only a 30 gal water heater. You can work around it, but not when you've spent the day outside and everyone wants to clean up for dinner. It's a minor irritation in an otherwise beautiful property.

Sea turtles love to feed on the plants on all the rocks along the shore and we had the best time watching them every day. We really enjoyed our stay and want to come again. The location couldn’t be better and the 3 bedrooms on two floors is a nice set up. The place is clean and has comfortable beds. We had 5 adults comfortably. My only issue is the air conditioning is weak and seemed to work better during the day and then it wasn’t as cool as we’d want at night.It also leaked but it was a weekend and there is no maintenance on the weekend.

The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a day at one of the nearby beaches. There are also plenty of great food options close by. It’s a little cramped in the common living spaces for adults. And my check-in email went to my junk mail so when it was time to check in at 4 PM nobody was around on the property to help us and it took a while to get a hold of the property management company.Other than that, it’s a gorgeous property, not luxurious like some of the resorts. But if you’re looking for unique location with gorgeous scenery. This is a great choice.

It’s a fantastic place to watch whales and relax. Plus you aren’t far from the best beaches in the world - walking distance, in fact. I highly recommend this stay. The only issue was they didn’t give us our parking pass when we checked in and the security left a note threatening to tow us.

We enjoyed our stay at Noelani #304. Wonderful ocean views, saw green turtles every day, unit is well designed and comfortable. Good location with easy access to Lahaina, great restaurants, shopping, golf, and activities. And while there were a few problems in the unit, we reported the issues and the management company was extremely responsive and prompt in addressing them. We highly recommend this property.

We had 5 of us, my wife and I and 3 adult children, and this condo worked great. The rooms and layout worked really well, especially the 2 1/2 baths letting us get ready quickly in the morning, and the big main level lanai with the second lanai off the master bedroom (my favorite part of Hawaii is sleeping with the sounds and breeze from the ocean). If you are wondering if an oceanfront is worth the extra money, I can say that our views of whales, turtles, sunsets, and rainbows made it entirely worth it for us. We also took advantage of the pool and of the small beach right next to it (where turtles came to lay most afternoons!). The property managers were responsive, the onsite folks were friendly and helpful. The location is great too - 15 minutes to anyplace from Lahaina to Kapalua, with all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in those places. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

This condo was beautiful. This was one of the easiest check in and check out processes I have had with a vacation rental. While the pictures in the listing are amazing, nothing compares to the views in person. It was incredible to wake up with the ocean and waves right outside the window, and we had many beautiful sunsets. We saw so many turtles, and swam with many at the beach right next door. This was a perfect location, no more that 15 mintutes ( but usually more like 5-10 minutes) to get to any of the restaurants, beaches, shopping that we wanted to go to. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and anything else we would need for the beach that was provided in the condo. The condo was perfect for our small group, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Maui.

While the pictures in the listing are amazing, nothing compares to the views in person. It was incredible to wake up with the ocean and waves right outside the window, and we had many beautiful sunsets. We saw so many turtles, and swam with many at the beach right next door. This was a perfect location, no more that 15 mintutes ( but usually more like 5-10 minutes) to get to any of the restaurants, beaches, shopping that we wanted to go to. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and anything else we would need for the beach that was provided in the condo. The condo was perfect for our small group, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Maui.

The property is amazing! Clean, well stocked, close to many activities, Kaanapali beaches and resorts, supermarket, food trucks and great restaurants ! Whaler’s village is also only a 10min drive. The most amazing feature is the access to the shoreline. The balconies are directly on the beach. Sleeping with the sound of the waves crashing down on the rocks was wonderful. We could see the whales in the distance. Access to BBQs pool and hot tube was also great for the kids, and stunning views of sunset. You can’t go wrong! 45min to Maaeala for boat excursions and aquatic center. 1h from airport and start to Road to Hana tour and Haleakala summit tour. This was pure paradise. 🌸🌈🌊🐳

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The two lanais were a nice place for the whole family to relax and unwind or wake up and take in the beauty around us. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and spices. Plenty of towels (bath and beach) and the washer dryer in unit was a game changer. There is a neighborhood grocery right up the street and Longs, Safeway and Times market are about 10 minutes away. Lots of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and rental shops nearby for surfboards, boogie boards or snorkel gear. Centrally located to beautiful beaches like Napili and Black Rock and amazing snorkeling right next door at the pretty little locals beach. Sea turtles love to feed on the plants on all the rocks along the shore and we had the best time watching them every day. Sunsets and views of Molokai were gorgeous and the sound of the waves on the shore right downstairs lulled us to sleep every night. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This condo was oceanfront for sure! Lovely to look out at the sea from the 2 balconies. We certainly saw whales every day, and a few large turtles on the beach a little further up from condo. The condo itself was looking a little tired. Needs a new paint job and updated decor. We had friends in another condo, same property, which had a renovated space with an island and refreshed decor.

Our stay was amazing. The view and location were perfect for our family of five. Our flight got in around noon and check in was not available until four so we sat in the beach next to the condo for two hours. I do wish we could have checked in but with the beach next to the condo it all worked out great!

Awesome view and great location! We saw turtles and whales everyday from the balcony. The apartment was very clean. Response from the managing company was very fast. You can't go wrong renting this place.

Amazing views. Bedrooms were excellent. Everything as described. Enjoyed the on-site Pool and Hot tub. Included beach chairs were handy for going to the nearby beach -- a short walk down the street. Definitely would stay again.Minor issues - kitchen knives were a bit dull; bathroom pocket door hard to close.
