Well equipted and very comfortable. Modern with a nice large kitchen. Large comfortable bed and a nice master bath. If you are looking for privacy, this isnt the place as there are no blinds on the windows facing the kitchen / living room. So folks walking by or even rafting down the river can see you. We also had to deal with a community issue with a loud alarm coming from a closet across from the front door. The alarm went off and lasted until someone, always me, had to go in and hit the reset button. We could only reset the alarm for 24 hours so this persisted each day throughout our stay. When we asked about the alarm we were told it was a known issue and there was nothing that can be done. We would have appreciated a heads up prior to our arrival since this was a known issue.

River view is perfect. Washer and dryer made ski gear easy to manage. Covered parking is a plus in winter. Not a huge place, but plenty of room for four.

The property was excellent. The HOA that maintains the road and the parking spaces was not very responsive. When we arrived the road in the condo complex was flooded and you had to drive thru it to get to the parking space that was covered in thick ice. We arrived on Tuesday and the issue was not resolved until Thursday afternoon after lots of phone calls and frustrations about alternative parking until the issue was resolved.

Beautiful view of the river. Excellent unit with well thought out amenities. Washer and dryer in the facility with ski locker with differed parking. Very near slopes and town. Will return on the summer to this h it hopefully as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very nice & a great location. The only complaints are that the sprinkler closet directly across from the front door had an alarm beeping the length of the stay & no one could turn it off. Also, if there's any public parking on the property, it's not clearly marked. We had two vehicles & were unsure where to park the second vehicle since there was only one carport spot allotted to each condo.

Overall good stay, nice unit on the ground floor with good parking right outside. Nice to have boot/glove dryer to use after a day skiing. Hot tub was a short walk away and rarely occupied. Unit is warm. We kept the heat off and opened windows mid february to sleep, otherwise it was over 70 degrees in the unit.

We loved the location and view right next to the Blue River. The only problem we had is getting the TV to work properly. We finally got it done. Also there was no frying pan, which I really needed, since l like to cook. We would come back. We also enjoyed the hot tub every day, always by ourselves.

Modern, clean, and cozy place. Had all of the amenities that we were looking for. The outdoor hot tub was nice even though it was 10°. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking in. Comfortable beds and heated floors. Management company was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The only caveat with the property and the complex is only one parking space is available for the unit and there is no guest parking. We had to overnight park our extra vehicles in Dillon as Silverthorne does not offer any public overnight parking.

The property process from the management company was good. The best part of the property was the patio & view of the river. The living area and kitchen were quite nice. We found the temperature in the unit to be quite warm and a constant fan blowing in the main bathroom. Really warm no flow for air.The main bathroom had a left over bar of soap under the counter.. the rugs in both bathrooms were dirty.If we were charged for cleaning we should get some type of compensation as the bathrooms were not that clean. Another thing… there were no window coverings in the living room kitchen area, didn’t really like that as well. Bedrooms too close together. Probably will not choose this unit again.

Clean, orderly, everything we needed was there. The sound of the river is so peaceful we loved the fireplace. The kitchen was accommodating. We all slept great. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually very comfortable. Property management was very good at communication. We will likely come back, such an amazing experience for our family.

Me and some buddies met up from all around and had a great time , close to good restaurants and right in the middle of the two ski resorts we visited . The creek behind the unit was a great addition to a relaxing time on the porch . The place was spotless and just like the pictures . Wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again .

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and LOVE the creek out the back door. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very usable (had all the utensils and cookware we needed), and our hosts communicated very well. It got warm in the unit, but with opening windows and fans, we were able to cool things off to a fairly comfortable temperature. Would recommend!

We loved this condo with its serene setting on the river. In fact we loved the view so much that we ate many meals there so we could enjoy the view. The condo is modern, clean, yet super comfortable. The primary bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

I just think there wasn't a lot of care taken on some details that would really help elevate a customer experience. First and foremost, please put some curtains on those big windows in the living room and kitchen! There's absolutely no privacy and people hike that trail right outside. I didn't feel super comfortable and didn't want to leave visible valuables out there. That alarm situation right outside the door was going off at 2 am and I didn't know there was a button to push to turn it off because it's marked outside on that door. I figured it was some security alarm or something as I laid awake the whole time, and I lost half a night's sleep to that thing and it kind of ruined an entire day skiing. I texted property management but they responded like 7 hours later about it. Simple things like there's no butter knives, no salt for simple seasonings when cooking. The shower in the master has a weird ringing noise when it's on. No sponge for the sink. There's WAY too much furniture in the living room to where it's hard to even walk around. Ditch the weird extra red couch and trim down the lounge seating. I wouldn't stay here again overall unfortunately.

I figured it was some security alarm or something as I laid awake the whole time, and I lost half a night's sleep to that thing and it kind of ruined an entire day skiing. I texted property management but they responded like 7 hours later about it. Simple things like there's no butter knives, no salt for simple seasonings when cooking. We have traveled for many years to beat the Dallas summer heat. Many VRBO's and cities later we tried Silverthorne for a week of our month long get away. This property is located right alongside the tree lined river. The patio is well stocked with comfy patio furniture and foot stools. The condo is well laid out with bar height dining table, counter bar stools and a comfy leather sofa. Bring your NETFLIX password or a Roku Firestick for the the TV because you'll need it. The bedrooms linens are comfy but the beds are not. We ran to Walmart and bought a 2" foam topper to make it sleepable, bed is also very creeky. Bathrooms are clean with plush towels and soaps. Kitchen was stocked but could use a fresh set of cookware and not one burger flipper could be found. It was clean and really all the two of us needed. 5 out of our 7 days there the security alarm blared for 2-4 hours each day. It was stationed right outside our front door behind a locked door. Workers would finally come to turn it off, apologize profusely and then it happened again day after day. We enjoyed exploring Silverthorne, the Bluebird Market, a day of guided fly fishing, a walk around the Dillon lake and a day in Keystone. Glad we settled in for a weeks stay.

A beautiful location and just the right size for my family. The property is on a trail (and the Blue River) so lots of people walking by. It would be nice if there were window coverings over the sliding doors and large window that face it for a little privacy. There were a few shower and coffee pot issues. Also a blender is always nice to have!

The only complaints are that the sprinkler closet directly across from the front door had an alarm beeping the length of the stay & no one could turn it off. Also, if there's any public parking on the property, it's not clearly marked. We had two vehicles & were unsure where to park the second vehicle since there was only one carport spot allotted to each condo.

Overall, this was a great apartment. It is a nice unit in a great location, very conveniently located in Silverthorne. I would knock points off for the management company. We were given a code to check in, but the keypad lock was broken. I was not able to get them to respond to my text messages (as I had been instructed) so I had to call the office in order to get help getting into the unit. Not a great way to start a vacation. I was also disappointed at the very small amount of very cheap toiletries that we were provided, we ended up just going to buy some to use. Minor complaints overall, but also they feel they're worth mentioning

Clean, orderly, everything we needed was there. The sound of the river is so peaceful we loved the fireplace. The kitchen was accommodating. We all slept great. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually very comfortable. Property management was very good at communication. We will likely come back, such an amazing experience for our family.

River view is perfect. Washer and dryer made ski gear easy to manage. Covered parking is a plus in winter. Not a huge place, but plenty of room for four.

We loved this condo with its serene setting on the river. In fact we loved the view so much that we ate many meals there so we could enjoy the view. The condo is modern, clean, yet super comfortable. The primary bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

We loved the location and view right next to the Blue River. The only problem we had is getting the TV to work properly. We finally got it done. Also there was no frying pan, which I really needed, since l like to cook. We would come back. We also enjoyed the hot tub every day, always by ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and LOVE the creek out the back door. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very usable (had all the utensils and cookware we needed), and our hosts communicated very well. It got warm in the unit, but with opening windows and fans, we were able to cool things off to a fairly comfortable temperature. Would recommend!

I texted property management but they responded like 7 hours later about it. Simple things like there's no butter knives, no salt for simple seasonings when cooking. The shower in the master has a weird ringing noise when it's on. No sponge for the sink. There's WAY too much furniture in the living room to where it's hard to even walk around. Ditch the weird extra red couch and trim down the lounge seating. I wouldn't stay here again overall unfortunately.

First and foremost, please put some curtains on those big windows in the living room and kitchen! There's absolutely no privacy and people hike that trail right outside. I didn't feel super comfortable and didn't want to leave visible valuables out there. That alarm situation right outside the door was going off at 2 am and I didn't know there was a button to push to turn it off because it's marked outside on that door. I figured it was some security alarm or something as I laid awake the whole time, and I lost half a night's sleep to that thing and it kind of ruined an entire day skiing. We have traveled for many years to beat the Dallas summer heat. Many VRBO's and cities later we tried Silverthorne for a week of our month long get away. This property is located right alongside the tree lined river. The patio is well stocked with comfy patio furniture and foot stools. The condo is well laid out with bar height dining table, counter bar stools and a comfy leather sofa. Bring your NETFLIX password or a Roku Firestick for the the TV because you'll need it. The bedrooms linens are comfy but the beds are not. We ran to Walmart and bought a 2" foam topper to make it sleepable, bed is also very creeky. Bathrooms are clean with plush towels and soaps. Kitchen was stocked but could use a fresh set of cookware and not one burger flipper could be found. It was clean and really all the two of us needed. 5 out of our 7 days there the security alarm blared for 2-4 hours each day. It was stationed right outside our front door behind a locked door. Workers would finally come to turn it off, apologize profusely and then it happened again day after day. We enjoyed exploring Silverthorne, the Bluebird Market, a day of guided fly fishing, a walk around the Dillon lake and a day in Keystone. Glad we settled in for a weeks stay.

Modern, clean, and cozy place. Had all of the amenities that we were looking for. The outdoor hot tub was nice even though it was 10°. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking in. Comfortable beds and heated floors. Management company was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The only caveat with the property and the complex is only one parking space is available for the unit and there is no guest parking. We had to overnight park our extra vehicles in Dillon as Silverthorne does not offer any public overnight parking.

A beautiful location and just the right size for my family. The property is on a trail (and the Blue River) so lots of people walking by. It would be nice if there were window coverings over the sliding doors and large window that face it for a little privacy. There were a few shower and coffee pot issues. Also a blender is always nice to have!

This is an amazing one bedroom, one bathroom apartment style rental on the Main Street of Silverthorne, CO. My partner and I stayed here for a ski trip with friends and loved it. It’s in an amazing location and it’s hard to find such a brand new place in an old mountain town like Silverthorne. The beds are all very comfortable and there is plenty of room for a couple or a small family. The owner Hannah was constantly in contact with me about two days before we checked in all the way to our last day in the unit. I would highly highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a mountain getaway or ski trip.

The property was excellent. The HOA that maintains the road and the parking spaces was not very responsive. When we arrived the road in the condo complex was flooded and you had to drive thru it to get to the parking space that was covered in thick ice. We arrived on Tuesday and the issue was not resolved until Thursday afternoon after lots of phone calls and frustrations about alternative parking until the issue was resolved.
