This listing is a cozy guest house in a quiet alley just two blocks from all the Whiskey Row/Old Town Prescott activities. A very nice shaded yard with seating and fenced well for a medium sized dog. Garage parking can be accessed from the unit. Well stocked kitchen, a comfy bed and a lovely outdoor space. Will hope this spot is available next time we are in Prescott!

Super cute Bungalow very convenient to downtown and shopping. Quiet location and the garage was a plus! Only negative is that we ran out of TP and Kleenex. Keurig did not work.

The location was great and an easy stroll to downtown, Whiskey Row, restaurants, shops and local events at the square! The garage is convenient and fit our mid-size SUV easily. Unit was spotless, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had lots of amenities and overall the stay was relaxing for my husband and I and our 65lb dog. Only item to note - Fence is a bit low on the one side and the gate is only secured by a magnet so couldn’t leave our dog outside unattended as he was strong enough to push the gate open and could hop the side fence if he wanted to. We would stay here again without a doubt!

Very nicely located and only two blocks from Whiskey Row and downtown restaurants, bars/music venues and shops. The owners are quite nice and were very responsive to a couple of minor requests. We stayed during a very hot time of year and while the two wall AC units kept us comfortable, the unit in the bedroom disrupted sleep when it activated, though I don't anticipate this would be an issue all but a few weeks a year as generally, the temps in Prescott cool off quite a bit at night. The garage worked well for storage of bikes and other items but was a bit narrow for our car - though parking in front of the garage was not an issue. Per my ratings, overall, we were very happy with the unit.

We loved the location and amenties of the bungalow. It was perfect for two people and our small dog. We used the grill to cook while there and also enjoyed visiting Whiskey Row and Watson Lake. It was so close to everything, especially Whiskey Row and the Town Square. Within steps to all we needed.

Very nice and quiet all modern utensils and kitchen, our king size bed was comfy. The air conditioners are mounted in the wall and are kind of noisy when watching tv. Nice clean garage for our car, and the gas barbecue worked great ! We used the washer and dryer no issues there either

I enjoyed this rental and you can tell the owners payed attention to making the furnishings and décor cohesive and comfortable. It was walking distance to everything I wanted to do in town, including groceries, bookstore, vintage shops and I only had to get in my car to go hiking each day. The only reason I didn't give this rental 5 stars is the outdoor area. More attention to cleaning up the patio/bbq spot and fire pit. It didn't feel welcoming like the rest of the apartment did. Overall, well done and I would stay there again.

Such a cute little spot. It was difficult to find at first but a neighbor was very helpful. I definitely will be booking this place again in the future. All the accommodations were very thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and cookware, the bed was nice and comfy and it even had a nice outdoor area with a fireplace. I especially liked the little garage to park in. Prescott isnt the best when it comes to parking.

If you are looking for the cutest bungalow that is right in the middle of everything downtown Prescott, look no further! The location of this property is perfect! Walking distance to the square so no need to drive. The property itself is just right for 2! You could technically sleep someone on the couch, but it’s perfect for a couple. The bungalow itself has everything you need. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking gadget's. Bed is SUPER comfy! Nice lil fire pit outside for when it cools down. We will def be back to this location!

The property is small but very well laid out. It is also very close to downtown Prescott so you can walk to anything. The kitchen is very well appointed.We had a few issues that were troubling-there was no soap in the bathroom so we washed with shampoo.The shower was just a trickle making showering difficult,The air conditioners were very loud making watching TV difficult.The owners are very nice and I notified them of the issues and they said they would take care of them.

Although it took us a moment to find the property, everything was spotless and well decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable which is something we cannot always find throughout our travels. Very close to downtown Prescott Courthouse, shopping, dining, and Whiskey Row. Secluded and quiet back alley location just a block from the main road. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, cozy living room, super comfy bed! Highly recommend short or long term.

Jessica & Geiler's Bungalow is just adorable!! Perfect size for 2! Very nicely decorated, clean and very comfy!! We really enjoyed our short but sweet stay and look forward to returning next time in Prescott! Cannot ask for a better location!! Patio super cute, too!!

We stayed for a short weekend trip up from Phoenix, my boyfriend, daughter and dog. It was such an easy check in process and hosts were very responsive when we asked if we could check in early. The place is so cute and comfy with a nice enclosed yard that was perfect for our dog. The location of the property is right in downtown Prescott, which made our weekend plans easy and everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. It’s was perfect for our family, but would also be a perfect place if you are looking for a place to stay for a couple wanting to enjoy the fun night life vibe. Thank you for an enjoyable and easy time! I’ve also never stayed in an Airbnb/vrbo that doesn’t have check out clean up requirements! That was so nice!

This was a wonderful little bungalow that allowed my partner and I to get some much-needed rest while waiting for our dog to have surgery at the Prescott Animal Hospital. Communication with the owner was wonderful and I couldn’t speak more highly for that interaction the ease of the rental and the property itself.

Per my ratings, overall, we were very happy with the unit.
Very nicely located and only two blocks from Whiskey Row and downtown restaurants, bars/music venues and shops. The owners are quite nice and were very responsive to a couple of minor requests. We stayed during a very hot time of year and while the two wall AC units kept us comfortable, the unit in the bedroom disrupted sleep when it activated, though I don't anticipate this would be an issue all but a few weeks a year as generally, the temps in Prescott cool off quite a bit at night. The garage worked well for storage of bikes and other items but was a bit narrow for our car - though parking in front of the garage was not an issue. Per my ratings, overall, we were very happy with the unit.

The location was great and an easy stroll to downtown, Whiskey Row, restaurants, shops and local events at the square! The garage is convenient and fit our mid-size SUV easily. Unit was spotless, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had lots of amenities and overall the stay was relaxing for my husband and I and our 65lb dog. Only item to note - Fence is a bit low on the one side and the gate is only secured by a magnet so couldn’t leave our dog outside unattended as he was strong enough to push the gate open and could hop the side fence if he wanted to. We would stay here again without a doubt!

The place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway in Prescott. Had a few events in Downtown Prescott and was able to walk to all of them with ease. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town.

We loved the location and amenties of the bungalow. It was perfect for two people and our small dog. We used the grill to cook while there and also enjoyed visiting Whiskey Row and Watson Lake. It was so close to everything, especially Whiskey Row and the Town Square. Within steps to all we needed.

This was a wonderful gem to find for our last minute, one night getaway to Prescott. It was super clean, modern and in a great location. I loved being able to walk to all our favorite places. We will definitely be staying again!

Great location and the garage was a plus. Easy walking to downtown and plenty of restaurants to try. The patio was a comfortable place to relax. The bungalow was fully equipped for cooking if you choose and although we didn’t use it, a grill was available. There was plenty of privacy and a quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay with these hosts, but in their larger place next door which is also great. Highly recommend for 2 people.

We absolutely loved this little overnight stay on the way back from the Grand Canyon! It had EVERYTHING we needed! Thank you guys so much for letting us stay, it was a much needed rest. The garage parking was really nice, we did utilize the vacuum for a quick car clean up which was nice. The laundry washer and dryer worked great and the bed....oh the bed was incredible! Superb coffee selection and a lovely shower. Couldn't ask for more but there was.... The view of the mountains from the outside patio. Awesome stay and well worth the stop. Thank you guys a million! 10/10!!!
