Panoramic Mtn Views: Prescott Sunset Sanctuary

Property was absolutely amazing with the best views. Perfect for a girls trip. Kitchen is fully stocked and the property is clean, cozy with the comforts of home.

Absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views of the city. We enjoyed pur views with our coffee on the patio in the morning and then wine by the fire at night. Had everything we needed inside the spacious house. Paula thought of every detail to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She was very attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will be back!!

This home is wonderful. The view is to die for. View of Thumb Butte, Granite Mtn, all of Prescott, you can see the Dells, etc. The home was extremely clean, laid out well. Amenities were off the hook. The host, Paula, was fantastic. She made our stay very nice. Great communication from her when it was requested. I highly recommend this home. I plan on returning to Prescott in the near future and I plan on staying here again. Thank Paula, you were outstanding!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Prescott Sunset Sanctuary. The view out over Prescott and the surrounding area is incomparable, with everything laid out before you almost as if you were in an airplane. If you like mountain views, this is the place for you. The patio is massive, and complete with a living room suite of patio furniture with all the appropriate cushions and two massive sun umbrellas for shade, plus two fire pits with more outdoor furniture around them, PLUS a picnic table with a third huge sun umbrella on the patio on the side of the house. This house’s patio is MADE for living outdoors! Also there are several large comfortable couches inside in the living room, a large dining table, and the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with more spices and basic cooking supplies (flour, white and cane sugars, olive oil, etc.) than any other rental I have stayed in! Plus two kinds of coffeemakers, a toaster oven, and a very nice convection oven. Best of all, Paula, the host, was extremely attentive, quick to respond to any questions we had, and even brought over a small drink blender when I mentioned that I couldn’t find a blender to make frozen mochas for my wife! She was the best host I have had in the two dozen or so I have experienced with house rentals. She goes above and beyond all normal host expectations. We even had two deer saunter past the patio as we sat out there! We are sure to return in the future. Also, it is great for a walker or wheelchair.

My family of 8 stayed for a long weekend. There are comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The patio is wonderful for enjoying star gazing by the fire pit. Paula is quick to respond to any questions. The only small negative is that there are signs everywhere in the house reminding of rules. I hosted a dinner and guests were required to park at the bottom of a long, steep drive instead of in the large parking area at the house. That said, I would stay again. It is a lovely home.

The property was fun to explore, seeing many birds and small wildlife and also four javelina that wondered through the yard. The house was very comfortable to "hang out" in. The communication with Paula, the host, was excellent.

There’s plenty of great recommendations in the house re: things in the area which is really nice to sift through and figure out what to do for the day! Easy to find lots af hikes, mountain biking trails, and lakes to explore as well as super easy access to downtown 💕

We had a fantastic stay at the Prescott Sunset Sanctuary. The home has a fantastic patio with amazing views, and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could have needed no matter how long your stay, plenty of towels, and even toiletries. We were greeted via text by the owner Paula, and there was a welcome basket with a lovely card. I enjoyed all of the information on things to do in Prescott and around town. My kids enjoyed the games and the movie collection. Would highly recommend and will be back.

We have stayed in a lot of rentals and not only was this home super clean, well appointed, but it was soo visitor friendly! They had so much local Prescott information from books to activities to best places to eat. The effort that went into this rental is 10/10. The views (!) made us feel like we were on top of the world, the highest point all around, absolutely stunning!

This may be our new favorite Prescott location - the living area is a beautiful open concept, so everyone in the family can visit. Bedrooms & bathrooms were nicely renovated, everything was clean & Paula was so kind to us. Bonus: deer came up to the trees this morning & ate leaves right outside our window!Loved all the posters & recommendations for things to do nearby; we are already considering coming back so we can take advantage. The views from this property are breathtaking! We had plenty of room and it was very clean. Don't consider any other peoperty, this is the one! It is up a very curvy mountain, but we had no problem with a minivan. It is a beautiful property.

Not enough stars to give. Paula made it super easy to contact even though we didn’t need to. Super organized. Super clean! She had a binder of local stuff to do, coffee, restaurants. Great location. Simply amazing!!! Perfect for family and friends. Definitely will use again! I wish she ran VRBO!

Gorgeous views, great home & awesome amenities made this an amazing spot for our family & friend adventure to AZ. Paula is a gracious and responsive host, with great style. The home was set up with the current season decor & we airfield the love put into it.

Our group of 4 couples truly enjoyed this rental. The property was incredible, particularly the back deck with amazing views overlooking the valley. The property host was warm and welcoming, the property was very clean, decorated for the holiday, and had points of interest materials for anyone interested in exploring the area. It was a 5 star stay!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. But the best part is the beautiful views from the deck. The area is quiet, which was perfect for some down time. We will definitely be back again.

This home in Prescott was absolutely perfect! The hilltop views were breathtaking, you could sit for hours in the rocking chairs soaking in the scenery. The house itself felt so welcoming, like staying in your own home away from home. It had everything we needed and more, including games and thoughtful touches throughout. Paula was incredibly communicative and helpful from start to finish, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Prescott!

This home is high on a hill with amazing views. You are still only a couple of minutes to the city's plaza though, which was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The house was too, with a tree with lights that we loved having on at night. Paula was a pleasure to work with and even let us stay past checkout with no charge. We will be back!

We had a great time spending a few days in this home. The views are exceptional and the surroundings are quiet and serene. Very quick drive (or walk!) to get to shops and restaurants and a comfortable, relaxing environment to call home. The check-in process and all instructions for the home were very simple and easy to follow. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!
