There were a few things I'd suggest about the grounds and the backyard. Kinda hazardous to kids and pets. But family enjoyed the house and amenities. Good location if you need shopping or a nice restaurant.

Unfortunately, this rental started on the wrong foot and just got worse. The entry door would not work unless strongly pulled for the lock to catch. When we inspected the door jamb, it was extremely damaged and not secured. The door itself has light shining in around on all sides. Multiple doors inside the home would not close, no body soap in the primary bathroom, no dish soap, and no washer soap. The pictures of the property are not accurate as there is no live grass and cigarettes all over the front yard.

Very cute home, and great location. However, the hallway bathroom shower didn’t have hot water. There was no hand soap at 2/3 sinks. No clear identifier for house number upon arrival, which made it difficult as we arrived at night. Some doors didn’t stay shut, and we had to use shoes to keep closed. There was no scrub brush for dishes or dish soap. It’s not the we didn’t enjoy our stay, but a lot of things that could be fixed.

The stay was great. Enjoyed the coziness of the house. The house was clean in some areas, but lacked in others. It was a great location. I would stay again.
