Bel appartement. Bien situé.

Locatie fantastisch. Hartje centrum. Apartement is ruim en leuk ingericht. Service was niet goed. Geen mail over inchecken en na 2x telefoneren pas juiste codes voor de woning. Mails kwamen dag na vertrek! Kleed en vloer niet schoon: kruimels en hondenharen. Bovendien 1 bed half opgemaakt.

Direi in generale molto positiva, solo l atrio del palazzo a piano terra pare davvero poco invitante, molto maltrattato, ma l appartamento in se è molto carino e ben tenuto. Posizione ottima in zona pedonale. Parking a 15 minuti , a pagamento.

We never got to stay in this property because one hour before we were due to check in, we received a message from the owners telling us that our booking had been cancelled because there was 'a bug in our tool'!?!? The owner even put the phone down on me when I called to try to find out what was going on. A 45mins phone call to Vrbo still couldn't resolve our situation. They too called the owners and were told it was because of bed bugs!!! Seriously?!?! We suffered an extreme amount of stress and anxiety trying to sort the situation after a very long 6 hour drive and were very disappointed that the end of our holiday had to end like this. Vrbo were unable to secure us with an emergency hotel (we sorted this ourselves) and all I can hope is that they offer us a full compensation for their poor service and lack of adequate solution and the owners of the property in Reims are penalised for their appalling behaviour; cancelling a booking one hour before arrival is totally unacceptable.
