#StayinMyDistrict Pendelton Place Walk to Mt Tabor

I like the highland bull and the horse pictures on the wall. I also appreciate that there were television options besides Network TV and commercials. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Because we are asked to separate trash from recyclables, it would be good if the property provided receptacles for recyclables. There was very limited communication between the office and me before I arrived. But then the office emailed me each day, which was excessive. I don't need to be reminded each day regarding check out expectations.

Downstairs apt. was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. That said, think Bongzilla lived above. Smell of skunky weed permeated the apt. and plenty of loud activity until past midnight. Think if you expect others to be quiet by a certain hour, maybe the host should expect the same of themselves.

Apartment was fine. Street level. Quiet neighborhood. It is a basement unit so you do hear the family above from time to time. Basic items are there. We selected this unit over others mostly because it had a king size bed. They could use some blankets as it only had a sheet and light comforter. It could also use fold away luggage racks so you had a place to put your luggage. No dresser. There is only a tiny dining table, this is set up for max of two people. Did not see host. We would probably stay again.

Very nice location. Rental was clean and comfortable. Host communication was phenomenal. Cute little gem and we would certainly book again!

The VRBO was clean but smelled like a musty old basement.
