The location of the property was perfect, private and quiet. The property was clean and everything we needed was furnished. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It served as an excellent base as we explored the state of Maine. It was convenient to everywhere.

Miranda's Outlet House was sparkling clean with comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the amenities we needed. It was so nice to have a tea kettle on the stove as often times places don't have a tea kettle. The cottage is an easy walk or drive to downtown Freeport. We would definitely stay here again if we return to this area. Thanks, Miranda.

Walking distance to LLBean and Freeport shopping areas and 25 min drive to Portland but still felt remote and private. Excellent communication with host, Maranda. House was basic but equipped with everything we needed (host even checked to make sure during our stay) and spotlessly clean.

This is a perfect haven for a couple, or a small group of family or friends. Everything is as nice as it's presented here at VRBO. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Owner was very responsive and quickly addressed a minor heating issue and it was resolved. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! The cottage was super clean and in a quiet area within walking distance to town and all the shops and restaurants. Check-in was simple and the hosts were very friendly and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to stay in Freeport in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well stocked. Close enough to walk into the shopping district of Freeport. This was also a nice central location to stay if you want to take some day trips along the coast.

The cottage is located within walking distance of town and the local grocery market. The large property surrounding the cottage at the end of a dead end street gave privacy and peace. The cottage is well equipped, clean, quaint, spacious, and located just behind the owners home. The one bathroom is located downstairs, with upstairs bedrooms. The owner respected our privacy and was available for any questions. We'd absolutely stay here again. It'll be our GO-TO destination! Sadly, we didn't see any moose.

The stairs and upper landing were difficult for a 76 yr old. suggest a 2nd small railing at the landing. No upstairs bathroom made things a bit difficult at night. Other than that the place was great.

My husband and I stayed at this sweet cottage along with our 2 year old- and it was the perfect size for a long weekend! The cottage is very family friendly- and includes a pack n play, high chair, gilder chair, and lots of toys! The cottage is on a quiet, dead end street, walking distance to the main shops and restaurants! The only small issue we had (and this was really just due to time of year) was that there is only AC in one of the bedrooms- and it got incredibly hot upstairs since it was a very hot weekend. Hosts were very responsive and happy to bring us more fans. Overall- we had a lovely time and would recommend!

Perfect for a girls weekend. Cute small but not too small. A kitchen, living room, even laundry. A perfect location to downtown Freeport , we walked down and we let shopping and close enough to Portland, we went out on evening to a comedy show. I would definitely recommend!!
