Regal Retreat in Nashville Pool Gym Free Parking

The host was easy to communicate with and easy to check in and check out. The 1865 Building was unique and conveniently located next to Vanderbilt, with a quick drive to downtown Nashville. The apartment was cozy and comfortable for a small family.

Had a wonderful stay. We have stayed in a couple of other lofts in this building and this is by far our favorite!!

Great location and cute place

This property had a 10/10 rating, so I was expecting everything to be near perfect. The pull out was broken and had bodily fluid stains on the mattress. The couch smelled bad. One of the two chairs I. The living area was broken. There were no oven mitts and no kitchen essentials like salt/pepper/cooking spray. Some of the bath towels were threadbare. The unit looked like it had held a few too many parties to get a good rating from me. When I brought the problems to the attention of the property manager, she was very quick to respond, but said all of the broken things were ‘newly broken’. From the smells, stains and broken down nature of the pullout, I do not think this was new damage. The unit above us was rented and apparently had a very noisy couple who sounded like they were having sex in our unit. The floors and walls offer no sound proofing. I wouldn’t stay here again and beware of that 10/10 rating!

Property just like the pictures represented. Nice area and clean. Would definitely stay there again!
