This house is in a great, quiet neighborhood and very walkable to coffee/pastries down the road. You HAVE to try Brightside bakery for some yummy treats. We had some issues with the A/C and the host was incredibly communicative and had an HVAC technician out to the property same day. We were very appreciative.

Very lovely home in a walkable neighborhood. Easy to share with our daughter's family and still have privacy. The porches and backyard were a great bonus!

An absolutely wonderful home and stay: beautiful space, attentive hosts, delightful neighborhood with great restaurants and breweries nearby. Spent hours on the front porch swing. Won’t be looking anywhere else for future trips to Nashville.

Lovely home in a perfect location. So close to 12 south and downtown Nashville. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Organized. Comfortable beds. And felt like home. Will definitely stay again.
