Arrived late afternoon to perfectly clean house and comfortable living space. Had our dog and fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Pretty close to downtown and plenty of stores etc very nearby. K cups provided for keurig was a great bonus. Well stocked kitchen although we didn’t use much as we were out early the next am. I would definitely stay again if driving through the area. Only drawback is that house backs up to highway so there is 24/7 traffic noise which is why I gave 4 stars. Owner did supply sound machine which is very thoughtful.

Our family came to Nashville for a wedding at Cheekwood. Casa Rover was a real stress reliever. It was so nice to be able to have our dogs with us and not worry about the extra expense of boarding. The dogs loved the backyard and hanging with us between events. I was a little worried about noise from the interstate that other reviews mentioned. There was a sound machine in our bedroom and we slept well. The location is very convenient to everything and it was nice to be able to grab a few things from the grocery to have on hand for breakfast and snacks between meals. We will definitely be back. I almost forgot to mention how great the showers were! Multiple shower heads, great pressure, and never ran out of hot water!

Fresh house in nice neighborhood. Nice living area and kitchen. All appliances worked great. There was no animal odor in the house. Large fenced back yard. Nice front porch seating. Danny was quick to respond to questions. Located close to highway for convinence the trade off was highway noise. We would stay again when returning to Nashville with our 2 doggies.

We had a nice time. Back yard was nice and the treats and poop bags were a nice touch. Didn’t realize that the highway was in the back but area is very convenient. Appreciated the hospitality.

Our family got together here at Casa Rover in Nashville. We came from Colorado to East TN & enjoyed some quiet time all together here. There was ample space for everyone to relax, eat & sleep. The house had updated furniture & 2 new nice comfy recliner chairs. Both Bathrooms are beautifully updated & nice large showers. Plenty of towels & necessities. The interstate traffic noise & street noice was hardly noticeable due to the 2 white noise machines in each bedroom. The bedding is soft & so comfortable even though beds were a bit firm for us. We Loved having our Labradoodle, Jake, come with us & he enjoyed the XL crate to sleep & retreat to. Also the fenced in huge backyard for the kids & dog to enjoy was wonderful. This host is the Best! He ordered a couple of items we needed & arrived from Amazon the same day. Danny is attentive, responsive & determined to make everyone comfortable while staying at their property. Additionally— thank you for gathering items I accidentally left behind & made sure were available for pickup the next day. Thank you Danny! We will definitely recommend Casa Rover & plan to stay again in the future!

Great stay - FANTASTIC location to downtown, historic sites and tons of really good restaurants. It is an outstanding home rental for pet owners. Danny is a first-rate host - superior communication skills, super responsive, and very accommodating. The house is clean, spacious, modern with a LARGE fenced yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a new and LARGE shower with three shower heads! We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return when in Nashville again.

The house was perfect for the hubby and I. I have rented many houses in the past few years and having dogs makes finding a home a little more complicated. He provided dog beds, towels for the dogs and a huge fenced in backyard. If you have dogs this is a great place to stay. Thank you for everything.

The property was exactly what was advertised. Danny is a great host and quickly responded to any and all questions. He also provided great suggestions of things to do in the area. Make sure to hit The Frothy Monkey (thanks for that one, Danny). The house was clean and the fenced in yard was ideal for our k9 companions. Even providing guest towels for the dogs so we could wipe their feet! When we come back to Nashville, we are hoping this property is available for us again!

Casa Rover was “as advertised” and perfect for our stay. House was nice and very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Also had a great backyard for our two dogs. Cass Rover was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. We were in Nashville to move my mother into an apartment at a senior village and the house was so convenient for everything we needed to do. It was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the back yard was great for our dog. Danny was very prompt with all communications.

This cozy home was a very nice respite for us as we traveled with our dogs, one of which is elderly. Everything was as described and though the highway was out back, the huge yard for my dogs was a definite bonus. Beds comfy, living areas cozy. The hardwood floors were a bit slippery for my elderly dog, but they were clean and certainly great for us humans!! Parking spots made our home on point for our weekend. Thanks to Danny for your fast and clear communications! Zero issues. Grocery and other stores and food were very nearby. The neighborhood was safe for walking the dogs once we crossed the street.

Fresh house in nice neighborhood. Nice living area and kitchen. All appliances worked great. There was no animal odor in the house. Large fenced back yard. Nice front porch seating. Danny was quick to respond to questions. Located close to highway for convinence the trade off was highway noise. We would stay again when returning to Nashville with our 2 doggies.

Our family got together here at Casa Rover in Nashville. We came from Colorado to East TN & enjoyed some quiet time all together here. There was ample space for everyone to relax, eat & sleep. The house had updated furniture & 2 new nice comfy recliner chairs. Both Bathrooms are beautifully updated & nice large showers. Plenty of towels & necessities. The interstate traffic noise & street noice was hardly noticeable due to the 2 white noise machines in each bedroom. The bedding is soft & so comfortable even though beds were a bit firm for us. We Loved having our Labradoodle, Jake, come with us & he enjoyed the XL crate to sleep & retreat to. Also the fenced in huge backyard for the kids & dog to enjoy was wonderful. This host is the Best! He ordered a couple of items we needed & arrived from Amazon the same day. Danny is attentive, responsive & determined to make everyone comfortable while staying at their property. Additionally— thank you for gathering items I accidentally left behind & made sure were available for pickup the next day. Thank you Danny! We will definitely recommend Casa Rover & plan to stay again in the future!

Great stay - FANTASTIC location to downtown, historic sites and tons of really good restaurants. It is an outstanding home rental for pet owners. Danny is a first-rate host - superior communication skills, super responsive, and very accommodating. The house is clean, spacious, modern with a LARGE fenced yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a new and LARGE shower with three shower heads! We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return when in Nashville again.

We had a wonderful weekend in Nashville at Casa Rover. The attention to detail for the pups was appreciated. It made it traveling with the pups so much easier. Excellent host.

Cass Rover was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. We were in Nashville to move my mother into an apartment at a senior village and the house was so convenient for everything we needed to do. It was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the back yard was great for our dog. Danny was very prompt with all communications.

The property was exactly what was advertised. Danny is a great host and quickly responded to any and all questions. He also provided great suggestions of things to do in the area. Make sure to hit The Frothy Monkey (thanks for that one, Danny). The house was clean and the fenced in yard was ideal for our k9 companions. Even providing guest towels for the dogs so we could wipe their feet! When we come back to Nashville, we are hoping this property is available for us again!

Arrived late afternoon to perfectly clean house and comfortable living space. Had our dog and fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Pretty close to downtown and plenty of stores etc very nearby. K cups provided for keurig was a great bonus. Well stocked kitchen although we didn’t use much as we were out early the next am. I would definitely stay again if driving through the area. Only drawback is that house backs up to highway so there is 24/7 traffic noise which is why I gave 4 stars. Owner did supply sound machine which is very thoughtful.

Our family came to Nashville for a wedding at Cheekwood. Casa Rover was a real stress reliever. It was so nice to be able to have our dogs with us and not worry about the extra expense of boarding. The dogs loved the backyard and hanging with us between events. I was a little worried about noise from the interstate that other reviews mentioned. There was a sound machine in our bedroom and we slept well. The location is very convenient to everything and it was nice to be able to grab a few things from the grocery to have on hand for breakfast and snacks between meals. We will definitely be back. I almost forgot to mention how great the showers were! Multiple shower heads, great pressure, and never ran out of hot water!

This property is in a great location just about 15 from many of the great attractions in Nashville, and the dog friendly aspect was a big plus for us. Would definitely stay here again if we happen to be back in Nashville with our dog.

We had to shorten our stay for personal reasons. Had easy access to close grocery, retail, etc….if needed. Read about a train or bus line to get easy access without having to pay parking if going into city. Sent pics to Danny of our dogs enjoying their complimentary treats, which only one of our dogs lol got to enjoy. Our other one wasn't too good at hiding in backyard. Only thing I could recommend is a rail leading out into backyard due to extra drop off for access to crawl space. Thats if only someone would trip over door plate like me but luckily I regained my feet lol. Great short stay yet would come back 100 percent to CasaRover!

This cozy home was a very nice respite for us as we traveled with our dogs, one of which is elderly. Everything was as described and though the highway was out back, the huge yard for my dogs was a definite bonus. Beds comfy, living areas cozy. The hardwood floors were a bit slippery for my elderly dog, but they were clean and certainly great for us humans!! Parking spots made our home on point for our weekend. Thanks to Danny for your fast and clear communications! Zero issues. Grocery and other stores and food were very nearby. The neighborhood was safe for walking the dogs once we crossed the street.

Thus property is a confusing place to stay with a huge fenced-in back yard for prior who travel wuth their dogs, like we do. There are numerous great restaurants and bars near by and it's only about 15 minutes to downtown Nashville.

This was a great place for my husband, dog and I to stay while in Nashville. The large fenced in backyard was great for our dog and the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed! We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved this home for our 9-day visit to Nashville! It was incredibly comfortable for two adults, a 14-year-old, and our dog, with plenty of space to spread out. The bedroom and bathroom setup was great, and we especially loved the walk-in shower in the master bathroom. While a little more counter space would have been nice, it definitely didn’t take away from the experience. The walk-in closets were a fantastic bonus with lots of room, and all appliances worked perfectly.The fully fenced backyard was a huge plus and made things so easy for our dog. We didn’t spend a lot of time back there ourselves, but there was plenty of space if you wanted to.Danny was an outstanding host—communication was excellent, and help was always available if needed. Getting downtown was quick and easy, much faster than we expected—about a 15-minute drive. There are also a few small parks nearby that were great for walking or running.While the highway is well hidden from view, there is some noise, but the white noise machines provided made sleeping very comfortable and restful.Overall, this was a fantastic stay and an excellent value. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Casa Rover was a great home to stay in. Plenty of room to spread out with a large family. House was clean upon arrival with plenty of amenities. House has a large backyard as well. Host is very responsive and helpful. Had a great time during our stay with plenty to do nearby.
