A perfect little cottage for a weekend getaway for us. Was quiet, beautiful, and clean. Could not of asked for a better place to relax, fish, and swim right from the dock. Can’t wait to go again!

4 day fishing trip. accommodations were great, fishing dock is awesome. Fishing was awesome and the stay was not like any other rental it was more homeish. I enjoyed the sytay and will definitely be back.

This property was clean and provided all the amenities needed. Also, the property was situated in a great location, close to a variety of public boat ramps and in a wind-protected cove. The boat house made it convenient to dock the boat and break for lunch.

Amazing. Perfect for family of 4-6. Game room was awesome and perfect for our 10 and 7 year old. We fished every day. Cottage was clean and super cute. We will be back. Amazing communication and we had zero issues. We will be back. Thank you !!

House is nicely decorated and especially clean. Well stocked, comfortable and great access and view of lake. Quiet neighborhood. Host very nice. Older home with nice updates. Ideal location for boat owner to stay but we only fished (unsuccessfully) briefly from nice boat dock.

We could not ask for a more perfect stay on the lake! House was extremely clean, well stocked and peaceful. Wonder boat dock and screened in porch. We will return soon! Hostess was excellent.

The property was everything we were hoping for. The house, although older, was well kept and clean. The screened in porch was great for relaxing in the evening or coffee in the morning. The highlight of the place was the boathouse and lift. We brought our boat but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate very well. With the boathouse, that was not a ploblem at all. We could sit lakeside and fish under the covering of the boathouse. We enjoyed everything about the stay and would highly recommend for a couple or small family. One of the better highlights was the great and friendly communication from the property manager. Thank you for a nice experience and we will definitely be back.

We had two moms and our kids coming together for a few days for our annual spend time and make memories get together. There were 2 moms, 1 teen, 2 pre-teens, 1 9-year-old, a 4 yr old, and a toddler. We all had a wonderful time. There were plenty of different spaces with tables for older kids to play games on the covered patio and in the bedroom/game room. There was another table with chairs on the deck for the kids to eat and play after playing in the lake. There was another table and chairs down at the dock to eat watermelon and swim in the lake. The lake/bay area was perfect and quiet. We didn't have to worry about boaters. Our children kayaked and swam in the lake morning, noon, and night. The screened-in porch was just great for the mamas to sit and relax with a glass of wine and stay up way too late and enjoy catching up. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The owner was great at communication ahead of time and we had no issues. She provided us with a home away from home. Thank you so much!

Our family really loved this place. It is very homey and inviting. The backyard leading right into the lake was amazing. Communication with the host was always prompt when we had questions. The dogs loved running around. We would definitely love to come back.

My husband and myself need some alone relax time and this place did the trick. It was a nice, cozy, warm place right on the lake. We would definitely stay thee again. Close enough to towns if we wanted to get out, or need anything. Next Time we may bring our children..

The house is very cozy, very well stocked with about everything you could need.Even night crawlers were in the frig @ boat dock. There were 5 of us women over 60. just what we needed to visit - relax! Back porch lite needs to be fixed..but other than that, we had a great 3 day stay. Thank you

Property was everything it was advertised as, and even more. Perfect location and very quiet. Host was extremely helpful, and we plan on coming back many times. It is perfect for adults with small kids or adults only.

There was another table with chairs on the deck for the kids to eat and play after playing in the lake. There was another table and chairs down at the dock to eat watermelon and swim in the lake. The lake/bay area was perfect and quiet. We didn't have to worry about boaters. Our children kayaked and swam in the lake morning, noon, and night. The screened-in porch was just great for the mamas to sit and relax with a glass of wine and stay up way too late and enjoy catching up. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The owner was great at communication ahead of time and we had no issues. She provided us with a home away from home. Thank you so much!

Great house for our needs. Clean, lake front, close to boat ramp and close to the city of Bullard. Would definitely stay at this house on future trips to the lake.

This property was clean and provided all the amenities needed. Also, the property was situated in a great location, close to a variety of public boat ramps and in a wind-protected cove. The boat house made it convenient to dock the boat and break for lunch.

House is nicely decorated and especially clean. Well stocked, comfortable and great access and view of lake. Quiet neighborhood. Host very nice. Older home with nice updates. Ideal location for boat owner to stay but we only fished (unsuccessfully) briefly from nice boat dock.

Property was everything it was advertised as, and even more. Perfect location and very quiet. Host was extremely helpful, and we plan on coming back many times. It is perfect for adults with small kids or adults only.

My husband and myself need some alone relax time and this place did the trick. It was a nice, cozy, warm place right on the lake. We would definitely stay thee again. Close enough to towns if we wanted to get out, or need anything. Next Time we may bring our children..

Beautiful location , neighbors were really nice , the house was comfortable and the fishing was grreat , caught drum , hybrids, catfish , perch. ....great place wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us....God Bless

From the moment we drove up I was thrilled. Such an adorable home!! Very comfy indeed. Access to lake and boat dock was perfect for my grandsons. We all fished just didn’t catch which didn’t matter. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and drinking my coffee in the morning. One afternoon Mother Nature gave us quite the show with thunder and lightning. My son’s family loved the house as much as I did. They are talking about coming again.

The cottage is charming! The backyard runs right down to the lake. The boat dock was terrific, and during the time we were there, very little boat traffic. A very quiet spot on the lake.

This place was perfect!!!!!!!! It was everything we hoped for and more. The host thought of everything. The house, the view, the beds, the deck, the porch, the decor… perfect. We are already looking at our calendar trying to find out a time to come back.

We had an excellent stay. The property is a little older but the price reflects that and it is well maintained and cared for. Great communication from the host. Beautiful view and access to the lake right out the back door that can’t be beat, fishing off the dock and firepit nighttime vibes. Our puppy was in heaven as well - we would absolutely stay here again - 10/10!
