Breakers West A-6 is a spectacular condo with every amenity you can imagine. Immaculate inside and out. Screened in porch is perfect for evening dinners. Loved the location and walked the beach(shelling) every day. The pool was crystal clear and perfect temperature too. Just can't beat watching the sunrise and sunset in the gulf.

From the condo, there was a nice, easy access to the beach, and the pool was great. The condo was fully stocked. It had all the amenities of a hotel (toiletries, sheets, and towels provided) plus those of a beach condo (beach items) which was great when flying in for a vacation.

Superb! The host provided an exceptional stay and thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. From having beach chairs and an umbrella to surge protectors for our many power cords - we enjoyed the perks of our stay! Dennis was quick with responses. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Cannot recommend this property enough!

We had a fantastic vacation and the condo was the best VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed at! So convenient with the pool just steps away and quick walk to the ocean. The bathrooms are very nice and the whole condo was beautiful. So nice they had beach chairs, towels and umbrella since we had flown to Florida. Very well organized and owners were responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again!!

We had a great experience, the owners were very responsive. The accommodations were perfect. Beach and pool were both right outside the condo. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the No-See-Um's, no fault of the owners, but if you go to Sanibel, ensure you bring appropriate bug spray, and just be prepared bc they are always around due to hurricanes

Everything was new and in very good taste. Kitchen fully equipped. Towels plentiful, fat and fluffy. All beach equipment available. The unit had everything you would need. Beach almost deserted, tons of shells, just a few minutes away. Bring your groceries and move in! Thank you Dennis. A great place!

Our family of four rented this condo for four nights on our first trip to Sanibel. The owner contacted us almost immediately after we booked and was kind enough to modify our reservation once we realized that we would need to arrive a day later than expected. The owner provided very good information about the property as well as some useful tips on what to do on our trip prior to our arrival. Upon arriving on the island, we easily found the management company office on the main thoroughfare to pick up the keys. The condo was easy to find as well. We found it very clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids. The property pool was just a few steps out the back patio. It was a fairly small pool, but quiet, as we rarely saw anyone there. We spent most our time on the beach, which was only a two-minute (or less) walk away from the property. There was plenty of room to set up our station on the beach, and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas made the beach days very enjoyable. We ate our breakfasts and lunches in the condo, which had ample kitchen space to prepare meals. At night, we ventured out to try the many wonderful restaurants on the island, all of which were only a few minutes away by car. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this property. I would strongly consider renting it again if we make it back to Sanibel, which we hope to do in the future.

Of course the area was not pristine but they have been thru alot of hurricanes and besides we weren't there to admire the grounds. We found shells larger than ever found. The beach is covered with them. There were really good places to eat. Timbers was a favorite. There is easy access to a nice pool. The rooms were very clean. Decorations very nice. Totally enjoyed it. Communication so easy and supportive -- even for an old techno dummie like me. Totally appreciated.
Of course the area was not pristine but they have been thru alot of hurricanes and besides we weren't there to admire the grounds. We found shells larger than ever found. The beach is covered with them. There were really good places to eat. Timbers was a favorite. There is easy access to a nice pool. The rooms were very clean. Decorations very nice. Totally enjoyed it. Communication so easy and supportive -- even for an old techno dummie like me. Totally appreciated.

This was the most immaculate condo I have ever stayed in! The property owners responded to any very minute issue almost immediately! The location and 2 minute walk to the beach was more than outstanding! 100 stars! We will absolutely be back. Thank you!!!!!

We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless.

This was by far the nicest beach condo we have ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean and was so well stocked. The owners literally thought of everything! The walk to the beach was short and easy. And the beach was simply gorgeous! We were so sad to have to leave early due to Hurricane Milton, but we hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property.

The condo was very well furnished - stylish, comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen with all the equipment one would need on a vacation. Beds were very comfortable. Denis and Lori were helpful and very available. We will definitely be returning.

Loved the condo and its closeness to the beach. Everything was as described and then some. We’ve stayed at many VRBO houses through the years and this was the cleanest of all. Owners were a pleasure communicating with. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The condo is immaculate! There is a binder on the coffee table with several great suggestions and although some of the numbers didn't work, the places we went were great!The island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but we went in the off season and everywhere we we there was no waiting. 10/10

What a beautiful place! This condo had everything and more and it’s steps from the beach. On days we weren’t at the beach, we were checking out the shops and restaurants close by. The building is very nice and quiet. The entire space is beautifully maintained. Central location, you can easily walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Dennis, the owner gave us some great recommendations. He was so easy to work with and was great with communication. For this trip we didn’t have any kids with us but I can’t wait to book this exact spot again for a family vacation. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean and just steps from the beach. Bed was very comfortable. It is an awesome place to have a bike as there are biking trails all over the island. Bring bug spray! The no see ums are bad and get worse whenever the sun goes down.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We have enjoyed both times very much. The condo is an easy walk to the golf. It’s a small unit building, and the property is always immaculate as is the condo. The kitchen is well stocked without extra extraneous Pots and pans. Everything matches. Our landlord, Dennis, is very easy to reach and communicative,We were also pleased this time to find how well the condo is maintained. The carpet looks great. All the furniture has weathered well. The unit is Bright and Pristine. We will probably stay a third time if we are traveling alone. The only difficulty is not being able to bring our well trained cocker spaniel.

Nice. We liked ground floor and closeness to end of building nearest to the beach. Parking was near unit. Kitchen stuff was good. We were disappointed that kuerig wasnt available and that table only had benches and no chairs.

I brought my college-aged daughter and friends with me for our first visit to Sanibel. After a long trip, we walked into the prettiest, coziest place and felt right at home. Had plenty of space for 5 ladies and everything we needed to cookie and sleep there. The pool was great and the beaches with those amazing shells were a quick walk to get to. The area is quiet and the girls were able to relax. We will be back with family next spring break!

Spent the week and it could not have been any better. Dennis and Lori have a beautifully appointed condo, with everything we needed for a perfect week. Beach was a 1 minute walk, and nearly deserted as most neighboring buildings are still under renovation. Shell hunting was amazing, water was calm and warm, condo was extremely comfortable and quiet. Doc Ford’s was a great recommendation for meals… 4 minutes away, great food and drinks with a wonderful atmosphere and service (ask for Scott). Rachel at Shining Objects Jewelry was also wonderful. We’ve done over 20 VRBO vacations …. This was the best ever..

After two days of driving we arrived at the condo, we unlocked the door to our first floor condo only to find it occupied, after talking to the host we were moved to upstairs (3 flights) to another condo, my husband & I are in our late 60’s & 70’s this was not an easy task to carry everything up to check in then down to check out, the elevator was out of order. It would have been nice if there was a grill on the rooftop area instead of both grilling the parking area. The condo was lovely and the host did respond quickly. Will probably return some day!

What a beautiful place! This condo had everything and more and it’s steps from the beach. On days we weren’t at the beach, we were checking out the shops and restaurants close by. The building is very nice and quiet. The entire space is beautifully maintained. Central location, you can easily walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Dennis, the owner gave us some great recommendations. He was so easy to work with and was great with communication. For this trip we didn’t have any kids with us but I can’t wait to book this exact spot again for a family vacation. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will be back!

Superb! The host provided an exceptional stay and thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. From having beach chairs and an umbrella to surge protectors for our many power cords - we enjoyed the perks of our stay! Dennis was quick with responses. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Cannot recommend this property enough!

We had a fantastic vacation and the condo was the best VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed at! So convenient with the pool just steps away and quick walk to the ocean. The bathrooms are very nice and the whole condo was beautiful. So nice they had beach chairs, towels and umbrella since we had flown to Florida. Very well organized and owners were responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again!!

We had a great experience, the owners were very responsive. The accommodations were perfect. Beach and pool were both right outside the condo. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the No-See-Um's, no fault of the owners, but if you go to Sanibel, ensure you bring appropriate bug spray, and just be prepared bc they are always around due to hurricanes

The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Lovely visit.

Of course the area was not pristine but they have been thru alot of hurricanes and besides we weren't there to admire the grounds. We found shells larger than ever found. The beach is covered with them. There were really good places to eat. Timbers was a favorite. There is easy access to a nice pool. The rooms were very clean. Decorations very nice. Totally enjoyed it. Communication so easy and supportive -- even for an old techno dummie like me. Totally appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean and just steps from the beach. Bed was very comfortable. It is an awesome place to have a bike as there are biking trails all over the island. Bring bug spray! The no see ums are bad and get worse whenever the sun goes down.

Great place. Right on the beach. Really do need to wear bug spray and we needed lots of itch cream but that seems to be everywhere in the area. Not too busy but still plenty to do and see.

We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo. The place is clean and has everything you need. The pool is quite small and not having any extra parking at all for day visitors or when someone is in your spot is really inconvenient. The location is great because it is close to so many restaurants and the grocery stores.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed ground floor condo with a short.. maybe 2 min walk to the beach. Everything in the condo was in outstanding condition… towels, sheets… comfy bed! Large screen TV’s, pots, pans, coffee maker… thoughtful to have the basic condiments. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Our family of four rented this condo for four nights on our first trip to Sanibel. The owner contacted us almost immediately after we booked and was kind enough to modify our reservation once we realized that we would need to arrive a day later than expected. The owner provided very good information about the property as well as some useful tips on what to do on our trip prior to our arrival. Upon arriving on the island, we easily found the management company office on the main thoroughfare to pick up the keys. The condo was easy to find as well. We found it very clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids. The property pool was just a few steps out the back patio. It was a fairly small pool, but quiet, as we rarely saw anyone there. We spent most our time on the beach, which was only a two-minute (or less) walk away from the property. There was plenty of room to set up our station on the beach, and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas made the beach days very enjoyable. We ate our breakfasts and lunches in the condo, which had ample kitchen space to prepare meals. At night, we ventured out to try the many wonderful restaurants on the island, all of which were only a few minutes away by car. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this property. I would strongly consider renting it again if we make it back to Sanibel, which we hope to do in the future.

We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless.

Nice. We liked ground floor and closeness to end of building nearest to the beach. Parking was near unit. Kitchen stuff was good. We were disappointed that kuerig wasnt available and that table only had benches and no chairs.

The condo was very well furnished - stylish, comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen with all the equipment one would need on a vacation. Beds were very comfortable. Denis and Lori were helpful and very available. We will definitely be returning.

Spent the week and it could not have been any better. Dennis and Lori have a beautifully appointed condo, with everything we needed for a perfect week. Beach was a 1 minute walk, and nearly deserted as most neighboring buildings are still under renovation. Shell hunting was amazing, water was calm and warm, condo was extremely comfortable and quiet. Doc Ford’s was a great recommendation for meals… 4 minutes away, great food and drinks with a wonderful atmosphere and service (ask for Scott). Rachel at Shining Objects Jewelry was also wonderful. We’ve done over 20 VRBO vacations …. This was the best ever..

The condo is immaculate! There is a binder on the coffee table with several great suggestions and although some of the numbers didn't work, the places we went were great!The island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but we went in the off season and everywhere we we there was no waiting. 10/10

Overall very nice comfortable cozy condo. Very nice pool area. We stayed on the ground floor. No steps to climb. LOVE the beach is like a 2 minute walk. The beach was very nice when we were there. Everyone in the area is super nice and polite. Was warned about the no see ums. Tried to keep spray on but they still got us!

The condo was clean and had all the items needed for a stay at the beach. A sandy path from the back of the complex offered a one-minute walk to a beautiful, secluded beach. The bike path was across the street and offered miles of paved trails to access the island. I would highly recommend choosing this rental if you enjoy having easy access and no crowds.
