Elegant Home - Pool - 0.4m to lake

Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood! We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was very nice as well! Only complaint we had was the water in the showers/tub didn't get as hot as we like. Everything else was good and we look forward to staying there again!

I will start by saying the host was polite and responsive to communications. The property itself was not what it was depicted to be in the description. Upon entering the house it was immediately apparent that the property was not deep cleaned as would be expected for a longer term stay that we had reserved (2 months). When entering further into the house a strong animal urine odor was overwhelming. The garage gym was in major disrepair as opposed to the listing photos. I immediately vacated the property and did not stay a single night, and the host insisted that we still be liable for payment... this was frustrating to have to wait over a weeks and still not be refunded a full payment.

Everything was as promised. We had a mechanical issue, but it was taken care of quickly. Great hosts.

The house and pool were clean. The kitchen had some dirty utensils and lacked equipment. The blender was missing the pitcher, no mixer just a toaster oven. The ice machine, water dispenser don’t work. The downstairs tv can’t load new apps, so it’s Netflix or nothing. Owners never responded to these issues.
