Travelers, be warned! This property is in dire need of maintenance. Considering the higher price point, these other reviews seem suspiciously positive.The apartment was spacious, and the host was friendly and provided recommendations for local restaurants. However, the quality of the accommodations fell far short of our expectations.We had booked three nights but only managed to stay one. We would have left immediately if not for our family of six, including children, who arrived late on a flight and couldn’t find alternative accommodation until the next day.The shower and walls were moldy, and the towels and sheets were scratchy, stained, and dirty. The bath mats were equally grimy, and the kitchen towels and sponges were also filthy. There was clutter throughout. The apartment desperately needed a thorough cleaning, new linens and towels, and at the very least, a new couch that was dirty and torn.The host dismisses our review as mere opinion but I have left some photos for you to form your own judgment.In the rooms that typically do not have air conditioning, the fans were filthy.The host refused to refund us, citing both their policy and VRBO’s policy, so be cautious when booking this property. We were fortunate to find another apartment to book for the remainder of our trip which was very clean and comfortable.

Convenient location. Too much clutter. Towels need replacing. Overall a nice place to stay. Would stay there again.

If you want the best andost spacious apartment, you definitely have to stay here at this one. Great location, very clean and truly a gem.of a place! We truly loved our stay here, beds very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious!!
