Wonderful Villa Near the Sea

Die Lage war gut, nahe am Strand und sehr ruhig! Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war gross, schön und gemütlich und auch der Aussenbereich war top. Einzig negativer Aspekt war, dass der Wasserhahn im kleineren Badezimmer sehr sorgfältig betätigt werden musste, damit das Wasser nach Gebrauch wirklich abgestellt war, dass im grösseren Badezimmer der Abfluss verstopft war und der in der Küche ausgelaufen war. Letztere beiden Dinge haben wir geflickt, weil es abends passiert war. Die Gastgeber waren aber am nächsten Morgen zur Stelle, als wir das Problem meldeten. Das Bett im grösseren Schlafzimmer war etwas „durchgelegen“. Wenn man im Kauf nimmt, dass nicht mehr alles auf dem neuesten Stand ist, kann man den Aufenthalt wunderbar geniessen.

We enjoyed a great stay here! Plenty of room for six of us. Lovely neighborhood. Pretty view of the ocean across the street. Close enough to airport and stores nearby (within short drive). Check in and overall property instructions were ok. I’m used to VRBO’s having an instruction manual and there were a few little things that came up. The owner greeted us, which was great, super nice but questions come up and there’s nothing to refer to (like where do we empty garbage). The owner lives above the main house and instructions were to be quiet after 10pm which is totally understandable but we didn’t know this ahead of time and felt like we had to whisper after 10pm. When you have family that flew in from different locations and wanted to enjoy each other, that felt limiting. The front gate had a key we needed to use which was hard to open. But overall, it was comfortable, safe, good location.

Alles Super. Wir konnten schon vor Check in unsere Sachen hinbringen, das war sehr nett. Generell waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich.

We had a great time. The apartment is very cozy and Germán was very well Organized. We would love to come back another time
