Cozy & Renovated Flat / Sagrada Familia, Gracia

This is our fourth stay in this apartment. It has everything we need and the location is great. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

I loved this little apartment and the terrace is perfect. It's very close to Sagrada Familia, but just out of the tourist chaos. Metro & bus stops are very convenient. Cafes and grocery shopping are nearby. It is a studio apartment that worked well for staying alone. It would also be fine for a couple. The terrace is big and beautiful and would be a great place for hosting friends for dinner. The apartment is small, but very usable - even the efficient kitchen. However, know that the bathroom is VERY small & cramped. The vanity is so close to the wall that I had to raise my arms to get by. The shower is tiny and requires a big step up. Someone who is really tall, broad shouldered, or a little heavier than I am would not be able to use it. Someone with a disability cannot use this bathroom. If you can manage the bathroom this is a perfect location. The host is lovely. I spent a month here and it was a perfect launching point!

My husband and I stayed at this loft apartment for over 5 weeks and we had the most wonderful time. It's small but feels roomy and is incredibly well stocked. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of storage stuff as we brought a lot of stuff with us for 5 weeks! The roof terrace is amazing and we never tired of the views of the Sagrada Familia. It's a large space and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing or eating meals. The location is great with a supermarket and fruit market next door and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. For great tapas, I recommend restaurant Tossa which is a 5 minute walk away. We won't hesitate to stay in this apartment again on our next visit.
