Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company is top-notch. It arranged transportation for us from the airport to the villa, it had golf carts delivered to the villa for us, it transported us back to the airport and arranged for the return of the golf carts. Daniel, the onsite caretaker, was very courteous and helpful. He checked in with us at least once a day to see if we needed anything. The sargassum on the beach was a bummer, but it is basically a summertime issue throughout the Caribbean on any east-facing beach, and the storms the week before we arrived exacerbated it. The crews worked to clean it up during the week, but we went to Secret Beach which is just a short trip away and has excellent beach clubs that you can use. The house itself is quite nice, although the tropical weather is hard on the place so it could use some TLC in a couple places. Overall, though, we wouldn't hesitate to go back here.

Perfect for our needs as a family of 8. We were a little disappointed about the condition of the beach with the sargasso, but that is all along the coastline and we know the property owners can't control more than they already do which is a lot. Overall we had a great time and loved having the space to spread out

Place was nice, it is a little ways out of town but there is a grocery store not to far and plenty of restaurants 5-10 mins away by golf cart. Beautiful view for sunrise and in general. The shared pool was great but we were the only ones there for most of our week. Dock was nice for drop off and pick up for water taxi and snorkeling. I would definitely consider staying here if we come back.
