We rented this cottage because it is 5 minutes from the Brownwood Hotel and Paddock Square where we had events planned all weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. The yard is fenced in which was nice for our pup. The layout of the home is a little different but that didn’t bother us. It could use a deep clean but otherwise it was great.

This home was close to where we were visiting. All the kids enjoyed the home. House was clean and everything was accessible. Kind of upset there wasn’t a hot tub like the amenities said. But by the pictures there isn’t a hot tub. But it was really no biggie. Quiet neighborhood. Much more affordable and accommodating than a hotel with an infant. Wonderful place. The house was exactly as listed. It was very clean and did have all essentials needed. Very quiet neighborhood and close to a couple of the Squares. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay there again when we go up that way.

Our stay was cut short due to vehicle troubles but the location was perfect. We were there for a celebration of life and the cottage was 8 minutes from the celebration. The cottage was super clean, was perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay there again if the need arises. Communication with the host was always punctual and easy.

We were attending a wedding at Destiny Ranch which is only about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Many restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a nice long country road for dog walking. Accommodations were comfortable.

This is a cute, clean little house and was very helpful for what we wanted and needed. There were a couple of snafus but were resolved with time. I think people would enjoy this place, but I do hope that the host check things and replace some of the blinds which have been quite torn up and compromise privacy, especially in the kitchen and the fact that there were no blinds on one window in the master bedroom. The route is a little bit convoluted and the roads to get there are not the easiest to locate or the best to drive, but again a very cute clean little house and it would be something I would definitely consider again. If this is the the area you want to be in then this cottage could be what you need for sure.

I think people would enjoy this place, but I do hope that the host check things and replace some of the blinds which have been quite torn up and compromise privacy, especially in the kitchen and the fact that there were no blinds on one window in the master bedroom. The route is a little bit convoluted and the roads to get there are not the easiest to locate or the best to drive, but again a very cute clean little house and it would be something I would definitely consider again. If this is the the area you want to be in then this cottage could be what you need for sure.

Cutest little cottage. We had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean. Host was great with communication also very close to shopping and restaurants.
