We really enjoyed our stay here. It is perfectly located in Berry and has all you need for a family of 4. We brought an extra TV so the kids could play computer games upstairs when they wanted to chill out. Its not a massive place for 4 people, but we were intent on going to the beach and checking the local area. There is plenty to do in Berry and the property was good to come back to for dinner and rest. A couple of minor things in the kitchen could be better - the microwave door needs a fix, and some more cooking utensils would be good. A good place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Check in, facilities, location- just perfect. The weather was also amazing and allowed us to sit and enjoy a few drinks on the lovely verandah, which was a beautiful sun trap and great for a winters day.

Cute little cottage in a very central location. Airconditioning was only downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs were very hot, so just be prepared if you go over summer. The patio is cute but not very private of peaceful as you are behind the real estate agents and where all their cars are parked and people coming and going. Cute little house with what you need.

Our family loved touring around Berry and Jamberoo. Our day at the water park was the best fun ever. The property was really conveniently located. Right on the Main Street, but behind the front properties on the street so very private. It was walking distance to lots of food options. The first day it was humid and 30C. Sleeping was uncomfortable without any upstairs air conditioning. It was lovely downstairs but not everyone could sleep on the couch.

We had a wonderful stay at Matilda cottage! Location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. The cottage itself was cute, comfortable and full of charm. Loved the chocolates left for us - such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a lovely stay and recommend!

The property is in an excellent location near the town centre. Parking is very good. The house was as we expected and worked well for two couples. The beds were especially comfortable and it was lovely having the morning sum come in the main bedroom. The kitchen is overall well appointed - we choose to eat in rather than out.
