The view was spectacular and the location ideal. Many great restaurants (like Nicos) nearby. The kitchen was well stocked. We were worried about the train noise of other reviews but they put up a sound wall and you could only hear it if you really listened. At night the apartment was silent. I highly recommend

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines MFH. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine etc.). 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Ein Einstellhallenplatz ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war unkompliziert und freundlich. Balkon mit Seesicht und an den Monte Bré (Abendbeleuchtung wundervoll). In wenigen Minuten ist man am See und in ca. 15 Gehminuten im Zentrum von Lugano.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Lago die Lugano. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Einzig kleine Negativpunkte: Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (schlecht isolierte Fenster, lotternde Türklinken, Rollläden kaputt). Da sich die Wohnung neben der Bahnlinie befindet, war es in einem Zimmer sehr laut. Vor allem Güterzüge waren in der Nacht Schlaftöter. Im anderen Zimmer hört man die Bahn praktisch nicht.
