Jennifer was quick to respond to our inquiries. The bottom floor Condo has unobstructed views of the valley. You can watch the clouds roll over the hills. We sat outside and sipped on coffee in the mornings, made smores at the fire pit steps outside at night. Fire wood is readily available in town. The corner bottom floor condo was very clean. Layout worked well for us. Kitchen has plenty of storage. Kind of a steep drop off in the back yard, so smaller kids will need to be supervised outside. There were two playgrounds in the community. Dollar General about 10 minutes away, Walmart about 30 minutes.**We have At&t and there was no service there.** be sure to download directions / check in instructions. Hikes- Rabun Bald, Black Rock state park, Talulah Gorge, Mudd Falls.Highlands Outpost for snow tubing. Will gladly rebook at this location. Still lots of moderate hikes we havent completed.

Just that had difficulty getting in the cabin. It took awhile to figure it out. Otherwise, everything is great. I’ll try to stay there again.

Very clean and cozy!! We’ve stayed in this unit twice now and just love the view and the golf course. Will be back in the near future . Thank you Jennifer for everything!! You’re the best!

Grocery about 10 miles from property in Clayton. Highlands is nice. Went to a couple restaurants. Explored nantahala forest, Cherokee, Smokies drives. Beautiful color
