Great location for visiting Universal and the surrounding area. Literally across the street from WB if studio tours are your thing, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The included parking was super convenient. Hosts were professional and quick to respond to all of our questions. The unit was squeaky clean and well maintained. I do a handful of vacation rentals each year and this one is certainly a standout. We would stay again and highly recommend to others!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location can't be beat! A few minor complaints: The mattress had indents from people sleeping on it, it probably needs to be replaced, the shower knob kept turning making it hard to tell what temperature you were going to get, and it seems like the whole apartment could use a deep clean, lots of dust bunnies in corners. Even with those issues, I would stay here again if we were back in the area.

This was my third stay at this property, and it’s a family favorite. The proximity to Universal and Warner Bros is unparalleled, but it was also within 20-30 mins of everything…KTown, Little Tokyo, Olivera, LACMA. It’s so nice to stay close to everything, but remain in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The apartment is adorable, has AC, and is close to many restaurants and stores.
