Updated Home on 2 Acres - 15 Minutes to Downtown Durango - Huge Deck w/ Views

This was a beautiful home and so peaceful! It was the perfect place for a multigenerational family stay!

Everything was really clean! The second bathroom didn’t maintain a consistent temperature for our daughter, but the main bath was really nicely updated. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to Durango. Overall a great place to stay.

Great deck with good views. Lots of space for our group - both inside and out. Very easy check in/check out process. It had everything we needed. The property does need a refresh - paint inside & stain on the deck. The property was clean but didn't sparkle because of this.

The beautiful windows along the back of the house were dirty with a haze. Rooms were clean, shower head in second bathroom upstairs was horrible and leaking. water temp fluctuates from when you set it to scolding hot, then cold and back. Garage door opener would be a nice feature or the code for the opener mounted outside.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Time with family in the Durango area was even more special due the house! We had plenty of space to gather and the views were amazing. We even saw a bear wandering on the hill behind the deck that we were able to watch with wonder.
