Beautiful property inside, and the view to the water with winter and ice was magical! The host was excellent, comfortable beds, showers were great, fun open, modern layout, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. What a find for my “staycation” celebration!

We had an incredible time staying at Brian’s home. We were able to park our 3 vehicles with room to spare, each couple had their own room, and there was enough space to comfortably have a pack and play in the primary bedroom upstairs. There was clear communication from the host. The home was in pristine condition and we were within walking distance of downtown Hyannis! Highly recommend this rental!

Loved the house. Fabulous views of the water & animals. So nice to sit & relax on the deck. House is very close to the ferries. Host was very attentive. Loved our time in Hyannis!

In short - in my book a perfect vacation place on the Cape. The house accommodates comfortably 6-8 people, is very nicely done with a lot of character and very scenic water views. I can only imagine the atmosphere in the summer with all the natural light flooding in. The ferry to Nantucket was easily walkable and main street Hyannis only a short car ride away. We can definitely recommend the property and will consider staying there again.

Property was just as it appeared in the pictures. Great location for getting around Cape Cod and property had nice view of lake. Property was well appointed. Communications with Brian were excellent.
