My family visited from out of state and from the moment we got there we loved it! you can tell the owners really care about the property and their visitors. They thought of everything! Creamer for the Keurig machine along with extra k-cups, Fully stocked kitchen..dishes forks knives paper towels

We wanted a last minute long weekend near Hershey since my daughter had a few days off from school. I came across this listing and I could not have asked for a better stay. This house is PERFECT! The owners took so much care and attention to detail in updating this house. We had all utensils and amenities that we could have possibly needed during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect and my daughter loved the bunk beds. We were about 20 minutes from Hershey and near gas stations/grocery stores etc. I think the back yard in the summer will be amazing with the fire pit. It's on a main road but we never had an issue with traffic/noise. The *only* suggestion i have is to think about putting warmer lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. Potentially even a nightlight. When hanging out at night and/or using the bathroom the lights were very bright. I will recommend this property to absolutely everyone who is staying in the area. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

From not only being super clean and tidy it is also full of amenities that some places just do not offer. From the cozy couch and comfortable beds to a kitchen that comes equipped with plenty of utensils, appliances and pretty much everything for your cooking needs. The little house is packed with everything you need to have a nice meal, from a great webber grill, to even a built in air fryer in the oven. Did i mention that even if you forgot to bring your own seasoning, well they have you covered on that too! The fire pit outside is a great relaxing place to catch up with friends and family. Overall this delightful place is great for friends and family to get together to enjoy the country side of PA. Even if you were you bring your best four legged friend as we did to the place it is very well equipped for them too, offering waste bags and bowls for the pups was a welcoming touch. Overall this gorgeous little place has big heart and definitely a great choice for your PA getaway. Last but not least is not far away from Hershey Park. Property was as described, thoughtfully designed and clean. There was no coffee maker however there was a keurig. The backyard was large. You are simply asked to clean up after you dog (common courtesy).If you are planning to go to Hershey park its a short drive of 20 min. House is near a main road but the road noise didn't bother us. We would love the opportunity to stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

The house was very well appointed. The kitchen is great. My sister and I had a good time preparing meals together. The Little house was very clean and Adam is very easy to reach with questions. It is located near a busy truck business and at times was alittle loud. The amenities and cleaniness of the house made up for that. Thanks to Adam.

My husband and I stayed for two nights, then had to extend our stay due to weather. The host responded quickly and kindly to our needs. The house is very cute with great coffee/tea selections. The trucks can get a bit loud, but a little background noise to sleep helps. Overall a great stay with a responsive host. We will Definitely stay again in the Spring to enjoy the outside space!

If you're looking for a cute place look no further. We spent most our time outside at the firepit and watching the sun set. Inside is completely renovated and modern. Very comfortable. Only downside was the noise from truckers pulling in across the road but it wasn't consistent.

The Little House on Lincoln was exactly as described. It was cute and cozy. The house was immaculate. It was perfect for our family’s outing to Hershey, only 20 minutes away. Our dogs loved the property and enjoyed galloping across the field on our walks. Other people’s reviews complained about truck noise. We did not experience that but also stayed on a weekend.

Arrived early to The Little House but Adam; the host allowed us to enter early! We stayed a few nights as it was my daughter’s 29th birthday and we hung out around Hershey. Place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Very nice area to chill out in the back. Simply lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Little House. Everything was so clean and fresh. We had all the amenities that we could ask for. You did such a great job with updating this home with little touches. The bed was so comfy and we were able to get a good night's sleep and even some naps. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Visited Hershey Park and Gettysburg during our stay. Really enjoyed the house. The beds were very comfortable and the view in the backyard was beautiful! The owners of the house provide everything you need for a home away from home. The trucks can be loud at times but the white noise app on our phones helped with that. Great place!

Traveling with a family and a let this is the perfect little house, great location close to Hershey Park, very clean, updated, i appreciated the smaller details coffee pods for kureg, extra toilet paper, garbage bags, nice sheets and comfy beds. They also provided very helpful places to visit and try. We all liked this house very much. The ONLY thing i would.say is that since the house is next to an intersection you do see headlights in the rooms and you hear the trucks next door. Maybe some blackout shades will.help so if you are a light sleeper just know you will see light but other than this, this house is great!! Great house, very functional, great yard.

This home was an excellent place to stay during our visit with our family in Annville. All 5 stars - no complaints. Our only suggestion would be to have better "blackout" windows in the bedrooms due to the location of the property. Traffic noise was no problem. Vehicle headlights and street lighting coming through the windows at night made it a little bright in the bedrooms. We plan on staying again.Thank you!

We were in town for a tournament at In the Net and this was exactly what we needed. It was a short drive (~18 min) on beautiful scenic roads to the games. Little house on Lincoln was comfortable and peaceful when we wanted to be away from the high energy of competitive sports. Everything you could need was on site and the host was so easy to reach. The noise from trucks noted in other reviews is accurate AND we just used some while noise to drown it out a bit. It was better than slamming hotel doors and hallway chatter 😉. We were in town for a tournament at In the Net and this was exactly what we needed. It was a short drive (~18 min) on beautiful scenic roads to the games. Little house on Lincoln was comfortable and peaceful when we wanted to be away from the high energy of competitive sports. Everything you could need was on site and the host was so easy to reach. We thoroughly enjoyed using this property for our vacation lodging. Place was immaculately clean and we had plenty of room. The Owners were easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Arrived early to The Little House but Adam; the host allowed us to enter early! We stayed a few nights as it was my daughter’s 29th birthday and we hung out around Hershey. Place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Very nice area to chill out in the back. Simply lovely!

The house was very well appointed. The kitchen is great. My sister and I had a good time preparing meals together. The Little house was very clean and Adam is very easy to reach with questions. It is located near a busy truck business and at times was alittle loud. The amenities and cleaniness of the house made up for that. Thanks to Adam.

My husband and I stayed for two nights, then had to extend our stay due to weather. The host responded quickly and kindly to our needs. The house is very cute with great coffee/tea selections. The trucks can get a bit loud, but a little background noise to sleep helps. Overall a great stay with a responsive host. We will Definitely stay again in the Spring to enjoy the outside space!

Really a perfect getaway if you want to enjoy the country, bring your pet and just unwind and have everything you need at your fingertips. Hershey is the closest and that's where we saw a concert so it was perfect. If you are visiting Lancaster it's about an hour so a bit of a drive but all scenic roads so not a problem if you don't mind driving. Great hosts and highly recommend!

The Little House on Lincoln was exactly as described. It was cute and cozy. The house was immaculate. It was perfect for our family’s outing to Hershey, only 20 minutes away. Our dogs loved the property and enjoyed galloping across the field on our walks. Other people’s reviews complained about truck noise. We did not experience that but also stayed on a weekend.

Visited Hershey Park and Gettysburg during our stay. Really enjoyed the house. The beds were very comfortable and the view in the backyard was beautiful! The owners of the house provide everything you need for a home away from home. The trucks can be loud at times but the white noise app on our phones helped with that. Great place!

Property was very clean and very modern and had all the comforts one would help for. It is very well located close to stores, restaurants, Hershey park and the 81 Highway, very accessible in all directions. I would recommend staying here.

Property was as described, thoughtfully designed and clean. There was no coffee maker however there was a keurig. The backyard was large. You are simply asked to clean up after you dog (common courtesy).If you are planning to go to Hershey park its a short drive of 20 min. House is near a main road but the road noise didn't bother us. We would love the opportunity to stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Clean, ideal location, and included everything we could need. No more than 30 minutes from any destination we wanted in the area. We enjoyed breakfast out on the patio looking at the view with our dog. Will definitely stay again!

All appliances like new and in great condition. Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Instructions posted next to washer/dryer would have made all those buttons less intimidating! Thermostat super easy, I was always completely comfortable. Towel rod for wet bath towels would have been nice. Only 10 minute easy drive to Swatara St Park or I-81.

Traveling with a family and a let this is the perfect little house, great location close to Hershey Park, very clean, updated, i appreciated the smaller details coffee pods for kureg, extra toilet paper, garbage bags, nice sheets and comfy beds. They also provided very helpful places to visit and try. We all liked this house very much. The ONLY thing i would.say is that since the house is next to an intersection you do see headlights in the rooms and you hear the trucks next door. Maybe some blackout shades will.help so if you are a light sleeper just know you will see light but other than this, this house is great!! Great house, very functional, great yard.

My family visited from out of state and from the moment we got there we loved it! you can tell the owners really care about the property and their visitors. They thought of everything! Creamer for the Keurig machine along with extra k-cups, Fully stocked kitchen..dishes forks knives paper towels

We wanted a last minute long weekend near Hershey since my daughter had a few days off from school. I came across this listing and I could not have asked for a better stay. This house is PERFECT! The owners took so much care and attention to detail in updating this house. We had all utensils and amenities that we could have possibly needed during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect and my daughter loved the bunk beds. We were about 20 minutes from Hershey and near gas stations/grocery stores etc. I think the back yard in the summer will be amazing with the fire pit. It's on a main road but we never had an issue with traffic/noise. The *only* suggestion i have is to think about putting warmer lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. Potentially even a nightlight. When hanging out at night and/or using the bathroom the lights were very bright. I will recommend this property to absolutely everyone who is staying in the area. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

From not only being super clean and tidy it is also full of amenities that some places just do not offer. From the cozy couch and comfortable beds to a kitchen that comes equipped with plenty of utensils, appliances and pretty much everything for your cooking needs. The little house is packed with everything you need to have a nice meal, from a great webber grill, to even a built in air fryer in the oven. Did i mention that even if you forgot to bring your own seasoning, well they have you covered on that too! The fire pit outside is a great relaxing place to catch up with friends and family. Overall this delightful place is great for friends and family to get together to enjoy the country side of PA. Even if you were you bring your best four legged friend as we did to the place it is very well equipped for them too, offering waste bags and bowls for the pups was a welcoming touch. Overall this gorgeous little place has big heart and definitely a great choice for your PA getaway. Last but not least is not far away from Hershey Park. It was perfect for our short trip to Hershey. It was pet friendly lots of room to roam. Didnt use kitchen much but everything was well maintained. Host was very prompt and nice. Only negatives one the light bulb are very bright and one which can't be helped is the traffic was quite load at night. Other than that we enjoyed our trip and will make sure we return to stay in the future.
