Clean well proportioned house with everything you need for a big family. Neighborhood is clean with many well cared for homes. Near a relatively busy street, but ample parking and privacy available. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Property was well worth the money. Location to what we needed wasn’t ideal but that was on us and our lack of knowledge of the area. Wish we had an iron and a large fry pan or griddle. Difficult to cook breakfast with what was provided. Other than that it was perfect.

Our group consisted of 8 adults and 4 children. The space accommodated all of us really well! The open format with the kitchen/dining/living room allowed us to all be together for meals, play time and just being together time. Will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits! The only thing that was not expected, and a little difficult, was the parking on the road that was so close to a corner.

House was suitable and met our needs. Not as nice a home as others we've stayed in. Exterior and neighborhood a bit rundown. Sleeping accommodations were great. Bathroom amenities weee adequate but only average. Kitchen amenities were minimal but adequate.

The house was big and spacious and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out. There were 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that all had showers, so that was nice. The kitchen was moderately stocked, bring casserole dishes, there were none. It had a drip coffee maker with no filters but did provided Kcups for their Keurig. Lots of dishes and glassware but only 6 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 16. A jar of weed and a small glass pipe was found in the kitchens' lower cupboard and moldy chicken and mashed potatoes were left in the oven by previous tenants that was missed by cleaners. A dead mouse in one of the downstairs bedroom closets too. Host was very much in touch with me had quick response times. He refunded our cleaning fee due to the missed areas. It had plenty of chairs for the dinning table and 3 stools at the kitchen island. It's was great they provided a high chair and pack n' play. Location from stores and freeway was nice but it is on a corner lot and on a very busy road. I brought ear plugs but possibly provide some who are light sleepers. This property worked really well for my girls basketball team (8 girls) and us 4 adults that were with them. The rooms were good sized with comfortable beds. It had a large dining room table and large couch for the girls to gather. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very clean and access went very smoothly. Great stay!

We enjoyed the stay. House is large and accommodated our family. We enjoyed the gathering areas and kitchen. Location was perfect for our needs. It is on a corner of a busy street, however the side street the house faces is very quiet with little traffic. The house is close to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. The kitchen could use more silverware and other kitchen items are limited. Towels were nice but again limited. We were short one towel, There are no small lamps in the bedrooms or any furniture other than the bed and very small nightstands. There are no board games or kid toys. There is a fooseball table downstairs. Did any off the issues take away from our stay…absolutely not. We enjoyed the house and the stay and would recommend it and stay again if the need arises. The host is commutative during the stay as well.

This property worked great for our family on this trip. However, we did not do as much cooking as we usually do on family meetings. My only suggestion would be to stock a few more supplies in the kitchen, such as paper towels, plastic wrap, and kitchen garbage bags.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Rooms are big,clean and very comfortable. Living room & dining area were my familys favorite spot to all hang out together and enjoy eachothers company . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us !

This property was perfect for our four young families. Moms and dads had nice, ample bedrooms with king or queen beds (2 of each). Infants fit comfortably in the room with them and toddlers and young children enjoyed near-by bedrooms. Gathering at the end of the day after putting the little ones to bed was inviting a comfortable. Movies and/or games were perfect in the lower level family room or in the open concept kitchen/living area on the main floor. The space was clean, tastefully appointed with plenty of room. Close to Walmart and Target. The owner was responsive and welcoming. Check in and checkout were easy. This property was perfect for us.

The house was big and spacious and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out. There were 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that all had showers, so that was nice. The kitchen was moderately stocked, bring casserole dishes, there were none. It had a drip coffee maker with no filters but did provided Kcups for their Keurig. Lots of dishes and glassware but only 6 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 16. A jar of weed and a small glass pipe was found in the kitchens' lower cupboard and moldy chicken and mashed potatoes were left in the oven by previous tenants that was missed by cleaners. A dead mouse in one of the downstairs bedroom closets too. Host was very much in touch with me had quick response times. He refunded our cleaning fee due to the missed areas. It had plenty of chairs for the dinning table and 3 stools at the kitchen island. It's was great they provided a high chair and pack n' play. Location from stores and freeway was nice but it is on a corner lot and on a very busy road. I brought ear plugs but possibly provide some who are light sleepers. There were fans available for most rooms which helped drown out traffic noises.Check out was easy and clear. Overall, a decent stay over Thanksgiving weekend!

We stayed here during our trip to Silverwood and Spokane. We had parts of 3 families and we fit perfectly. House was very clean. Beds were clean. House has been updated. Host was very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome property for our family as we had a family wedding in the Spokane Valley. The property manager, Jeff was more than accommodating and was always prompt replying to our few questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This property was perfect for our four young families. Moms and dads had nice, ample bedrooms with king or queen beds (2 of each). Infants fit comfortably in the room with them and toddlers and young children enjoyed near-by bedrooms. Gathering at the end of the day after putting the little ones to bed was inviting a comfortable. Movies and/or games were perfect in the lower level family room or in the open concept kitchen/living area on the main floor. The space was clean, tastefully appointed with plenty of room. We enjoyed the stay. House is large and accommodated our family. We enjoyed the gathering areas and kitchen. Location was perfect for our needs. It is on a corner of a busy street, however the side street the house faces is very quiet with little traffic. The house is close to stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. The kitchen could use more silverware and other kitchen items are limited. Towels were nice but again limited. We were short one towel, There are no small lamps in the bedrooms or any furniture other than the bed and very small nightstands. There are no board games or kid toys. There is a fooseball table downstairs. Did any off the issues take away from our stay…absolutely not. We enjoyed the house and the stay and would recommend it and stay again if the need arises. The host is commutative during the stay as well.

Property was well worth the money. Location to what we needed wasn’t ideal but that was on us and our lack of knowledge of the area. Wish we had an iron and a large fry pan or griddle. Difficult to cook breakfast with what was provided. Other than that it was perfect.

House was suitable and met our needs. Not as nice a home as others we've stayed in. Exterior and neighborhood a bit rundown. Sleeping accommodations were great. Bathroom amenities weee adequate but only average. Kitchen amenities were minimal but adequate.

This property worked really well for my girls basketball team (8 girls) and us 4 adults that were with them. The rooms were good sized with comfortable beds. It had a large dining room table and large couch for the girls to gather. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very clean and access went very smoothly. Great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Rooms are big,clean and very comfortable. Living room & dining area were my familys favorite spot to all hang out together and enjoy eachothers company . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us !

This property worked great for our family on this trip. However, we did not do as much cooking as we usually do on family meetings. My only suggestion would be to stock a few more supplies in the kitchen, such as paper towels, plastic wrap, and kitchen garbage bags.

The house was very clean, easy to find, and equipped to handle our large family. The furnishings were adequate, but bedside lamps would have been nice. There was plenty of space, as stated, but one downstairs bedroom and the downstairs bath were off in an odd corner of the basement. It did,however, comfortably sleep all of us!
