This was a great spot to stay. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!

Monica was an excellent hostess. She was quick to address a minor issue (missing wristband). She checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The room was very clean. The location was perfect, as you could walk to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the beach entrance for the area. There are plenty of dining and shopping options. We had the best Spring Break and would definitely stay at Monica's place again. As for the area it is important to know that the beaches are private and each community has it's own beach access. You must wear a wristband to ride the trolley, to enter the pool area or gain access to the beach assigned to your area. There is a public beach 1 mile away that was easy to get to and not crowded (even during spring break). I recommend exploring the area, Seaside is a 15 minute drive and there are many restaurants and shopping spots in between, Grayton Beach State Park is absolutely beautiful and worth the drive.

We had the best stay in this studio! The location is amazing, within walking distance to Rosemary and Alys beach. The tram was convenient and timely to get to our beach access. Monica was an excellent host and so timely in communicating with us. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Myself, my husband and our 1 year old just got back from staying at Monica and Tom’s place. We had the absolute best time. Communication was incredible, the unit was perfect. It was quiet, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated. I loved that we had a little kitchen area for everything babies require! You absolutely cannot beat the location either. Right below the unit are shops, restaurants, live music and night, bonfires, and bike rentals. However once inside and settled in for the night you cannot hear a thing! We rented bikes from peddlers pavilion right out front and it was the highlight of our trip. You are in walking and/or biking distance to everything Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beach have to offer. The pool was wonderful as well and just steps from the unit itself. The beach tram to the beach was conveying and fast. You could also walk! It’s not far at all. We cannot recommend staying here enough. Our parents are interested in going next and we will be back for sure ourselves!!

Two night stay on a three week road trip. The villas at Walton are a good location with amenities on door step. You can also comfortably walk to Alys and Rosemary beaches in a couple of minutes. Bikes available for other beaches and villages. There is also a free shuttle around seacrest which is very useful if carrying a lot of things down to the private beach access point (it’s only a short walk, but feels longer if carrying a big load). I would definitely recommend the La dolce vita beach chair rental. We got prime beach position and everything ready for us when we arrived. The hosts are friendly and had good recommendations and communication in advance and during the stay. Overall a very simple process. Car parking available right beside the accommodation which was convenient. Accommodation had everything you need, all kitchen appliances available, two big screen TVs, comfy bed and apartment was spacious. Overall a great stay and would recommend. 5 stars!

Was a great experience. Loved the location of the condo. Best part was the condo was always cold, no issues with the AC so that was awesome! Place was as clean. Definitely has some wear and use on the couches but that’s expected, they’re white. We had some minor issues with the bed sheets and towel. But I contacted the host and they fixed it very quickly. Location is Very very close to Rosemary. The Beach gets really crowded and we did not rent chairs from the rental service but we still found a spot for our chair and umbrella. Pool area was great.

Loved that this roomy unit was a very short walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops. Pool was nice and private and easy walk to beach access. Good breakfast choices right downstairs.

The location was superb and we really enjoyed ride our bikes everywhere. The live music was a big plus for us. We visited all the shops. We dined at Reel ‘m in Seafood and pizza place, along with desserts at ice cream shop. We were there for three nights and made the most of our stay. Beach access and transportation was a breeze. We dined at some really great spots and enjoyed the beach and went on a full day fishing charter.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway and this place exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect, eateries, pubs, everything we could ask for was a quick step away (a little rainy while we were there and we didn't have to get soaked). The room itself is spacious and super clean. All the standard amenities were provided for bedding/kitchenette/bathroom. Everything about this place was great and the communication with the host was like we were old friends! It really felt like the hosts cared that we had a good stay. Could not recommend this place enough!

My daughters and I (17 and 21) had a girls’ trip to 30A and couldn’t have stayed at a better place! The location was perfect as it’s walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Monica was absolutely wonderful!! She answered all of my questions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend booking with her.

We could not have been happier with choosing this property for our first time to this area. My daughter and I came for 5 days and absolute loved the location. You can bike to restaurants, shopping. Tram is convenient and efficiently run. Peddlers pavilion was such a nice chill place to return after a beach day or dinner. The property has everything we needed and is clean and spacious. Property manager was timely helpful and gave alot of good tips i.e. get the chair rentals ! You won’t be disappointed you did even though pricey. My daughter and I had such a good time that she wants to plan her best friends bachelorette weekend here. We will definitely be returning. Side note - if coming from long distance like we did - PCB airport is so much easy and convenient. I highly recommend trying to land there if at all possible. Also If you rent a car - then this doesn’t matter that much but getting Ubers to local destinations can be a bit challenging but we were lucky and just patient on timing.

This vrbo was exactly as pictured! Plenty of towels, there is a cooler for you to use at the beach, a nice table and couch. The bed is huge and comfortable. The location is very central and makes everything walkable. I would highly recommend Monica’s place!

We had a great visit! This was our first time staying in this unit and great for just a couple not staying too long! Location can’t be beat. It was also nice to have a “full size” fridge compared to many of the similar one bed units did not have that. Communication was easy and Monica was quick to respond. We especially loved having multiple fans!

Great studio apartment that felt more like a spacious one bedroom flat overlooking a horseshoe shaped string of shops, restaurants, eateries, resources, and a live, open air entertainment community. The location was easy walking distance to the little town like feel of the Rosemary Beach community, access to the beautiful Seacrest sand and clear water beach area, and the stately Alys Beach community. Appreciated the communication, support, and sensitive attention provided by Monica. Everything was absolutely wonderful

Was a great experience. Loved the location of the condo. Best part was the condo was always cold, no issues with the AC so that was awesome! Place was as clean. Definitely has some wear and use on the couches but that’s expected, they’re white. We had some minor issues with the bed sheets and towel. But I contacted the host and they fixed it very quickly. Location is Very very close to Rosemary. The Beach gets really crowded and we did not rent chairs from the rental service but we still found a spot for our chair and umbrella. Pool area was great.

We loved this property! It was so nice being right there with all the restaurants and shops. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors tv one night and we could hear the group above us but that won’t keep us from staying here again. It was the perfect place for me and my husband!

Monica was an excellent hostess. She was quick to address a minor issue (missing wristband). She checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The room was very clean. The location was perfect, as you could walk to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the beach entrance for the area. There are plenty of dining and shopping options. We had the best Spring Break and would definitely stay at Monica's place again. As for the area it is important to know that the beaches are private and each community has it's own beach access. You must wear a wristband to ride the trolley, to enter the pool area or gain access to the beach assigned to your area. There is a public beach 1 mile away that was easy to get to and not crowded (even during spring break). I recommend exploring the area, Seaside is a 15 minute drive and there are many restaurants and shopping spots in between, Grayton Beach State Park is absolutely beautiful and worth the drive.

Was perfect for the short sweet get away long weekend! Perfect location, centrally located and easy to get to rosemary and allys beach areas also. Spacious, had everything we needed! Property manager was very prompt with responding to questions and very willing to help. Will definitely go back!

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway and this place exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect, eateries, pubs, everything we could ask for was a quick step away (a little rainy while we were there and we didn't have to get soaked). The room itself is spacious and super clean. All the standard amenities were provided for bedding/kitchenette/bathroom. Everything about this place was great and the communication with the host was like we were old friends! It really felt like the hosts cared that we had a good stay. Could not recommend this place enough!

Myself, my husband and our 1 year old just got back from staying at Monica and Tom’s place. We had the absolute best time. Communication was incredible, the unit was perfect. It was quiet, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated. I loved that we had a little kitchen area for everything babies require! You absolutely cannot beat the location either. Right below the unit are shops, restaurants, live music and night, bonfires, and bike rentals. However once inside and settled in for the night you cannot hear a thing! We rented bikes from peddlers pavilion right out front and it was the highlight of our trip. You are in walking and/or biking distance to everything Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beach have to offer. The pool was wonderful as well and just steps from the unit itself. The beach tram to the beach was conveying and fast. You could also walk! It’s not far at all. We cannot recommend staying here enough. Our parents are interested in going next and we will be back for sure ourselves!!

We had a great visit! This was our first time staying in this unit and great for just a couple not staying too long! Location can’t be beat. It was also nice to have a “full size” fridge compared to many of the similar one bed units did not have that. Communication was easy and Monica was quick to respond. We especially loved having multiple fans!

Two night stay on a three week road trip. The villas at Walton are a good location with amenities on door step. You can also comfortably walk to Alys and Rosemary beaches in a couple of minutes. Bikes available for other beaches and villages. There is also a free shuttle around seacrest which is very useful if carrying a lot of things down to the private beach access point (it’s only a short walk, but feels longer if carrying a big load). I would definitely recommend the La dolce vita beach chair rental. We got prime beach position and everything ready for us when we arrived. The hosts are friendly and had good recommendations and communication in advance and during the stay. Overall a very simple process. Car parking available right beside the accommodation which was convenient. Accommodation had everything you need, all kitchen appliances available, two big screen TVs, comfy bed and apartment was spacious. Overall a great stay and would recommend. 5 stars!

My daughters and I (17 and 21) had a girls’ trip to 30A and couldn’t have stayed at a better place! The location was perfect as it’s walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Monica was absolutely wonderful!! She answered all of my questions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend booking with her.

We had the best stay in this studio! The location is amazing, within walking distance to Rosemary and Alys beach. The tram was convenient and timely to get to our beach access. Monica was an excellent host and so timely in communicating with us. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in the area!

The biggest perk of this property is by far the location! It is within walking distance of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and dozens of restaurants and shops. The beach access through the gated community was so easy and nice. It was a short walk which was convenient as was the tram service for when we had things to carry. Communication with our host was also very consistent and she was very kind and accommodating.

This was our second time staying in the complex. We loved this unit! The full size fridge was great to have. The pools were perfect for our young kids after a day at the beach. We love the pizza restaurants & listening to the live music at night. Will definitely stay in this unit again

This property was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to see. Easy walk to Rosemary Beach for shopping. Great restaurants within walking distance. We loved having the live music in the courtyard each night and the Starbucks in the same building was a plus!

The location was superb and we really enjoyed ride our bikes everywhere. The live music was a big plus for us. We visited all the shops. We dined at Reel ‘m in Seafood and pizza place, along with desserts at ice cream shop. We were there for three nights and made the most of our stay. Beach access and transportation was a breeze. We dined at some really great spots and enjoyed the beach and went on a full day fishing charter.

We could not have been happier with choosing this property for our first time to this area. My daughter and I came for 5 days and absolute loved the location. You can bike to restaurants, shopping. Tram is convenient and efficiently run. Peddlers pavilion was such a nice chill place to return after a beach day or dinner. The property has everything we needed and is clean and spacious. Property manager was timely helpful and gave alot of good tips i.e. get the chair rentals ! You won’t be disappointed you did even though pricey. My daughter and I had such a good time that she wants to plan her best friends bachelorette weekend here. We will definitely be returning. Side note - if coming from long distance like we did - PCB airport is so much easy and convenient. I highly recommend trying to land there if at all possible. Also If you rent a car - then this doesn’t matter that much but getting Ubers to local destinations can be a bit challenging but we were lucky and just patient on timing.
We could not have been happier with choosing this property for our first time to this area. My daughter and I came for 5 days and absolute loved the location. You can bike to restaurants, shopping. Tram is convenient and efficiently run. Peddlers pavilion was such a nice chill place to return after a beach day or dinner. The property has everything we needed and is clean and spacious. Property manager was timely helpful and gave alot of good tips i.e. get the chair rentals ! You won’t be disappointed you did even though pricey. My daughter and I had such a good time that she wants to plan her best friends bachelorette weekend here. We will definitely be returning. Side note - if coming from long distance like we did - PCB airport is so much easy and convenient. I highly recommend trying to land there if at all possible. Also If you rent a car - then this doesn’t matter that much but getting Ubers to local destinations can be a bit challenging but we were lucky and just patient on timing.

Two night stay on a three week road trip. The villas at Walton are a good location with amenities on door step. You can also comfortably walk to Alys and Rosemary beaches in a couple of minutes. Bikes available for other beaches and villages. There is also a free shuttle around seacrest which is very useful if carrying a lot of things down to the private beach access point (it’s only a short walk, but feels longer if carrying a big load). I would definitely recommend the La dolce vita beach chair rental. We got prime beach position and everything ready for us when we arrived. The hosts are friendly and had good recommendations and communication in advance and during the stay. Overall a very simple process. Car parking available right beside the accommodation which was convenient. Accommodation had everything you need, all kitchen appliances available, two big screen TVs, comfy bed and apartment was spacious. Overall a great stay and would recommend. 5 stars!
