Convenient first-floor vacation suite with pool &

It was very convenient being on the first floor. A quick trip down the stairs and you are at the pool or the beach. Alvin’s is right across the street with great ice cream. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean! Beds were comfy! TVs in bedrooms and living room! Beautifully decorated! We did not cook but kitchen was stocked for it. Plenty of towels! Convenient on 1sr floor directly in front of elevator. Even the pillows were great!! Both bathrooms were very spacious! Iron and blow dryer in master if needed. I will definitely book this unit again!

Our experience at Splash Resort was absolutely awful. The A/C in our room did not work and never went below 77 degrees – we reported it multiple times, and each time we were told it would be fixed. It never was. We spoke directly with the manager, who promised we would be compensated at checkout for the inconvenience. That was a lie. No compensation, no follow-up. When we called back, she claimed she was “on the road” and would return our call once she got to the office. That never happened either. Now she’s completely ignoring our calls. So not only was the stay at Splash Resort uncomfortable and unacceptable, but the management is unprofessional and dishonest. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. We were misled, dismissed, and flat-out lied to. This place is a joke, and we will never return.
