Me and my husband stayed here for a week, it was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The beach is a short walk from the condo, and the pool is even closer. We would love to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was easy to access and somewhat comfortable. Had a fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and boogie boards but we never used the boards. Bed was nice and bathroom. Could have used more towels. There weren’t enough places to sit. One love seat sofa is not ideal for two friends - the kitchen chairs were heavy and uncomfortable too. Loved the pool and hot tub! Washer was also broken and we needed an AC which was broken. Took several txts to get it handled but they made it right. Gave us a late check out and we were still locked out A thankfully we left the back door unlocked so that was frustrating

We had a great time staying at this property. The convenience of being able to walk to a supermarket is major, in addition to having great restaurants nearby. I also loved how the unit is steps from the community pool and laptop. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Everything was perfect.

Pool was lovely, never crowded or noisy.Would recommend either bringing or buying paper products if planning on doing any cooking and eatting at the pool bbqs and tanle area. All dinnerware in the condo are glass. There are no plastic or paper products to take to the pool cooking, eatting area to use.

Had a few issues with the place upon check-in. Several dishes were dirty and needed washing, the oven door was broken and we had to fix it ourselves. Kihei Garden Estates is wonderful! Short walk to the beach, supermarket around the corner and some great little eateries all in walking distance. The condo was amazing. Immaculately clean and really spacious. Had all the amenities you could need. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This condo is very “tired” and needs attention. Outdoor and dining chairs are very uncomfortable as well as the bed. Linens also need upgrading. Proximity to a great beach as well as shopping and dining is excellent. Also has a nice pool.

Loved the pool and hot tub! Washer was also broken and we needed an AC which was broken. Took several txts to get it handled but they made it right. Gave us a late check out and we were still locked out A thankfully we left the back door unlocked so that was frustrating

We had a great time staying at this property. The convenience of being able to walk to a supermarket is major, in addition to having great restaurants nearby. I also loved how the unit is steps from the community pool and laptop. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Everything was perfect.

Good proximity to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. This unit was basic and met our needs but it could use a little TLC. AC unit in bedroom window doesn’t work, furniture looks a little sad and you definitely hear the folks above you. The check in process was easy, I loved how close to the beach it is and the grounds are pretty.

Pool was lovely, never crowded or noisy.Would recommend either bringing or buying paper products if planning on doing any cooking and eatting at the pool bbqs and tanle area. All dinnerware in the condo are glass. There are no plastic or paper products to take to the pool cooking, eatting area to use.
