Very modern villa, clean with good location. We loved the place. Perfect for groups and great place to start bike tours. There is a garage were you can easy park the car and bikes. You can easy contact Owlbooking team, they are great! More stuff in kitchen for cooking like pots, pans, mixer. If you want Heated pool price is high, should be a bit cheaper.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alvarez as a family of 5. So much space in the gorgeous accommodation. The pool area was perfectly situated and very clean. The outside toilet and shower were a very handy feature. The whole Villa was very clean and the beds were reasonably comfy. The location was perfect only 5 mins walk from the bottom of the Calvari steps and another couple of minutes to the main plaza. I can highly recommend this villa for a large family who would rather not have a car. The wooden decking around the swimming pool is getting very tired and is starting to cone away, so would be good to get this repaired. Also a parasol for some more shade at the hottest times of the day in thw pool area would be useful.

The owl team were super helpful, very quick to reply and made our stay super easy. Would definitely recommend using them

Common area, size, bed situation, nice style, kitchen set up, outside area Heating was unclear and blankets were missing (very cold first night) generally a renovation seems necessary some time soon (in particular pool area). Beds could be more comfortable (bigger for tall people). Water supply sometimes lacking.
