Charmantes Stadthaus im Herzen der Altstadt von Pollenca

Es waren sehr schöne Tage auf Mallorca mit viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr sauber und in top Zustand. Bei Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. Die Außenanlagen waren super schön. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in Pollenca, alles ist super schnell zu erreichen. Ich kann das nur weiter empfehlen.

Nettes Objekt, parken Katastrophe da Garage viel zu klein für alles ab Mittelklasse, sehr laut da in der Umgebung eine Großbaustelle und ab 8 Uhr laute Bauarbeiten.

Lovely townhouse in a wonderful location in the heart of Pollenca!

The location is the main selling feature of the property and as other reviews have stated there are areas that need updating especially kitchen and bathroom,there were only 4 coffee cups in the cupboard and these were chipped . I was informed only two days prior to arrival that the cooker was now broken and disconnected , an air fryer was in its place ! , and was also informed that there would be no welcome pack !! , I was reassured somewhat that the kitchen isn’t cleared of essentials , so we may not have to purchase all basic essentials , unfortunately this was not true , there was some water in the fridge and that was it , not even salt and pepper Which after paying what we did was a little disappointing . On arrival the air con units in two bedrooms We’re virtually useless until Monday when the maintenance crew came , the problem being that the filters had never been cleaned. The photos of the outdoor area are a Little misleading also , using the outdoor area at night would mean investing in many candles , to re create what the photos show, three of the outdoor lights didn’t work nor did the pool lights until we spoke with the pool man on Monday so we could never sit out after dark . The bedding was good however and faultless , it’s was a shame that there were quite a few issues ,

I’m sorely tempted to give this a bad review to keep this house a secret! It’s an absolutely lovely house - the best we’ve stayed in. Perfect situation, twominutes away from the main square. It’s right next to a really nice pizza restaurant but they close at 11 ish so the noise doesn’t bother at all. And in any case the two main bedrooms look out over the front of the house - a super quiet little street. The garage is a total bonus ( it’s so hard to park in pollensa). Brilliantly equipped, beautifully decorated and super comfortable beds. Outside space far more generous than is common for pollensa town houses with a decent sized pool. Just a total winner. We’d move in tomorrow, but failing that, would love to come back.
