This is our second time staying at Carol's lovely property. It is the perfect location and layout for our family. Carol even fenced in the backyard, so next trip we will be able to bring our dog. Great communication, beautiful and comfortable home away from home.

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and we really enjoyed the rural atmosphere, while being close to restaurants, gas, grocery stores and highway. Also, a short distance from a park that has a partially paved path that leads to a beautiful waterfall. The house is nicely furnished, clean and fresh, plenty of cozy blankets and throws, and there is a massage chair! That was a nice surprise.

We were looking for a family home to stay at that could hold six adults comfortably that was close to a wedding venue and this home fit that bill. One of our favorite things was to listen to the birds while having a cup of coffee on the back porch where we saw a deer. The home was very clean, it included the washer and dryer and the property owner was very helpful.

This home was incredibly clean and the perfect place for us to stay. We were visiting family in the area, so didn't spend any daytime at this house, but sleeping there was quiet and comfortable. We could have used more blankets, as we weren't supposed to used the decorative comforters and not every room had extra covers, but overall beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

I would like to thank Carol for everything. The house is amazing, very clean, quiet area, and very close to the venue for our sons weeding. She went above and beyond from the time we booked the house to the time we checked out. Carol was very engaged, making sure all the details were communicated clearly and precisely. The house itself was perfect, plenty of room for the wedding party to do whatever they needed, yet homie enough to sit and watch a movie with family. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to get away from the hustle of life or needing an amazing house near the venue. If i could, i would give this whole experience better than the best rating.

I would like to thank Carol for everything. The house is amazing, very clean, quiet area, and very close to the venue for our sons weeding. She went above and beyond from the time we booked the house to the time we checked out. Carol was very engaged, making sure all the details were communicated clearly and precisely. We enjoyed our family stay at this 3 bdrm, 2 full bath ranch home on a hill in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen includes a nice selection of cookware. Washer and dryer worked well. The house was perfectly clean. Easy access not far off 111 or I40. Excellent communication with the owner. Will book again next time we have a need near Cookeville.

The house was very beautiful, beds were super comfortable, it had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Easy check in/out and the Home owner was extremely nice and responsive. We definitely would stay here again. Also great location close to shopping and restaurants. 10/10 great place to stay!

The pictures do not do the property justice! A very lovely and inviting home conveniently located about 5 minutes off the interstate. For those travelling, not to worry! Although the roads are winding, very manageable. Great central location with easy access to numerous attractions. In town for an annual family reunion and this was a great relaxing home. Highly recommend.

Carol was an awesome host. The house was clean and convenient to everything. We were playing in a tournament in Cookeville. Very nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

We had a quick over night stay on our way from Nashville to oak ridge. The house was perfect - the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels and hot water. The property is well maintained and met all of our needs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat,

We arrived for a single night while traveling back home from the Midwest. The home was very clean and thoroughly decorated! The nearby grill had both Mexican and Asian selections due to the heritage of the owners, and was definitely a good recommendation by the host. Even though we didn't stay long, we loved the decor and wandered from room to room to see everything!
