The house was very well presented, clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location right on the water. Communication with the property manager was regular and helpful. Although the sporting amenities were diverse - I was surprised to have to pay additional monies for the provision of an extra 2 kayaks, then life jackets and water shoes given the higher cost for the rental of this property. Having stayed at numerous houses of the type, it was interesting that were no / few condiments provided, additional toilet rolls, additional kitchen towel, things of that nature that make the difference in the convenience of your stay. (We had flown in and not had thought we would need to buy when buying supplies locally prior to checking in). Possibly an oversight. Overall a lovely stay in a nice house in a beautiful location.

Extremely clean and very quiet. Beds were super comfortable. There is so much to do here: kayaking, pedal boat, disc golf, cornhole, golf cart, hot tub, game room with darts, pool, foosball- our family had a lot of fun! Mary is excellent at coordinating everything. We took a sunset cruise with Captain Trevor - it was amazing! A very relaxing property with lots to do and close to Yorktown beach/restaurants.

There is so much to do here: kayaking, pedal boat, disc golf, cornhole, golf cart, hot tub, game room with darts, pool, foosball- our family had a lot of fun! Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home ... it is lovelier in person than the pics. Mary has an amazing attention for detail and was extremely responsive during the check-in process and throughout our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed the water-slide and the older kids enjoyed the beach and the hot tub and the kayaking. Close to stores when needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Mary!

The house and yard have an immaculate beauty. Pristine deck and beautiful cut grass The house is built with unique features such as two separate stairs to upstairs area. You feel a serenity sitting on the massive deck with steps and looking at the bay. We drove down from New York. The house was clean and has beautiful window showing view of bay. My family really loved your house and was asking if it’s custom built. The detail usage of small space to store and contain everything a family needs so resourcefully. We went kayaking on first day there and light ripples traveling from our rowing was a special sight. I always loved kayaking but my niece (11 yrs) tried it for first time. She claims to be a pro now. My nephew(5 yrs) enjoyed the all the space for him to explore and play. He also loved the disc golf . My mom loved your beautiful deck where you sit and just watch the beauty of nature. My brother loved the beach bonfire experience. He sat reminiscing about some other time he tried it. My sister loved the fact everything was so accessible and compartmented. She loves the beautiful lake view and sitting in hot tub looking up at the starry night. My cousin loved kayaking and crab catching experience most. We also added pirates ship swim,kayak,island float, peddle boat and river float for kids. This is first time we tried renting an house like this and it was such positive experience. The owner Mary was very helpful and open to communicating throughout our stay.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home and the host. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are breathtaking. The home itself is gorgeous and stocked with everything we needed and more. We had the music playing outside all weekend and spent most of our time on the huge deck, in the hot tub and at the beach. It is the ideal set up to lounge outside with space heaters, fire pit tables, tiki torches and cozy furniture & blankets but our favorite was the giant beach bonfire at sunset each night. We had a wonderful time roasting, marshmallows, making s’mores and sitting around the fire. The private chef services for breakfast and dinner really made the experience full circle! We really enjoyed not having to cook or prepare meals and the chef is a charter boat captain so we learned a lot about the local area and fishing (highly recommend the seafood pasta and steak) and the price was very affordable. This is a great location, they have thought of every detail and you can feel how special this place really is. We will be back, thank you!

Our experience at the property was top notch! From the moment we went to book the property, it was evident that Mary was determined to make our stay the best it could be. The property is gorgeous, and the layout of the home is ideal for families with kids, or multiple families as a place to meet and enjoy time together. The beds are comfortable, the wifi is fast, and the game room is spectacular! Also, the location is perfect. It is roughly 35 minutes from Williamsburg (i.e. Busch Gardens, Water Country, Merchants Square, and Jamestown Settlement). A quick note - the Coleman Bridge costs two dollars or an EZ Pass. There is a Food Lion and other important things within 8 minutes of the property. Our family would definitely recommend this amazing property. Thank you Mary for a great week! ♡

Mary the host is absolutely the best, her communication was exceptional, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was epic. The property is a GEM, absolutely breathtaking. The fire pit, back deck, hot tub it all was truly amazing. The property was pristine, any think you can think of is there. Game room with pool table, fuse balls, games for all ages and a beautiful bar. The master bedroom faces the water with beautiful huge windows to watch the sunrise from bed. Or you can sit on the beautiful deck with ample seating and a gas fire pit table, and a heating lamp - plenty of seating. The hot tub was awesome even on a cold night to watch the sun set or in the morning to watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee. We were a family of 7 and had more then enough room! I threw a surprise bday party for my boyfriend and Mary really ensured every detail was perfect. I can’t say enough about this beautiful property, Mary and our stay. We WILL be back!

This place is truly incredible and unlike any place we’ve ever stayed. The home is exquisite with stunning views of the water and 5 star amenities galore. They have everything you could ever need and more- the beach, swimming in the river the outdoor fishing experience- we rented the crabbing shrimping fishing net/items, the pedal boat, kayaks, the giant floating island and caught a bunch of good seafood. Our host Mary was beyond spectacular and set up an awesome charter boat sunset cruise with captain Trevor, we got to see historical Yorktown and the bridge lit up at night, wow. The boat had comfy chairs, lots of room, refreshments, a bar, music with a fire pit and was only a 5 min drive from the house. We arranged for a private chef to come in and prepare our freshly caught seafood- it was so delicious and very affordable- WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! You can see the attention to detail that Mary and her staff have put into setting up the house to make this a truly unique experience– everything is where it needed to be and we were right at home. We made unforgettable memories together laying on the daybed cabanas watching the sunset, having bonfires on the beach, sitting by the fire-pit table on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. We can’t wait to come back- if you’re looking for a fun relaxing vacation with fresh air, peace and privacy this is the perfect spot.

There were so many things to do at this beautiful location! We enjoyed boating, swimming, crabbing, disc golf, bonfires, games, and more! The house comfortably sleeps 21 people! It’s a lovely house that has an incredible view and it’s so quiet and relaxing.

This is a great property if you have kids bc there’s lots to do to keep them busy without having to go far. The location is definitely private which makes a great hideaway but tricky for grocery/food delivery, if you plan on using it. Aside from that, the house has everything that you need. Check in was listed at 4p. We arrived slightly earlier & found a crew of people inside that was cleaning & setting up the amenities we had paid extra for. I would have expected all of this to be done before check-in time but we had to wait 45 min for the crew to leave. They did forget to put away some cleaning supplies which were left on the stairs but not a big deal. I reached out to Mary via text & the VRBO platform months before our stay with a question but never received a response. I did finally get a reply when I reached out again with another question closer to our trip date. Frustrating. But she was very responsive once we were on property. We paid extra for the inflatable slide and pirate pool during our stay. The hose that’s being used for these inflations take forever to fill & the crew initially forgot to seal the plug in the pool so it kept leaking and wouldn’t fill. We figured it out but wasn’t able to use it upon arrival. Everything comes at an added cost which racks up quickly. If you want shade umbrellas, the grill, crab cages, etc. We paid for a lot of extras & for the cost, I expected more. Overall it was a fine experience. Generally smooth but won’t re-book.

I will start by saying Mary was so responsive to all of my questions prior to booking and put my mind at ease with any concerns I had. I have rented several properties in the past and have never been so impressed with a Host. The drive down the gravel driveway leading to the house made us feel like we were in for something special. When we got to the house we knew we were right, the property took our breath away. Upon entering the house, we knew we were somewhere special. The home is beautifully decorated, not the usual rental furniture, and the amenities are overwhelming. I can honestly say we wanted for nothing! The house was immaculate and even smelled good. The deck with hot tub, firepit, propane heater, and gas grill was a dream come true and the private beach with firepit just blew us away. When you can finally pull yourself away from the house there are wonderful restaurants and things to do in the area. My husband and I had such a wonderful time at the house that we went the following week, and plan to return again. Thank you again Mary for helping us make this memory.

We had a great time at this house. The inside of the house had enough beds for all 12 of us to sleep and was clean and stocked with all the amenities a you would need. The outside is where this house really shines. Our group spent the majority of the time enjoying the outside deck, fire pit and hot tub. The view is fantastic. I would recommend staying at this house for any groups looking to stay in this area. Thanks, Mary!

we had 2 families together here (12 people total) & there was plenty of room for everybody. the house was very spacious & extremely clean. Very evident Mary takes pride in her property. The location is very quiet & " out of the way" but not too far from stores. There was plenty to do on site (games inside & out, the hot tub, kayaks, pedal boat, fire pit area) & so many more add ons. we weren\'t too sure how we\'d feel with the host on site in the guest house however she didn\'t bother us whatsoever & was quick to answer the phone for any questions we had in regards to the property when we got there. Would definitely book this home again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home and property were beautiful with so many amenities to enjoy which included a billiards room, private beach with fire pit, and a large deck with hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay. The home and property were beautiful with so many amenities to enjoy which included a billiards room, private beach with fire pit, and a large deck with hot tub. Absolutely gorgeous place and the views are BREATHTAKING! I can’t give enough compliments. The entire peninsula is surrounded by water so it’s very private & serene. By far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The inside was immaculate and spacious. They have everything you need and more. Mary was an amazing host and very accommodating. She organized a spectacular sunset boat cruise for us. The boat was modern and really nice. Good music, comfy lounge chairs and even had a fire pit on board so we were warm. We got dropped off at historical Yorktown beach boardwalk to explore and then had dinner at the York River Oyster Company marina restaurant - it was worth every penny! Try the tuna tower, it was delicious. The night view riding underneath of the bridge when lit up was phenomenal. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

From the moment we stepped into the house it was absolutely gorgeous. The owner put in so much thought to making sure the stay was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, decorated stunningly and working with the owner on getting in and she was eager to help with any recommendations we were looking for. We plan on coming back again in just a few months!

I will start by saying Mary was so responsive to all of my questions prior to booking and put my mind at ease with any concerns I had. I have rented several properties in the past and have never been so impressed with a Host. The drive down the gravel driveway leading to the house made us feel like we were in for something special. When we got to the house we knew we were right, the property took our breath away. Upon entering the house, we knew we were somewhere special. The home is beautifully decorated, not the usual rental furniture, and the amenities are overwhelming. I can honestly say we wanted for nothing! The house was immaculate and even smelled good. The deck with hot tub, firepit, propane heater, and gas grill was a dream come true and the private beach with firepit just blew us away. When you can finally pull yourself away from the house there are wonderful restaurants and things to do in the area. My husband and I had such a wonderful time at the house that we went the following week, and plan to return again. Thank you again Mary for helping us make this memory.

We had a great time at this house. The inside of the house had enough beds for all 12 of us to sleep and was clean and stocked with all the amenities a you would need. The outside is where this house really shines. Our group spent the majority of the time enjoying the outside deck, fire pit and hot tub. The view is fantastic. I would recommend staying at this house for any groups looking to stay in this area. Thanks, Mary!

we had 2 families together here (12 people total) & there was plenty of room for everybody. the house was very spacious & extremely clean. Very evident Mary takes pride in her property. The location is very quiet & " out of the way" but not too far from stores. There was plenty to do on site (games inside & out, the hot tub, kayaks, pedal boat, fire pit area) & so many more add ons. we weren\'t too sure how we\'d feel with the host on site in the guest house however she didn\'t bother us whatsoever & was quick to answer the phone for any questions we had in regards to the property when we got there. Would definitely book this home again in the future.

Phenomenal property for a relaxing and exciting vacation! Beautiful views, breathtaking outdoors surrounding the property, paired with a spacious and beautifully designed house inside! There were plenty of entertainment inside the house as well. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The property is also very close to all kinds of sightseeing in the area. The property is gorgeous, and the layout of the home is ideal for families with kids, or multiple families as a place to meet and enjoy time together. The beds are comfortable, the wifi is fast, and the game room is spectacular! Also, the location is perfect. It is roughly 35 minutes from Williamsburg (i.e. Busch Gardens, Water Country, Merchants Square, and Jamestown Settlement). A quick note - the Coleman Bridge costs two dollars or an EZ Pass. Perfect location for a relaxing vacation. We had and excellent time staying here! Host had exceptional communication and was incredibly accommodating. The only thing we weren’t expecting was MORE beds than anticipated, and our large group was more than happy for it. Highly recommended!

Mary the host is absolutely the best, her communication was exceptional, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was epic. The property is a GEM, absolutely breathtaking. The fire pit, back deck, hot tub it all was truly amazing. The property was pristine, any think you can think of is there. Game room with pool table, fuse balls, games for all ages and a beautiful bar. The master bedroom faces the water with beautiful huge windows to watch the sunrise from bed. Or you can sit on the beautiful deck with ample seating and a gas fire pit table, and a heating lamp - plenty of seating. The hot tub was awesome even on a cold night to watch the sun set or in the morning to watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee. We were a family of 7 and had more then enough room! I threw a surprise bday party for my boyfriend and Mary really ensured every detail was perfect. I can’t say enough about this beautiful property, Mary and our stay. We WILL be back!

There were so many things to do at this beautiful location! We enjoyed boating, swimming, crabbing, disc golf, bonfires, games, and more! The house comfortably sleeps 21 people! It’s a lovely house that has an incredible view and it’s so quiet and relaxing.

I held my daughters 18th birthday party here, and it was incredible! Plenty of room for hanging out and great for overnight guests (lots of rooms and places to sleep). Beautiful house, inside and out! Lots of things to keep people busy and entertained, but just as many for relaxing. Fantastic stay overall with a wonderful host!!! Would absolutely recommend.

Mary has an amazing attention for detail and was extremely responsive during the check-in process and throughout our stay. From the first time I viewed Mary's listing I knew it was where I wanted to have a time of respite with my husband. We've put off any kind of vacation for just the two of us because of jobs, kids, and generally busy life. But when I saw this place I just knew it was where I wanted to go. Mary was amazing from the beginning of our contact. Giving me a call to reassure me of the amazing features, safety, and surrounding activities. Hearing a bit about the history of her home sealed the deal. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, the sounds of nature all around us as well as a bit of light fishing. The activities could be endless but for just my husband and I , it was a lovely time to just relax. Overall I will say we very much enjoyed our time and we will for sure be back!

This place is truly incredible and unlike any place we’ve ever stayed. The home is exquisite with stunning views of the water and 5 star amenities galore. They have everything you could ever need and more- the beach, swimming in the river the outdoor fishing experience- we rented the crabbing shrimping fishing net/items, the pedal boat, kayaks, the giant floating island and caught a bunch of good seafood. Our host Mary was beyond spectacular and set up an awesome charter boat sunset cruise with captain Trevor, we got to see historical Yorktown and the bridge lit up at night, wow. The boat had comfy chairs, lots of room, refreshments, a bar, music with a fire pit and was only a 5 min drive from the house. We arranged for a private chef to come in and prepare our freshly caught seafood- it was so delicious and very affordable- WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! You can see the attention to detail that Mary and her staff have put into setting up the house to make this a truly unique experience– everything is where it needed to be and we were right at home. We made unforgettable memories together laying on the daybed cabanas watching the sunset, having bonfires on the beach, sitting by the fire-pit table on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. We can’t wait to come back- if you’re looking for a fun relaxing vacation with fresh air, peace and privacy this is the perfect spot.

We arranged for a private chef to come in and prepare our freshly caught seafood- it was so delicious and very affordable- WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! You can see the attention to detail that Mary and her staff have put into setting up the house to make this a truly unique experience– everything is where it needed to be and we were right at home. We made unforgettable memories together laying on the daybed cabanas watching the sunset, having bonfires on the beach, sitting by the fire-pit table on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. We can’t wait to come back- if you’re looking for a fun relaxing vacation with fresh air, peace and privacy this is the perfect spot.

This is a great property if you have kids bc there’s lots to do to keep them busy without having to go far. The location is definitely private which makes a great hideaway but tricky for grocery/food delivery, if you plan on using it. Aside from that, the house has everything that you need. Check in was listed at 4p. We arrived slightly earlier & found a crew of people inside that was cleaning & setting up the amenities we had paid extra for. I would have expected all of this to be done before check-in time but we had to wait 45 min for the crew to leave. They did forget to put away some cleaning supplies which were left on the stairs but not a big deal. I reached out to Mary via text & the VRBO platform months before our stay with a question but never received a response. I did finally get a reply when I reached out again with another question closer to our trip date. Frustrating. But she was very responsive once we were on property. We paid extra for the inflatable slide and pirate pool during our stay. The hose that’s being used for these inflations take forever to fill & the crew initially forgot to seal the plug in the pool so it kept leaking and wouldn’t fill. We figured it out but wasn’t able to use it upon arrival. Everything comes at an added cost which racks up quickly. If you want shade umbrellas, the grill, crab cages, etc. We paid for a lot of extras & for the cost, I expected more. Overall it was a fine experience. Generally smooth but won’t re-book.

The house was very well presented, clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location right on the water. Communication with the property manager was regular and helpful. Although the sporting amenities were diverse - I was surprised to have to pay additional monies for the provision of an extra 2 kayaks, then life jackets and water shoes given the higher cost for the rental of this property. Having stayed at numerous houses of the type, it was interesting that were no / few condiments provided, additional toilet rolls, additional kitchen towel, things of that nature that make the difference in the convenience of your stay. (We had flown in and not had thought we would need to buy when buying supplies locally prior to checking in). Possibly an oversight. Overall a lovely stay in a nice house in a beautiful location.

Extremely clean and very quiet. Beds were super comfortable. There is so much to do here: kayaking, pedal boat, disc golf, cornhole, golf cart, hot tub, game room with darts, pool, foosball- our family had a lot of fun! Mary is excellent at coordinating everything. We took a sunset cruise with Captain Trevor - it was amazing! A very relaxing property with lots to do and close to Yorktown beach/restaurants.

we had 2 families together here (12 people total) & there was plenty of room for everybody. the house was very spacious & extremely clean. Very evident Mary takes pride in her property. The location is very quiet & " out of the way" but not too far from stores. There was plenty to do on site (games inside & out, the hot tub, kayaks, pedal boat, fire pit area) & so many more add ons. we weren\'t too sure how we\'d feel with the host on site in the guest house however she didn\'t bother us whatsoever & was quick to answer the phone for any questions we had in regards to the property when we got there. Would definitely book this home again in the future.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home ... it is lovelier in person than the pics. Mary has an amazing attention for detail and was extremely responsive during the check-in process and throughout our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed the water-slide and the older kids enjoyed the beach and the hot tub and the kayaking. Close to stores when needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Mary!

Phenomenal property for a relaxing and exciting vacation! Beautiful views, breathtaking outdoors surrounding the property, paired with a spacious and beautifully designed house inside! There were plenty of entertainment inside the house as well. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The property is also very close to all kinds of sightseeing in the area. Our experience at the property was top notch! From the moment we went to book the property, it was evident that Mary was determined to make our stay the best it could be. The property is gorgeous, and the layout of the home is ideal for families with kids, or multiple families as a place to meet and enjoy time together. The beds are comfortable, the wifi is fast, and the game room is spectacular! Also, the location is perfect. It is roughly 35 minutes from Williamsburg (i.e. Busch Gardens, Water Country, Merchants Square, and Jamestown Settlement). A quick note - the Coleman Bridge costs two dollars or an EZ Pass. There is a Food Lion and other important things within 8 minutes of the property. Our family would definitely recommend this amazing property. Thank you Mary for a great week! ♡

Absolutely gorgeous place and the views are BREATHTAKING! I can’t give enough compliments. The entire peninsula is surrounded by water so it’s very private & serene. By far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The inside was immaculate and spacious. They have everything you need and more. Mary was an amazing host and very accommodating. She organized a spectacular sunset boat cruise for us. The boat was modern and really nice. Good music, comfy lounge chairs and even had a fire pit on board so we were warm. We got dropped off at historical Yorktown beach boardwalk to explore and then had dinner at the York River Oyster Company marina restaurant - it was worth every penny! Try the tuna tower, it was delicious. The night view riding underneath of the bridge when lit up was phenomenal. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I will start by saying Mary was so responsive to all of my questions prior to booking and put my mind at ease with any concerns I had. I have rented several properties in the past and have never been so impressed with a Host. The drive down the gravel driveway leading to the house made us feel like we were in for something special. When we got to the house we knew we were right, the property took our breath away. Upon entering the house, we knew we were somewhere special. The home is beautifully decorated, not the usual rental furniture, and the amenities are overwhelming. I can honestly say we wanted for nothing! The house was immaculate and even smelled good. The deck with hot tub, firepit, propane heater, and gas grill was a dream come true and the private beach with firepit just blew us away. When you can finally pull yourself away from the house there are wonderful restaurants and things to do in the area. My husband and I had such a wonderful time at the house that we went the following week, and plan to return again. Thank you again Mary for helping us make this memory.

We had a great time at this house. The inside of the house had enough beds for all 12 of us to sleep and was clean and stocked with all the amenities a you would need. The outside is where this house really shines. Our group spent the majority of the time enjoying the outside deck, fire pit and hot tub. The view is fantastic. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home and the host. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are breathtaking. The home itself is gorgeous and stocked with everything we needed and more. We had the music playing outside all weekend and spent most of our time on the huge deck, in the hot tub and at the beach. It is the ideal set up to lounge outside with space heaters, fire pit tables, tiki torches and cozy furniture & blankets but our favorite was the giant beach bonfire at sunset each night. We had a wonderful time roasting, marshmallows, making s’mores and sitting around the fire. The private chef services for breakfast and dinner really made the experience full circle! We really enjoyed not having to cook or prepare meals and the chef is a charter boat captain so we learned a lot about the local area and fishing (highly recommend the seafood pasta and steak) and the price was very affordable. This is a great location, they have thought of every detail and you can feel how special this place really is. We will be back, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home and property were beautiful with so many amenities to enjoy which included a billiards room, private beach with fire pit, and a large deck with hot tub. The home was very clean upon our arrival. Mary, the owner was accessible and responded timely to any questions I had and really went out of her way to make our trip great. We had the option of hiring a private chef for dinner and decided to treat ourselves and enjoy the sunset. Chef Leslie did a great job. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again if in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous place and the views are BREATHTAKING! I can’t give enough compliments. The entire peninsula is surrounded by water so it’s very private & serene. By far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The inside was immaculate and spacious. They have everything you need and more. Mary was an amazing host and very accommodating. She organized a spectacular sunset boat cruise for us. The boat was modern and really nice. Good music, comfy lounge chairs and even had a fire pit on board so we were warm. We got dropped off at historical Yorktown beach boardwalk to explore and then had dinner at the York River Oyster Company marina restaurant - it was worth every penny! Try the tuna tower, it was delicious. The night view riding underneath of the bridge when lit up was phenomenal. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

This place is truly incredible and unlike any place we’ve ever stayed. The home is exquisite with stunning views of the water and 5 star amenities galore. They have everything you could ever need and more- the beach, swimming in the river the outdoor fishing experience- we rented the crabbing shrimping fishing net/items, the pedal boat, kayaks, the giant floating island and caught a bunch of good seafood. Our host Mary was beyond spectacular and set up an awesome charter boat sunset cruise with captain Trevor, we got to see historical Yorktown and the bridge lit up at night, wow. The boat had comfy chairs, lots of room, refreshments, a bar, music with a fire pit and was only a 5 min drive from the house. We arranged for a private chef to come in and prepare our freshly caught seafood- it was so delicious and very affordable- WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! You can see the attention to detail that Mary and her staff have put into setting up the house to make this a truly unique experience– everything is where it needed to be and we were right at home. We made unforgettable memories together laying on the daybed cabanas watching the sunset, having bonfires on the beach, sitting by the fire-pit table on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. We can’t wait to come back- if you’re looking for a fun relaxing vacation with fresh air, peace and privacy this is the perfect spot.

There were so many things to do at this beautiful location! We enjoyed boating, swimming, crabbing, disc golf, bonfires, games, and more! The house comfortably sleeps 21 people! It’s a lovely house that has an incredible view and it’s so quiet and relaxing.

The house and yard have an immaculate beauty. Pristine deck and beautiful cut grass The house is built with unique features such as two separate stairs to upstairs area. You feel a serenity sitting on the massive deck with steps and looking at the bay. We drove down from New York. The house was clean and has beautiful window showing view of bay. My family really loved your house and was asking if it’s custom built. The detail usage of small space to store and contain everything a family needs so resourcefully. We went kayaking on first day there and light ripples traveling from our rowing was a special sight. I always loved kayaking but my niece (11 yrs) tried it for first time. She claims to be a pro now. My nephew(5 yrs) enjoyed the all the space for him to explore and play. He also loved the disc golf . My mom loved your beautiful deck where you sit and just watch the beauty of nature. My brother loved the beach bonfire experience. He sat reminiscing about some other time he tried it. My sister loved the fact everything was so accessible and compartmented. She loves the beautiful lake view and sitting in hot tub looking up at the starry night. My cousin loved kayaking and crab catching experience most. We also added pirates ship swim,kayak,island float, peddle boat and river float for kids. This is first time we tried renting an house like this and it was such positive experience. The owner Mary was very helpful and open to communicating throughout our stay.

This is a great property if you have kids bc there’s lots to do to keep them busy without having to go far. The location is definitely private which makes a great hideaway but tricky for grocery/food delivery, if you plan on using it. Aside from that, the house has everything that you need. Check in was listed at 4p. We arrived slightly earlier & found a crew of people inside that was cleaning & setting up the amenities we had paid extra for. I would have expected all of this to be done before check-in time but we had to wait 45 min for the crew to leave. They did forget to put away some cleaning supplies which were left on the stairs but not a big deal. I reached out to Mary via text & the VRBO platform months before our stay with a question but never received a response. I did finally get a reply when I reached out again with another question closer to our trip date. Frustrating. But she was very responsive once we were on property. We paid extra for the inflatable slide and pirate pool during our stay. The hose that’s being used for these inflations take forever to fill & the crew initially forgot to seal the plug in the pool so it kept leaking and wouldn’t fill. We figured it out but wasn’t able to use it upon arrival. Everything comes at an added cost which racks up quickly. If you want shade umbrellas, the grill, crab cages, etc. We paid for a lot of extras & for the cost, I expected more. Overall it was a fine experience. Generally smooth but won’t re-book.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home ... it is lovelier in person than the pics. Mary has an amazing attention for detail and was extremely responsive during the check-in process and throughout our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed the water-slide and the older kids enjoyed the beach and the hot tub and the kayaking. Close to stores when needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Mary!

I held my daughters 18th birthday party here, and it was incredible! Plenty of room for hanging out and great for overnight guests (lots of rooms and places to sleep). Beautiful house, inside and out! Lots of things to keep people busy and entertained, but just as many for relaxing. Fantastic stay overall with a wonderful host!!! Would absolutely recommend.
