The A/C did not work, contacted host numerous times with no response. Finally got a response the morning we were checking out. The temperature was 81 degrees downstairs and upstairs was 96. We all had to sleep downstairs. Floor was nasty. Our feet were black walking on floors.

This was a fabulous place to stay for a relaxing trip. The beach is only minutes walk away and lots of restaurant and shopping in the area. Home was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed being able to cook our own food and relax in the dining room. This trip was exactly what the hubby and I needed. Will absolutely book again!

Probably the best place I’ve stayed in the Miramar/Destin area as far as location and still had privacy plus great beach access. Air was cold and the shower was hot so what more do you need right? The only thing I would recommend was for the owner to buy a cheap k-cup coffee maker and the place would feel complete.

This place was so close to the beach on a street that has a public beach access but didn't have public parking, so the beach itself was not overcrowded at all. It was so easy to just walk out the door and hit the beach in about 2 minutes. I just want to give a special shout out to the host for having GREAT QUALITY TOILET PAPER. And I know that's probably a small thing, but I always expect the crappy 1 ply TP that you get at most hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had everything we needed/expected. Kitchen was well equipped for our purposes. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed how close this place was to the beach and there was even chair/umbrella rental right at the beach entrance. It is super close to the grocery store and outlet mall too. The place could be updated a little but that's just personal preference. Balcony doesn't have a great view but that wasn't a big deal for us since we knew it wasn't right on the beach. WiFi is very slow so it's best not to rely on that. About 35 minutes from Destin airport.
