Penthouse Stoliv bis 16 Betten 5 m / Meer ca. 170 m2 auf 2 Etagen

We had a lovely few days at Penthouse Stoliv. Daniel welcomed us and made us feel as if nothing was too much bother. I would recommend taking a boat trip from the jetty, wandering around Kotor, walking up to the church on the hill above the house and going on the Kotor cable car. Also Restaurant Margarite a 10 minute walk away.

The Penthouse Stoliv 12 is situated on an amazing lot along the Bay of Kotor. Surrounded by majestic peaks with beautiful stone house villages (Perast!) gracing the shoreline, the property is a great staging area for excursions to the local attractions (Kotor) and slightly further destinations (Budva, Sveti Stefan, Skadar). The problem was convincing the kids to leave the villa itself. With a beautiful and HUGE terrace and a jetty in front of the house which was the literal launching pad for so many leaps into the Bay of Kotor), the villa was a vacation destination in of itself. Nice walking opportunities to good local Konobas (restaurants) and a trail walk to a beautiful church above the property. For those who do not want to drive, a bus conveniently can be hailed in front of the property to Kotor or Tivat, or the waterfront Konobas that abound in the area. The host (Daniel) operates out of Sweden and was incredibly nice and responsive, but the best was the hostess (Daniel’s mom) who lives in a unit two levels below of the penthouse level that could be everyone’s grandmother! Fantastic place, fantastic location.

While not walking distance to city it is a perfect peaceful sea view and location surrounded by beautiful mountains of Montenegro and boats sailing by - all viewable throughout home from an expansive outdoor deck; traditional living in Kotor feel ; access to boat dock for pick up and a day tour of the bay . Host able to provide suggestions and setup for restaurants and guided boat tours as needed . Clean and great hosts !
