The cabin is very cozy and conveniently located next to Blackwater Falls State Park. It has everything we needed in our short trip, including a kitchenette with everything we needed for home cooking. The host is very friendly and attentive. I loved our getaway!

This place was clean, had everything that you needed. It is right next to the falls and trails and the middle of downtown shops/food in David and Thomas. Listing was accurate. No complaints. I’d stay here again without question.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin/condo about a mile from Blackwater Falls State Park. It was well furnished and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The induction stove was a little tricky for us but that was operator error since we never used one before. We figured it out though :) Great place in a great area! Would definitely recommend! The proximity to Davis and Thomas was perfect and we enjoyed each of the small towns. The Purple Fiddle was great and we loved the ice cream and love music! The Riverfront Woodfire Pizza was delicious! We hit a handful of waterfalls in the area: Blackwater Falls, Douglas Falls, Albert Falls and Elakala Falls. Douglas Falls was a pleasant surprise and well worth the drive down the pothole filled road. You can drive to the end and the waterfall is actually pretty big. Seneca Rocks hike is not to be missed! And driving up to Spruce Knob, the highest point in WV, was a great stop on the way home. Enjoyed our stay!

The property is well maintained and so cute. The host has thought of everything, even small details like candles and cozy blankets. She was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. We loved the proximity to the falls and the town of Davis. The whole cabin is cozy and clean. I would recommend this host and location to anyone.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. Great location, nicely decorated, comfy bed, everything was there we needed, parking right in front of unit, host kept us well informed. Not one complaint! We will visit again.

Great for a single couple, the 2nd bedroom is on the second floor loft which was difficult to navigate with the very very narrow semi circular steps. Very nice once you get up there. No bath up there, difficult at night. Cute place, if you plan to cook there is no exhaust fan in the kitchen area. You may set off the smoke detector, we did!

Wanted to visit the mountains and found this place on VRBO. I am so glad I booked with Bridget. The cabin was absolutely adorable and was so close to everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay, and was super cozy to relax in during the evenings! Bridget was an amazing host, she was super easy to contact and the check in and check out process was super easy. We will definitely be returning next time we visit the mountains!!

It was just what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice. The only criticism was how small the shower was. It was definitely a little tight in there. Overall we had a blast and would book again.

The induction stove was a little tricky for us but that was operator error since we never used one before. We figured it out though :) Great place in a great area! Would definitely recommend! The proximity to Davis and Thomas was perfect and we enjoyed each of the small towns. The Purple Fiddle was great and we loved the ice cream and love music! The Riverfront Woodfire Pizza was delicious! We hit a handful of waterfalls in the area: Blackwater Falls, Douglas Falls, Albert Falls and Elakala Falls. Douglas Falls was a pleasant surprise and well worth the drive down the pothole filled road. You can drive to the end and the waterfall is actually pretty big. Seneca Rocks hike is not to be missed! And driving up to Spruce Knob, the highest point in WV, was a great stop on the way home. Enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin/condo about a mile from Blackwater Falls State Park. It was well furnished and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The house was clean and nicely decorated but we had one towel and someone had burned their steak in a skillet and had done a poor job of cleaning it out.

Bridget is a great host. She was quick to respond and was helpful in offering solutions to find a pair of snow boots.The cozy cabin was well stocked, things were clearly marked and it was a perfect place for our mini getaway.
