Sunny Destin Condo w/ Pool & Beach Access!

The location is great, beach and pool super close within walking distance. We were hoping for the BBQ pit that was listed was there, but was not. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable that no one wanted to sleep on it. But all other beds were great. They provided a beach wagon and a lot beach accessories that was very nice to have.

Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was clean. Kitchen fully stocked. A/C worked great. Beds were comfortable. Nice patio in the back to relax. Pool was refreshing. Get to the beach early to get a good spot if you bringing your own chairs. If not they will have lots of chairs and umbrellas to rent at the waters edge. Will be booking again for our next family vacation.

Sofa bed had dirty linens and no blanket. The thermostat kept switching to heat, we had to buy batteries for it and that worked but it was hot was hot way too much! The kitchen floors were extremely dirty. The paint was peeling in many areas of the condo. The divider between the bedroom and the sunroom wouldn't stay up

Place was as described. Beach was an easy walk, beach access code did not work however. Pool was great! Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean. Absolutely perfect location for the beach. The private access to the beach was wonderful and not crowded even for the middle of July! There was an outside showering station to hose off all the sand from the beach which was extremely helpful! We were able to bring food and eat in between meals and even made a couple nice dinners. Kitchen was fully stocked and very accommodating. We read previous reviews so we brought a small blackstone and grilled up some food a few times. The only issue we had was our door knob was needing to be fastened on better as it was wobbly. Other than that it was a very nice stay and we will definitely be returning!
