This Penthouse condo offers everything!!! Our family was blown away by the beauty and functionality of it. The area is convenient and fun and being right on the beach was such a pleasure. Weather cool? No problem as the large hot tub at the pool is so big you will use it a lot!!! We will be back!!! Thanks Vangie and Vrbo!!!

Easy access to the beach! My family and I have previously stayed in other Mainsail units, and this unit is superior by far. The private staircase is a game changer - you are truly just steps from the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and appears exactly as pictured online. My wife & daughter loved it. Five stars!

We had a great week at the beach! We were a group of 6 adults and one 12 year old and were super executed with the location of the condo due to the close proximity of the beach access, pool and elevator. The private beach was absolutely gorgeous! We utilized the beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the property every single day and appreciated the fact that the beach was not overcrowded. We had perfect weather the whole week and spent a lot of time snorkeling and paddle boarding in the crystal clear Gulf. The management company checked in on us numerous times throughout the week to ensure all of our needs were met. We are already looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Dune. The pictures and description online are exactly what you get. Our GlamDestin representative checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok and was very responsive if we had any questions. The condo was easy to access and we had no problems entering the gated community. Location was perfect for dining, shopping, and groceries. The access to the beach was perfect. The condo was clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean and a nice quality. It was a perfect set up for our family with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. The beach was clean, no seaweed or shells, and has the softest sand. The chair service was a nice addition to the rental, however the two chairs and umbrella you get with the condo are not reserved for you and are first come/first served. There were a lot of paid reservations so we had a hard time actually getting our “included” chairs. Not sure if anything can be done to change that, but it would be nice if you could actually reserve for the week as a paying guest of the condo. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely rent this condo or another rental from GlamDestin again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everybody. Vangie was super responsive and helpful. The location is also great - right on the beach. The pool is right downstairs and we used this several times for the kiddos on the really hot days. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the needed appliances. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this unit 6/1-6/8 and were completely in love with this place! Upon arrival the space was spotless. The 3 king size beds were perfect for the 3 couples that joined us. We loved that you had your own staircase down to the beach/pool without having to use elevators. The view from the balcony was priceless. This condo was conveniently located to grocery stores, souvenir shops, and other activities. We will absolutely book again for our family vacations!

Great location, good sized condo for 3 couples each bedroom with comfortable king beds and 3 bathrooms. The only con we had is the parking is far away…I just think each condo should include 1 owner parking spot. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Our room was so close to the beach! We brought a wagon to pull everything, but we never took it out of the car after we saw how close the unit was to the beach. The pool was equally as close. Our unit was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely e coming back to Main Sail!

Loved our stay. Condo is as advertised with a great location! Private balcony and direct access to the sand is wonderful. It was very clean and well equipped. We had 6 adults and a 2 month old and never felt crowded. The provided beach service with two chairs and umbrella is nice to have. There are also extra chairs provided for sitting on the beach as well as toys for children to play in the sand. Definitely recommend this property!

The best way to sum up our experience was WOW! This was first VRBO experience and it was amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless; the view was gorgeous; and the communication with the hosts was timely and responsive.

This Destin condo is beautifully decorated with a fabulous view. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had 7 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was so nice and accommodating.I would definitely recommend this condo.

So clean and neatly kept. Has ALL amenities needed. Amazing view of the Gulf very short walk to the beach you can sit on the couch and enjoy the view while you drink your morning coffee. Absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room very comfy beds. Couldn’t ask for better.

We had a few minor issues with plumbing and we were not able to park as close to our condo as we thought we were going to be able to. The staff did an excellent job of communicating and checking to make sure we were doing well. Overall, the location was perfect and we loved being on a private beach!

We visited the Cozy Dune in April 2023 and had a perfect week. The location to the beach is unbeatable - everything was so easy and accessible to get to. House was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and rooms were comfortable. It was a great trip!

The accommodation was excellent for our family stay of six. The property was clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was a breeze from the unit. Nearby shopping was just across the highway form the Mainsail property. This was our fourth vacation in this area of of the panhandle and this accommodation made it even more enjoyable. Management made several inquiries to be of assistance to us if needed. Views on both sides of the unit were great. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas\ from the unit as well as the two chairs and umbrella provided from the beach service.

From the moment of booking to the last closing of the door, this property was a dream come true! Seven adults and four teenagers fit with plenty of space for everyone. Starting with cleanliness, the property was perfect. All bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen were clean as were the common living spaces. The decor was beautiful and upscale but so very comfortable. Having two large screen smart TVs were a blessing when teens and adults wanted to watch separate things in the evening. The view of the ocean was wonderful and we spent quite a bit of time on the two balconies. Access to the beach was simple and there were plenty of toys and chairs in the closet to accompany the two umbrellas and four chairs that are always available. The mattresses were really comfortable and the towels were thick and soft. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to fix meals. Plenty of spices were available also. Three separate ice makers made having cold drinks for everyone a wonderful treat. And while all of these amenities are wonderful, what made the week so pleasant was dealing with Vangie. She was an absolute godsend with spot on recommendations for everything from casual restaurants to more fine dining, for activities for the teens along with a great place for a massage! She made this past week traveling with three separate families a wonderful experience for all! We are already checking calendars for when we can go back!!

It was our third time staying at Mainsail. This condo was our favorite of the three! The condo was perfect for two families. We loved having two living rooms—one for the kids and one for the adults. It was great being so close to the beach and getting four beach chairs/two umbrellas. The condo was very clean. We also had good communication with the owner throughout the stay.

Very nice condo with all the things that you will need. Keurig and an air fryer! Beds were comfy. The mirror in the second master suite is not very functional for a bathroom though. The biggest complaint is the parking. This unit is right at the beach and parking is on the other end of the building. Not a problem for us but could be for some folks. Quite a walk for the elderly or young children. Location of the resort was very good! Had a great time!!

Host is extremely easy to work with and very communicative. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Private and clean beach! Beautiful views from 2 separate balconies. We really enjoyed the condo and would certainly stay with Vangie again!

Overall everything was good. However, there was no trundle in the queen bedroom, as was listed. There were no beach chairs or boards, even though we were told there were. The code did not work at 4:00pm. I had to call the owner to reset the code. Other than the above, it was a good vacation. The living area was the best part of the condo.

This Destin condo is beautifully decorated with a fabulous view. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had 7 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was so nice and accommodating.I would definitely recommend this condo.

We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Dune. The pictures and description online are exactly what you get. Our GlamDestin representative checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok and was very responsive if we had any questions. The condo was easy to access and we had no problems entering the gated community. Location was perfect for dining, shopping, and groceries. The access to the beach was perfect. The condo was clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean and a nice quality. It was a perfect set up for our family with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. The beach was clean, no seaweed or shells, and has the softest sand. The chair service was a nice addition to the rental, however the two chairs and umbrella you get with the condo are not reserved for you and are first come/first served. There were a lot of paid reservations so we had a hard time actually getting our “included” chairs. Not sure if anything can be done to change that, but it would be nice if you could actually reserve for the week as a paying guest of the condo. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely rent this condo or another rental from GlamDestin again in the future.

We had a few minor issues with plumbing and we were not able to park as close to our condo as we thought we were going to be able to. The staff did an excellent job of communicating and checking to make sure we were doing well. Overall, the location was perfect and we loved being on a private beach!

Host is extremely easy to work with and very communicative. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Private and clean beach! Beautiful views from 2 separate balconies. We really enjoyed the condo and would certainly stay with Vangie again!

The accommodation was excellent for our family stay of six. The property was clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was a breeze from the unit. Nearby shopping was just across the highway form the Mainsail property. This was our fourth vacation in this area of of the panhandle and this accommodation made it even more enjoyable. Management made several inquiries to be of assistance to us if needed. Views on both sides of the unit were great. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas\ from the unit as well as the two chairs and umbrella provided from the beach service.

Loved our stay. Condo is as advertised with a great location! Private balcony and direct access to the sand is wonderful. It was very clean and well equipped. We had 6 adults and a 2 month old and never felt crowded. The provided beach service with two chairs and umbrella is nice to have. There are also extra chairs provided for sitting on the beach as well as toys for children to play in the sand. Definitely recommend this property!

We so enjoyed staying here with the view of the ocean always there. We wanted something ocean side of the scenic highway. The unit is two back from the sand dunes and beach. It is directly across from the outlet mall with plenty of nearby restaurants. The common area might get small with more than 6 people but could work. We recommend this rental and would come back.

I have traveled to the Florida and Alabama beaches for over thirty years and this condo was fabulous. Super clean, updated, and very well taken care of. Love the private staircase to the beach. Location to the beach and area was great. Walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our room was so close to the beach! We brought a wagon to pull everything, but we never took it out of the car after we saw how close the unit was to the beach. The pool was equally as close. Our unit was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely e coming back to Main Sail!
