Beautiful Oceanfront Sanctuary E952-0

Absolutely loved this stay. It was right on the water with stunning views and an amazing place to celebrate my 50th birthday with girlfriends. It had plenty of space to sleep and lounge and was walking distance from acute coffee shop. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a relaxing getaway, a celebratory event or family friendly stay.

The house offers a lovely view, but cleanliness and maintenance problems make the stay disappointing. The company promises Turnover Specialist after every single stay inspection and clearly was not inspected Cleanliness problems:Floors and Patios were dirty enough to turn our feet black.Living room furniture was stained, with sand and food in the cushions.Sand/dirt was in all the sliders tracks, closets, bathroom shower doors. Shower tubs had black stains in them.Safety Issues:One umbrella stand was so rusty it snapped and fell; the second fell over because the base was loose. Fortunately, no one was hurt.Exterior stair surfaces are peeling and breaking, creating tripping hazards.We kept the team posted of all the issues including pictures. The home is run down and not worth the rental value.The company has a pattern of similar if not worst complaints. The company is rated "F" with the BBB and is no good in other reviews. Regret not researching beforehand. We asked them for consideration for the inconveniences, instead the offered 10% off a future stay which was not adequate for this stay. We will not use this company again and do not recommend this business. VRBO should enforce higher standards for listed rentals.

Views were spectacular. The house is nice but showing its age in many areas.
