Alerio D202: Gulf: évasion de la plage du golfe

Property is within close walking distance to the beach. Host communication was fantastic! We were notified that we would be able to check in early, which was wonderful! The property has a coffee pot and Keurig, and all bedrooms the kitchen/living room are spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and as pictured. There were a few small issues we reported including a broken drawer in fridge, issue with the blinds, and a leak from the upstairs bathroom. Michael was quick to respond and address everything.

We arrived later in the evening and the owners were there finishing up things luckily as they noticed something was going on with the thermostat before we did. Property manager was on it immediately, kept us informed the whole time despite it being after 9pm and they got someone out there that same night to fix! Wonderful service and we were blown away by Mike’s diligence. Property was clean and comfortable, beautifully furnished. Only suggestions I would say to improve on would be the washer and dryer, both pretty worn and the washer was really small. Also, the kitchen was wonderfully stocked, but I would have liked to have had a rubber spatula for mixing sticky stuff. Location was perfect, grounds were nicely maintained. Pool had shade too which is a rarity, not a very big pool though and the hot tub was closed the entire stay. Pool got crowded likely due to the rough waters bringing double reds a few days. All in all a wonderful stay, great owners, and a capable management team. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Alerio D202. Mike was wonderful and called to let us know the unit may be ready early for check in and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived (an hour or so early). We were only able to stay for a few days but the unit was in a great location with excellent beach access. Everything was clean and well maintained and made it easy for us to just enjoy our time at the beach. Thanks for a great stay!
