Oceanside sunshine, does it get any better! We had 3 adults & 3 kids (2 littles and a teen) staying at the property, it was wonderful! Fully stocked, spacious, a bathroom in every bedroom and steps from the ocean… you cannot go wrong!

We used the Beach House Getaway as our "basecamp" for a large family reunion. The private suites allowed for easy and private accommodations for extended family that doesn\'t necessarily want to share bedrooms or bathrooms. The house location cannot be beat. Steps from the state park and beach access, massive deck to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the beach. The kitchen is well appropriated without being cluttered allowing you to unpack your supplies easily. Kids toys and kites were a big hit too! Everyone in my family plans to book this place for future trips, it was just perfect.

We all needed a few days to rejuvenate, when we arrived at the house we were amazed at how complete everything was even a piano. My son,grandson and myself all had our own suites ,we will definitely stay again.Soon

Property is in a choice location, just a few steps from the beach. The house is large and roomy and fit our 8 people very well. A large deck with view is nice as well. Would stay here again. Thanks Paul for making it available.

The house worked perfectly for two families with teens. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was large and well appointed. Close walk to the beach and ocean views from the living room, deck and upstairs bedrooms. Property management was responsive and super helpful when we left something behind. Overall a great place to stay!

This is a wonderful home for a large family or in our case for 4 couples from ages 62-83. Great bedrooms with attached bath for each one plus another half bath! This is the 2nd time we stayed here, the last being with our kids and grandkids! Wonderful outdoor space as well! Great view of beach and a very short walk to boot! Kitchen has just about anything you would need! In 4 days we only ate one meal out! Large dining table accommodated us easily for meals and games! Lots of comfy seating in living area! Only criticism would be house is advertised as “recently” updated and our first visit was 2 years ago and it is the same. Home could use a deep cleaning but neither of these criticisms would stop us from rebooking! Melissa was efficient, helpful and fun to talk with!

Three families including 6 adults and 2 16-year olds thoroughly enjoyed our four-nght stay at this spacious, well-equipped, comfortable home close to the beach. Started with a stroll through the Saturday market and found some fun purchases. Teens enjoyed renting e-bikes and skim boards. We enjoyed everything in the house including the grill and outdoor deck, great library of books, explicit instructions throughout, well stocked kitchen. Really everything!

Great rental property with the most amazing views. The four spacious bedrooms each have their own bathroom and views of the beach. We left open our bedroom window and woke up to the sounds of the crashing waves. The location is prime to the beach and to the small town shops. You can walk to either within minutes. The interior space is set up with large open spaces that accommodate groups of people. The house was clean and worked great for our group. My only complaint was the wifi. It wasn’t working when we arrived and the property manager was quick to work on it the second day. When it was finally working, it was snail speed and we couldn’t actually work or pull up the kids’ school work. We ended up at the coffee shop which had high speed WiFi and delicious coffee. This wouldn’t deter us from staying here again though. Will definitely stay again as we come to Pacific Beach a few times a year.

This is our 2nd time staying there and both times the owners have been very communicative and helpful. House is amazing with more than enough space. Each family had their own bathroom. Like a hotel without the feeling of a hotel. We love the location and walk to the beach. Thank you for another relaxing time.

We love this house and all its amenities. We liked the privacy of each bedroom with separate bathroom and also the huge living room. Melissa the manager was very helpful and accommodating to us. The location is spectacular!

Seven sisters spent the weekend in this lovely home. Enjoyed the fact that each room was a suite, the upstairs rooms had wonderful views of the ocean. Location to the beach was great. Minutes away from Seabrook for food and shopping. Very comfortable and a great place for families.

Fantastic location and lovely home with spectacular views was perfect for our family reunion. The host was diplomatic in handling my relatives that brought a couple small dogs. My son is allergic to dogs, so I really appreciated their enforcement. Very thoughtful and gracious hosts - thank you so much!!!

I got married to my husband on the beach, which was just a 2 minute walk off from the property. We booked our stay months in advance, and the owner answered any questions we had about the property. The space was quite large-we had a small family gathering after the ceremony and it was wonderful to have such a great space to laugh and relax in. Thank you for being such a great host!!

This is a wonderful home for a large family or in our case for 4 couples from ages 62-83. Great bedrooms with attached bath for each one plus another half bath! This is the 2nd time we stayed here, the last being with our kids and grandkids! Wonderful outdoor space as well! Great view of beach and a very short walk to boot! Kitchen has just about anything you would need! In 4 days we only ate one meal out! Large dining table accommodated us easily for meals and games! Lots of comfy seating in living area! Only criticism would be house is advertised as “recently” updated and our first visit was 2 years ago and it is the same. Home could use a deep cleaning but neither of these criticisms would stop us from rebooking! Melissa was efficient, helpful and fun to talk with!

My college-aged kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and so well-located! The hosts were responsive and available for questions - they even helped me when I left something behind. Above and beyond in every way. We loved this Beach House Getaway! We'll definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was comfortable for everyone. The bedrooms are very spacious and it was a real plus that each room had its own bathroom. The beach was just a few minutes walk across the street. Our family went to the beach twice daily. The kids had a great time playing on the beach. We look forward to staying at this house again.

This is our 2nd time staying there and both times the owners have been very communicative and helpful. House is amazing with more than enough space. Each family had their own bathroom. Like a hotel without the feeling of a hotel. We love the location and walk to the beach. Thank you for another relaxing time.

We used the Beach House Getaway as our "basecamp" for a large family reunion. The private suites allowed for easy and private accommodations for extended family that doesn\'t necessarily want to share bedrooms or bathrooms. The house location cannot be beat. Steps from the state park and beach access, massive deck to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the beach. The kitchen is well appropriated without being cluttered allowing you to unpack your supplies easily. Kids toys and kites were a big hit too! Everyone in my family plans to book this place for future trips, it was just perfect.

My wife and I, and our adult children and grandchildren stayed here over a weekend. The home is beautiful and spacious. Its well equipped for meals, coffee, etc. The kids toy selection. was appreciated by my grandchildren. The location is right next to the beach and very close of drive-on beach access and the towns of Moclips and Seabrook. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Guests are asked to remove shoes at the front door so bring your warm slippers if your from warmer climates like Arizona :-)

I got married to my husband on the beach, which was just a 2 minute walk off from the property. We booked our stay months in advance, and the owner answered any questions we had about the property. The space was quite large-we had a small family gathering after the ceremony and it was wonderful to have such a great space to laugh and relax in. Thank you for being such a great host!!

Property is in a choice location, just a few steps from the beach. The house is large and roomy and fit our 8 people very well. A large deck with view is nice as well. Would stay here again. Thanks Paul for making it available.

3 king en suites upstairs, one Q en suite on main level. Beautiful home with direct ocean view and just a few steps to the beach. Property Mgr is quick to respond when you have a question. LOVE this rental and hope to return.

Seven sisters spent the weekend in this lovely home. Enjoyed the fact that each room was a suite, the upstairs rooms had wonderful views of the ocean. Location to the beach was great. Minutes away from Seabrook for food and shopping. Very comfortable and a great place for families.

Wonderful beach property! Walk to the beach and enjoy views of the beach while you’re in the house. Quiet residential neighbor. Well appointed kitchen - everything you could need. Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms upstairs and one on the main floor with ADA compliant bathroom. The layout of the house makes for a quiet retreat. Host is very responsive to questions and communicates clearly about the check-in/check-out process. Seabrook is close and the grocery store there is a gem; deli counter, fresh fruits/vegetables, wine/beer, snacks, travel size toiletries, frozen food etc. DELIGHTFUL!
