The apartment was clean but had a strong, strange odor (mostly reminiscent of paint). The kitchen was very well equipped which we enjoyed. The 'master' room had plenty of space for a pack-and-play but the second bedroom did not, which matters when two families are traveling with infants/toddlers.Very close to park circle so it's easy and quick to get around the area.Be mindful, there is another apartment above you! Anyone walking up there will be heard loud and clear.Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

House is close to several boat landings and had a place to park my small boat Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Good place to stay if your are fishing or partying
