Our family had such an amazing time at this house! The view is so good it made it hard to leave. We had dolphins, birds and whales - so many whales - all outside our windows. Didn’t even have to get out of bed to watch the sunrise. The house was very spacious, clean and so well set up. Welcome pack was lovely, kids loved the chips and lollies. We spent so much time down at the bottom deck, complete with shed with all the beach equipment you could need. A lot of steps to get back up to the house, so may not be suitable for everyone. We wished we brought some more water shoes, it’s a rocky beach, so many good ones to sift through! Thanks for having us, owners are great!

We had a wonderful stay. The house has spectacular views and is well set up for a family weekend. The private boathouse area was a great spot to relax, have a swim or a kayak. Communication with the owners was above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend!

A group of fried friends stayed at this property for two nights and it was absolutely spectacular. The pictures in the listing don’t lie - the view from the house is phenomenal and I cannot think of anything better than sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view below. The house is fantastic, with three big bedrooms and an amazing open plan living area. Double garage made parking on site a breeze. The house is equipped with everything you will need for the stay - ample glassware, appliances, cooking basics and cleaning supplies. We were also spoilt with an arrival tray of snacks and wine. Communication with the owner was easy as was check in. Liz and Greg were friendly and informative and gave us heaps of information as well as tips about local markets that were on. They were also very understanding when we had a breakage and the assured as to have a good weekend. This property was amazing and worth every cent we spent. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property has everything you need to cook all meals with no need to leave the house, which is extremely helpful as you won’t want to leave at all. The views are incredible, and having your own boat house just tops it off. Liz and Greg were extremely helpful. We are already planning our next trip.

Are hosts, Liz and Greg were awesome, great communication and help. The house was awesome and hope to get back there again. The boat shed and deck on the beach was perfect and had a great day just hanging out down on the water. Awesome views and it felt like we had are own private little cove on the water. The house had everything we needed and well laid out.

Out of 5 stars I'd give it 10!!!! The view is STUNNING, the Private Beach/Boathouse/Deck is out of this world! Felt like we were at a fancy beachside restaurant that we didn't have to leave!! It was previous reviews about Liz being a wonderful host that convinced us to book & they are all true!!! Thanks so much Liz & Greg for all your care & thank you for the opportunity & privilege to holiday in your beach house!

We had an absolutely amazing winter weekend getaway at this house.Somehow the place is even more gorgeous than the photos. The views are stunning and the heating made the place really cozy in winter.We watched the sunrise every morning and even saw the local dolphins on our first morning.We did some amazing hiking in the murramarang national park and thanks to a late checkout on Sunday we even did some kayaking and had a swim on Sunday morning. The place would be amazing for a romantic getaway (will try this next time) but was also brilliant for families, it’s a clutter free vacation rental but with everything a family needs from high chair to cot to beach buckets and kayaks and of course an almost private little beach etc. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic communication on the lead up and during from the host. Going to sleep to the sound of the ocean was incredible. The house and view are spectacular and we loved our stay. The private beach access and kayaks were brilliant.

Liz and Greg were exceptional hosts. Their communication was clear and efficient, and the property was spotless. The listing accurately reflected the property- it was truly picture-perfect. Despite the unfavorable weather, our adult family had an incredible time, and the kayaks were an added bonus. Overall, this was one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had, and we’re already looking forward to returning. A solid 5/5 from all of us!

Staying at 'Heaven' at Denhams Beach was magic.The house is spacious, modern, clean, and so well equipped with everything you need. Liz was so helpful with instructions for everything, and the view is quite simply amazing. Despite rainy weather which prevented us from being able to kayak or swim, we had such a relaxing time just listening to the ocean and watching the waves roll in. We can't wait to go back (and hopefully have sunshine next time!). Big thanks to Liz and Greg for sharing their gorgeous place with us!

We can't say enough about this magnificent property - great location, modern, clean - all we could ask for - a postcard. The process from start to finish was seamless and Greg and Lyn are fantastic hosts. We will definitely be back and can't recommend this property and the hosts highly enough

The location, ocean views and house are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds very comfortable and house was very clean. A short walk to Denham Beach which is good for swimming. The hosts were very obliging, always prompt in replying and full of information. Would highly recommend this property.

The property is perched overlooking a cove that didn't disappoint. With a split level property with enough space for separate areas and privacy for the parents, we enjoyed the weather and the animal/sea life straight out on the amazing view..

A quality home with everything you could possibly need on holidays, together with an ocean view from various rooms - simply stunning! The bathroom and kitchen supplies were great and the welcome basket provided was really thoughtful and much appreciated. Availability of Netflix was great too. General information that Liz supplied prior to arrival was really helpful and detailed. And the contact from Liz to confirm everything before arrival was helpful - as was contact prior to leaving too. Would highly recommend a stay at this Denhams Beach property with these wonderful hosts!

This property is fabulous, the most amazing views and loaded with tea and coffee and anything you could need for a stay. The host was second to none, provided all the information and was very and communicated before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be back

Are hosts, Liz and Greg were awesome, great communication and help. The house was awesome and hope to get back there again. The boat shed and deck on the beach was perfect and had a great day just hanging out down on the water. Awesome views and it felt like we had are own private little cove on the water. The house had everything we needed and well laid out.

Fantastic communication on the lead up and during from the host. Going to sleep to the sound of the ocean was incredible. The house and view are spectacular and we loved our stay. The private beach access and kayaks were brilliant.

Liz and Greg were exceptional hosts. Their communication was clear and efficient, and the property was spotless. The listing accurately reflected the property- it was truly picture-perfect. Despite the unfavorable weather, our adult family had an incredible time, and the kayaks were an added bonus. Overall, this was one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had, and we’re already looking forward to returning. A solid 5/5 from all of us!

A quality home with everything you could possibly need on holidays, together with an ocean view from various rooms - simply stunning! The bathroom and kitchen supplies were great and the welcome basket provided was really thoughtful and much appreciated. Availability of Netflix was great too. General information that Liz supplied prior to arrival was really helpful and detailed. And the contact from Liz to confirm everything before arrival was helpful - as was contact prior to leaving too. Would highly recommend a stay at this Denhams Beach property with these wonderful hosts!

We can't say enough about this magnificent property - great location, modern, clean - all we could ask for - a postcard. The process from start to finish was seamless and Greg and Lyn are fantastic hosts. We will definitely be back and can't recommend this property and the hosts highly enough

We had a wonderful time the house at Denhams Beach is amazing. Nothing but good things to say: the view, the beach, the decor, the kitchen, comfort etc. Despite some rain we did beautiful walks: the Banksia walk at Guerilla bay and the loop around Broulee Island. Also lunch at Mossy point cafe was delicious.

What a beautiful home and amazing location this home is. The views are breathtaking, we found it hard to leave. Even had breakfast with a pod of dolphins on the deck most mornings.

Out of 5 stars I'd give it 10!!!! The view is STUNNING, the Private Beach/Boathouse/Deck is out of this world! Felt like we were at a fancy beachside restaurant that we didn't have to leave!! It was previous reviews about Liz being a wonderful host that convinced us to book & they are all true!!! Thanks so much Liz & Greg for all your care & thank you for the opportunity & privilege to holiday in your beach house!

This is an outstanding property in every possible way. Vastly roomy, every possible facility, stunning views, excellent beds and even a cricket bat or two. Perfectly situated and extremely quiet.

The location, ocean views and house are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds very comfortable and house was very clean. A short walk to Denham Beach which is good for swimming. The hosts were very obliging, always prompt in replying and full of information. Would highly recommend this property.

A brilliant location for a family holiday. The view alone is worth the stay but being able to use the cove with a young family made every day exceptional.

Excellent accommodation. Our family is truly grateful, and we loved every moment of our stay. The view was amazing, and we especially enjoyed the private mini beach, it made the experience even more special.

An excellent house with fabulous views - spacious, modern, comfortable (although we all found the mattresses too soft for our liking), very clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay.We particularly liked sitting & eating out on one of the two balconies, which get the early morning sun.While we didn’t use the eating area by the boathouse, we loved the use of the kayaks - especially when the dolphins turned up!The information on the shortcut to Denhams beach was really helpful. Lovely walks along the Munjip trail; Surf Beach cafe is well worth checking out (useful grocery store across the road); and totally loved Eurobodalla Regional Botanical Garden.While not all day, every day, a drawback was the noise (from 7.30am) from the construction (which just seems to have started) of a house right beside the accommodation.

The house is wonderful and the location and views terrific for our family of six. The host was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Being on the bay and having all of the provided things(kyacks, life vests, snorkel equipment, etc) made for a fun stay. Being able to walk in a few minutes to the nearby beach was great.
