Bright & Modern Townhome: Steps to Miramar Beach!

We enjoyed this house so much! It was by far one of the best we have stayed in as far as the kitchen being stocked and have extra items (games, bathroom soap and beach toys) very short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We love love the beach bar that’s close to the house. We have stayed in this neighborhood multiple times and this house will for sure be on our stay again list! Also the owners were quick to respond with questions.

Had a great time. Weather was perfect. Property was walking distance to the Topeka music venue and the beach was literally across the street. Know that the property does come with two chairs and an umbrella on the beach that will have the renters last name on it. We didn't know and spent half a day looking at chairs with our name on them but weren't sure they were for us or were rented by someone with the same last name. Contacted the property owner and they were indeed for us. Property owners were very nice and very responsive to any needs or questions. Only drawback was the ice maker didn't work but easy fix we bought some ice cube trays and made our own. We did leave them there so they may still be there. We also added a chair and some beach towels. We would definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise.

We loved the location. The home was beautiful. Communication was great!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and cozy. Absolutely no complaints! The kitchen had every cooking supply you could ask for. Very clean and the decor is beautiful. The pictures don’t do this home justice. Nice pool and so close to the beach and many restaraunts. Thank you!!!!
