Great location, wonderful view from the balconies. Wonderful walk right down to the beach. Had a great time, kitchen fully stocked, made dinner twice. Only suggestion is bring an HDMI cord and your computer for streaming options.

Great location with ocean views, so close to the pool, spa, and beach trail. I loved the blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the living room, made it easy for everyone to get enough sleep. If I had one complaint, it would be that the king sized bed was really uncomfortable & hard. Other than that, great stay.

I’ve booked this property numerous times now. Been going to this resort as an annual family vacation for 10 years. This particular unit is well placed. If I’m being honest I wish it was ground level versus second story but still it has the perfect location. Easily sleeps 6, quick walk to the local shops for unique grocery and coffe shop, right next to one of the pools and hot tubs, and closest access to get directly down to the beach which has tons of privacy and really only occupied by those at the resort to this place tops them all for convenience. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need to grocery shop and cook versus dine out. The owners are extremely responsive as well to any questions concerns or needs. Always a very enjoyable stay. Oh and absolutely stunning views from the balconies of the sunsets.

Unit was very clean, so cute and as described. The complex is also clean, quiet and very nice. There is a stairway down to the beach that is a little jaunt and may be a difficult if you have issues up and down stairs, but for us we worked it into our morning workout. We used the hot tub and it was very clean and the perfect temp. Good views of the ocean from primary bedroom and living room with balconies. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and was overall a great stay! Close to shopping and restaurants. Loved our visit to Capitola for this! Definitely recommend!

A small group of friends and I stayed here for the weekend, and the location was everything. There’s an ocean view from the living room, upstairs primary bedroom, and both balconies. We could hear the waves crashing which was soothing. The house is clean and mostly stocked. We appreciated having 2.5 bathrooms and big beds which were pretty comfy. The saltwater pool And jacuzzi are a stones throw from the condo, too. The owners are responsive and when we needed dishtowels, they sent them within an hour. Loved the area and had awesome relaxing weekend here. I’m looking forward to going back!

This was a beautiful property and very comfortable for my family to stay in. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean linens and towels. The owners were communicative and made the check-in process very easy. We did have trouble with the pool key not working, however it sounds like other families were having the same problem so it was likely an issue with the pool gate. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay with beautiful ocean views! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We have to start by talking about the location. It's close to Santa Cruz but far enough to be comfortably away from the bustle of the bigger city. But the rash draw is the Ocean. Don't rent this thinking you walk out onto the beach, you don't. But you can see the Ocean from the master bedroom and it's a quick walk on the resort property to get very close. My wife even saw a whale one morning from the property. Aptos also has easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and everything you might need. Now the condo itself is pretty good. It had plenty of room for our family of five to stay comfortably. Two rooms with larger beds, a pull out bed in the living room and our youngest slept on the loveseat. I have to say the decor is looking a little dated. I'm guessing this resort was built in the 2000s or so, and it has the feel of a place that age. Nothing was dingy or dirty, just like I said, dated.The Wi-Fi worked fine, but I think the TV situation could be improved as well. The owner does let you know there isn't soap or shampoo or anything available, but I don't love that for the price you pay. There was plenty of parking and we did spend some time in the on site pool. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. It was just what we were looking for at the time. It isn't perfect, but sometimes you have to make sure you don't let perfect get in the way of that pretty good.

Let me start by saying that the owners of this property are AMAZING! Their level of communication, thoughtfulness, and hospitality were great. The reason I gave this property the rating I did had mostly to do with the fact that because we did not rent the unit through the resort, the resort was very unaccommodating on any requests that we had. They would not let us reserve fire rings, they would not give us golf cart service back to the unit, no room service, etc and they simply acted like we were off the radar. The unit itself is pretty, and the location is decent, but was not totally clean when we received it. Floors and carpet were dirty, sand everywhere and it felt like we needed to clean when we arrived. The kitchen was tight and outdated, and the pots and pans were not totally clean and not really usable so we had to buy a bunch of new disposable stuff. The thing that sort of finalized the rating is that the owner requires you to not only strip the beds of all linen before you leave, but also to make sure that all dishes are washed and put away before leaving as well. If you’re going to charge a hefty cleaning fee, you have to assume that people are going to use dishes for breakfast before they leave. The request is unrealistic and frankly unwarranted for a place you were paying to stay in. The owner was amazing like I said. I feel terrible giving this honest review, but I definitely won’t be back.

Very spacious unit with water views, and nature views as well. Unit was extremely clean, well appointed and supplied and the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Two ways to the beach, my husband preferred the more rigorous path near the unit and I preferred the more gentle cart path near the restaurant only a short walk away.Would definitely return.

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was lovely, very clean, and had super comfy beds. The view was amazing — we even saw deer come out of the woods every evening, which was such a treat. The owner was incredibly kind and easy to work with. We’ll definitely rent here again!

I liked the North side. It was quiet and had many deer. Nice condo. It hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. I called and it was done quickly and with customer service in mind - I appreciated that.

This property hit all the marks and would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is a great resort community and easy to get around. We were pleased going through VRBO direct with the owners and didn’t feel like we missed any of the “extra” services. Easy in/out. More than enough room for a family of four. Beds are comfy! Sleeping with a sea breeze was also delightful! We saw whales, seal, dolphins and enjoyed a beach bonfire. Truly epic.

We had a short, but great stay at this condo. It was very comfortable with 2 king beds, a well equipped kitchen, and two balconies with ocean views. The beach itself is a short walk away. The condo had many “high-end” touches such as throw blankets, soaps, coffee, etc. If you choose to use the third bed, note that it is a pull out sofa in the living room and it is not very comfortable (as are most pull out sofas). I’d highly recommend this condo for a coastal vacation!

Let me start by saying that the owners of this property are AMAZING! Their level of communication, thoughtfulness, and hospitality were great. The reason I gave this property the rating I did had mostly to do with the fact that because we did not rent the unit through the resort, the resort was very unaccommodating on any requests that we had. They would not let us reserve fire rings, they would not give us golf cart service back to the unit, no room service, etc and they simply acted like we were off the radar. The unit itself is pretty, and the location is decent, but was not totally clean when we received it. Floors and carpet were dirty, sand everywhere and it felt like we needed to clean when we arrived. The kitchen was tight and outdated, and the pots and pans were not totally clean and not really usable so we had to buy a bunch of new disposable stuff. The thing that sort of finalized the rating is that the owner requires you to not only strip the beds of all linen before you leave, but also to make sure that all dishes are washed and put away before leaving as well. If you’re going to charge a hefty cleaning fee, you have to assume that people are going to use dishes for breakfast before they leave. The request is unrealistic and frankly unwarranted for a place you were paying to stay in. The owner was amazing like I said. I feel terrible giving this honest review, but I definitely won’t be back.

The listing was very accurate and the location was perfect! Nice that they had some beach toys and chairs. They also provided the resort feel by providing toiletries and robes. My only complaint is that for check out they ask you to do the dishes and put them away. Loading them and running the dishwasher is no issue; putting them away requires you to plan ahead quite a bit. Not the first time I saw this during a check out, but venting about it in general.

The condo is exactly as described and had everything we needed. It is well stocked, and I especially appreciated the extra beach towels and kitchen amenities. The location is great. The only issues we had were with the VRBO site itself, which was glitchy, showed different/inaccurate pricing consistently, and was just a pain to deal with. The owner was great to work with.

I’ve booked this property numerous times now. Been going to this resort as an annual family vacation for 10 years. This particular unit is well placed. If I’m being honest I wish it was ground level versus second story but still it has the perfect location. Easily sleeps 6, quick walk to the local shops for unique grocery and coffe shop, right next to one of the pools and hot tubs, and closest access to get directly down to the beach which has tons of privacy and really only occupied by those at the resort to this place tops them all for convenience. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need to grocery shop and cook versus dine out. The owners are extremely responsive as well to any questions concerns or needs. Always a very enjoyable stay. Oh and absolutely stunning views from the balconies of the sunsets.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful time we had staying at your condo. The place was just as pictured online, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the couches had even been upgraded – a definite plus! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, which made it easy for us to prepare lunches and dinners. We even enjoyed using the BBQ. We did encounter a small hiccup when checking in – entirely my mistake – but I was so grateful that you were very easy to reach and resolved the issue for us quickly. The location of the condo was fantastic, and the views from the deck were truly beautiful. I honestly didn't want to leave!

Booking and checking in/out was incredibly simple, and the property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Communicating with host was very easy and she was lovely. We have stayed countless times at Seascape, but will definitely go this route again in the future as it is so much easier and we know we are getting just the right unit!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was lovely, very clean, and had super comfy beds. The view was amazing — we even saw deer come out of the woods every evening, which was such a treat. The owner was incredibly kind and easy to work with. We’ll definitely rent here again!

I liked the North side. It was quiet and had many deer. Nice condo. It hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. I called and it was done quickly and with customer service in mind - I appreciated that.

This is a wonderful condo in a beautiful oceanfront resort. The location is very easy to find, and the checkin/checkout process couldn't be simpler. Everything is just as good or better than pictured in the listing. Our family of five loved our stay here, and the condo worked perfectly for our needs. The location is situated directly in between some great destinations. We flew into San Francisco, spent a night there, and then drove to Big Basin and Henry Cowell State Parks on the way. We drove to Monterey 3 different days for the aquarium, Cannery Row, and a whale watching tour out of Fisherman's Wharf. The condo is only 20-30 minutes south of some beautiful Redwoods at Henry Cowell, and about 40 minutes or so north of everything Monterey has to offer. This specific condo is very private, and the grounds are well kept and secure, with visible security guards in the nights/evenings. We travel to a lot of different destinations, but if we returned to this area we would definitely stay here again.

We have to start by talking about the location. It's close to Santa Cruz but far enough to be comfortably away from the bustle of the bigger city. But the rash draw is the Ocean. Don't rent this thinking you walk out onto the beach, you don't. But you can see the Ocean from the master bedroom and it's a quick walk on the resort property to get very close. My wife even saw a whale one morning from the property. Aptos also has easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and everything you might need. Now the condo itself is pretty good. It had plenty of room for our family of five to stay comfortably. Two rooms with larger beds, a pull out bed in the living room and our youngest slept on the loveseat. I have to say the decor is looking a little dated. I'm guessing this resort was built in the 2000s or so, and it has the feel of a place that age. Nothing was dingy or dirty, just like I said, dated.The Wi-Fi worked fine, but I think the TV situation could be improved as well. The owner does let you know there isn't soap or shampoo or anything available, but I don't love that for the price you pay. There was plenty of parking and we did spend some time in the on site pool. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. It was just what we were looking for at the time. It isn't perfect, but sometimes you have to make sure you don't let perfect get in the way of that pretty good.

The property is in a great location - you can see the beach from the patio. It’s also exactly as represented in the pictures. We enjoyed are stay here. Aptos itself was pretty foggy during our stay and it seemed to be less foggy in pleasure point. Not if was just our weekend but we would definitely stay here again. There is a great coffee shop within walking distance (huge bonus) and the beach at the resort is much nicer than the public beaches.

Great location, wonderful view from the balconies. Wonderful walk right down to the beach. Had a great time, kitchen fully stocked, made dinner twice. Only suggestion is bring an HDMI cord and your computer for streaming options.

This property hit all the marks and would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is a great resort community and easy to get around. We were pleased going through VRBO direct with the owners and didn’t feel like we missed any of the “extra” services. Easy in/out. More than enough room for a family of four. Beds are comfy! Sleeping with a sea breeze was also delightful! We saw whales, seal, dolphins and enjoyed a beach bonfire. Truly epic.

everything included in our stay was amazing, from accessibility to other places outside of the resort, to amazing views from everywhere. the beach was beautiful, and it was so nice to watch the sunset from the restaurant that was a 2 minute walk from the unit or from the units decks. there was also a pool, which was so fun to swim in. overall, this was a wonderful stay and we will definitely come again. The place was very comfortable for the five of us (4 adults and 1 child). Thank you

The condo is amazing! The reclining chairs were so comfortable! The cleanliness, the warm vibes, it is a fabulous condo. The ocean view and the sounds of waves was very relaxing. We had a great breakfast at the red apple cafe. We enjoyed the pizza from the village pizza parlor. We had a great dinner at Shadow-brooks restaurant and the kids loved the tram ride up the mountain. We enjoyed the pool and had the greatest time on the beach. We saw lots of whales swimming in the bright blue ocean. Thank you

Beautiful place. Nicely decorated. No need for anything. Well equipped. Very nice resort with music and restaurant. Highly recommend. I really appreciate all the thoughtfulness the owner puts into the what a guest might need. I wish we could have stayed longer.

They did come shortly after I reached out to the VRBO property manager, but we still lost a couple hours of R&R time while the were doing their job. And as we were requested to load and start the dishwasher before leaving, but there was no dishwashing detergent I could find (and I did look everywhere I could). Again reached out to the VRBO manager who told me to not bother, but still, a little thing that slipped by.All in all, though, this was a fantastic getaway in a luxurious space with gorgeous views and comfortable beds. If I’m ever planning another getaway like this, I would rent this place again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was lovely, very clean, and had super comfy beds. The view was amazing — we even saw deer come out of the woods every evening, which was such a treat. The owner was incredibly kind and easy to work with. We’ll definitely rent here again!
